Power Supply Models

AMX offers 6 variations of our Class I, CSA/CE approved, and UL listed system

power supplies:

PSN6.5 Specifications

FIG. 1 displays the rear panel of the PSN6.5.

PS4.4 Specifications

FIG. 2 displays the PS4.4.

PS3.0 Specifications

FIG. 3 displays the PS3.0. The PS3.0 is a Class I power supply which is CE approved

and UL listed. The PS3.0 uses a barrel-plug connector.

PSN6.5 (FG423-41) With US power cord

PSR2.5 (FG423-47) Includes 3-pin retained captive-wire connector and US

PSR5.4 (FG423-48) Includes 2-pin retained captive-wire connector and US

PSR7-V (FG423-49) IEC power cord provided as a separate part, dependent

on country requirements.

Note: All models use an input connector sanctioned by the IEC (International

Electrotechnical Commission).

PSR7-V Specifications

FIG. 6 displays the PSR7-V. This accessory power supply should be used only with

Listed AMX products.

Note: The power light on the front panel should remain solid when power is

provided to the unit. A blinking power light indicates overcurrent. If this occurs,

unplug the main power connector from the unit for 30 seconds then reconnect

the power to reset the unit. If the main power is connected and the power light is

not on, the unit has overheated. If this occurs, unplug the main power connector

from the unit for 30 seconds then reconnect the power to the unit.
