Inspect the ladder for shipping damage prior to starting asse y. If there is evidence of shipping damage n fy mbl oti

STEP 1 - ASSEMBLE TOP STEP

- Place Stair Section (A) face down and attach Top Step (C) usi our washers (7) and locknuts (8). Tighten bolts ng f

completely

STEP 2 - ATTACH LOCKSTEP

- Attach Lockstep (B) to the bottom step using four washers (7) and locknuts (8 Tighten bolts completely. ).

STEP 3 ATTACH VERTICAL WELDMENT

- Align Low Vertical Weld G-1) & per Vertical Weldment (G-2) usi M8 x 60 bolts (6) with washers (7) er ment ( Up ng

and locknuts (8).

- Place Vertic Weldment (G) onto back of Stair Section (A) and align br kets o ent (G) al ac n top of Vertical Weldm

with Tabs protruding from bottom of Top Step (C).

- Us 25 bolts (2) with wa e (7) and locknuts (8) to fasten Vertical Wel ent (G) to Stair Section (A e M8 x sh rs dm ).

- Do not tighten bolts.

STEP 4 - ATTACH BASE WELDMENT

- Align Base Weldment (H) with the Tabs on the Front Legs of ladde Note : The cast s point up for this r. er

alignme nt.

- Use two M8 x 20 bolts (1) with washers (7), and locknuts (8) to fasten the Base Weldment (H) to the Front g Le s.

Do tighte not n.

STEP 5 - CO ECT BASE WELDMENT AND REAR VERTIC WELDMENTSNN AL

- Pivot weldments into position so the Angle Steel With Rigid Ca er and rear vertical conn t. Align the hole in the st ec

Angle Steel With Rigi aster with the hole in the base of the vertical and bolt together usi M8 X 50 bolts (5d C ng )

with washers (7) and lo nut(8). Ta care not to over tighten. ck ke

STEP 6 - INSTALL BRACES

- Install Vertical Braces (J), Horizontal Braces (K) and Diagonal Brace (L using M8 x 20 bolts (1), M8 x 25 bolts (2) )

and M8 x 50 bolts (5) with wa e (7) and locknuts (8). sh rs

Get assistance to stand the ladder up. The easiest w to stand the ladder up is to rst lay side. Once ay it on it’s

the ladder had been stood up take it to a at su ace release the lock step dropping f nt legs of the ladder to the rf ro

ground. Make sure the ladder is rmly on the ground and tighten all bolts.

STEP 7- ASSEMBLE HANDRAIL CONFIGURATION CAREFUL WHEN ASSEMBLI HANDRAIL WE –BE NG –

RECOMMEND A SPOTTER TO ASSIST IN THIS STEP

- Bolt Rear drail (D) to the Top Step (C) using M8 x 20 bolts (1), washers (7) ocknuts (8). Guar and l

- nnect Top Handrails (E) to Rear Guardrail (D) using M8 x 40 bolts (3), wash s (7) and locknuts (8 Co er ).

Note : Handrail stiener should b ositioned on the outside of Stair Section (A e p ).

- Attach Handrail Bracket (I) to the Top Handrail i x 55 bolts (4), washers (7) a o nuts (8 Note : us ng M8 nd l ck ).

- Mount Lower Handrails (F) usin andrail Brackets (I) and M8 x 55 bolts (4) and wa e (7), locknuts (8 Note : g H sh rs ).

- Tighten all hardware.

STEP 8 FINAL INSPECTION
