• Do not store explosive substances such as aerosol cans with a

flammable propellant in this appliance.

• If the socket does not match the refrigerator plug, it must be

replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly

qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

• A specially grounded plug has been connected to the power

cable of your refrigerator. This plug should be used with a

specially grounded socket of 16 amperes. If there is no such

socket in your house, please have it installed by an authorized

electrician.

• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and

above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental

capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have

been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the

appliance in a safe way and understand the hazard involved.

Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user

maintenance, shall not be made by children without supervision.

• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the

manufacturer, its service agent or similar qualified persons in

order to avoid a hazard.

The refrigerator contains a refrigerant gas (R600a: isobutane) and

insulating gas (cyclo/isopentane), with high compatibility with the

environment, that are, however, infl ammable.

We recommend that you follow the following regulations so as to

avoid situations dangerous to you:

Before performing any operation, unplug the power cord from the

power socket.

• The refrigeration system positioned behind and inside the Wine

Coolers contains refrigerant. Therefore, avoid damaging the

tubes.

• If in the refrigeration system a leak is noted, do not touch the

wall outlet and do not use open flames. Open the window and let

air into the room. Then call a service centre to ask for repair.

• Do not scrape with a knife or sharp object to remove frost or ice

that occurs. With these, the refrigerant circuit can be damaged,

the spill from which can cause a fire or damage your eyes.

• Do not install the appliance in humid, oily or dusty places, nor

expose it to direct sunlight and to water.

• Do not install the appliance near heaters or inflammable materials.

• Do not use extension cords or adapters.

• Do not excessively pull or fold the power cord or touch the plug

with wet hands.

• Do not damage the plug and/or the power cord; this could cause

electrical shocks or fires.

• It is recommended to keep the plug clean, any excessive dust

residues on the plug can be the cause fire.

• Absolutely avoid the use of open flame or electrical equipment,

such as heaters, steam cleaners, candles, oil lamps and the like

in order to speed up the defrosting phase.

• Do not store medicine or research materials in the Wine Coolers.

When the material that requires a strict control of storage

temperatures is to be stored, it is possible that it will deteriorate

or an uncontrolled reaction may occur that can cause risks.

• Maintain the ventilation openings in the appliance enclosure or

in the built-in structure, free of obstruction.

• Do not place objects and/or containers filled with water on the

top of the appliance.

• Do not perform repairs on this Wine Coolers. All interventions

must be performed solely by qualified personnel.

storing food. It is not suitable for commercial or common use and/or for storing

Safety warnings

• Do not connect your Fridge Freezer to the mains electricity supply using an extension

lead.

• Do not plug in damaged, torn or old plugs.

• Do not pull, bend or damage the cord.

• This appliance is designed for use by adults, do not allow children to

play with the appliance or let them hang off the door.

• Never touch the power cord/plug with wet hands as this could cause a

short circuit or electric shock.

• Do not place explosive or flammable material in your fridge. Place

drinks with high alcohol content vertically in the fridge compartment

and make sure that their tops are tightly closed.

• Do not place glass bottles or beverage cans in the ice-making

compartment as they can burst as the contents freeze.

• When removing ice from the ice-making compartment, do not touch

it. Ice may cause frost burns and/or cuts.

• Do not touch frozen goods with wet hands. Do not eat ice-cream or

ice cubes immediately after you have taken them out of the ice-making

compartment.

• This product is intended to store fresh food and drinks. Store fresh

food and drinks short-term.

• Do not store frozen food in the ice-making compartment.

• Do not re-freeze frozen goods after they have melted. This may cause

health issues such as food poisoning.

Before Using your Fridge

• When using your fridge for the first time, or after transportation, keep it

in an upright position for at least 3 hours before plugging into the

mains. This allows efficient operation and prevents damage to the

compressor.

• Your fridge may have a smell when it is operated for the first time. This is normal and

the smell will fade away when your fridge starts to cool.

• Do not use electrical devices, defrosting sprays or pointed or sharp-edged objects

(such as knives or forks) to remove the ice.

• Do not cover the body or top of fridge with lace. This affects the performance of your

fridge.

• Secure any accessories in the fridge during transportation to prevent damage to the

accessories.

Installing and operating your fridge

Before starting to use your fridge, you should pay attention to the following points:

• The operating voltage for your fridge is 220-240 V at 50Hz.

• We do not accept responsibility for any damages that occur due to ungrounded

usage.

• Place your fridge where it will not be exposed to direct sunlight.

• Your appliance should be at least 50 cm away from stoves, gas ovens and heater

cores, and at least 5 cm away from electrical ovens.

• Your fridge should never be used outdoors or exposed to rain.

• When your fridge is placed next to a deep freezer, there should be at

least 2 cm between them to prevent humidity forming on the outer surface.

• Do not place anything on your fridge, and install your fridge in a suitable

place so that at least 15 cm of free space is available above it.

• Use the adjustable front legs to make sure your appliance is level and

stable. You can adjust the legs by turning them in either direction. This

should be done before placing food in the fridge.

• Before using your fridge, wipe all parts with a solution of warm water and a teaspoon

of sodium bicarbonate, then rinse with clean wat er and dry.

Place all parts in the fridge after cleaning.

• Install the plastic distance guide (the part with black vanes at the rear)

by turning it 90° (as shown in the figure) to prevent the condenser

from touching the wall.

• The refrigerator should be placed against a wall with a free space not

exceeding 75 mm.

If super switch is available:

To ensure proper operation when th e ambient

temperature is below 20°C, press the button next to the

thermostat. Press the button again to turn it off when

the temperature is high (above 20°C).

PART- 2. THE VARIOUS FUNCTION AND POSSIBILITIES

Thermostat Setting

The thermostat automatically regulates the inside temperature of the refrigerator. By rotating

the knob from position 1 to 5 colder temperatures can be obtained.

Important note: Do not try to rotate the knob beyond the 1 position, as it will stop your

appliance.

• For short-term storage of food in the fridge set the knob between the minimum and

medium position (1-3).

• For long-term storage of food in the fridge set the knob to a medium position (3-4).

Note: The ambient temperature, temperature of the freshly stored food and how often

the door is opened, all affect the temperature in the fridge. If required, change the

temperature setting.

• When you first switch on the appliance, allow it to operate for 24 hours continuously

to cool down to the correct temperature.

• During this initial 24 hour period do not open the door or place a lot of food inside the

appliance.

• If the appliance is switched off or unplugged, wait at least 5 minutes before plugging

the appliance in or restarting it in order not to damage the compressor.

• The freezer**** of the refrigerator can cool to -18°C and more.

• The freezer** of the refrigerator can cool to -12°C and more.

• The « Door Open » indicator on the handle shows whether the door

has closed properly or whether it is still open.

• If the indicator is red, the door is still open.

• If the indicator is white, the door is properly closed.

• Observe that the freezer’s door should always be kept closed. This

will prevent food products from defrosting; it will avoid heavy ice and

frost build-up inside the freezer and an unnecessary increase in

energy consumption.

Making Ice cubes:

Ice tray

Fill the ice tray with water and place in the freezer compartment.

After the water has completely turned into ice, you can twist the tray as shown below to

remove the ice cubes.

PART- 3. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Disconnect the unit from the power supply before cleaning.

• Do not clean the appliance by pouring water.

• Make sure that no water enters the lamp

housing and other electrical components.

• The refrigerator should be cleaned periodically using a solution

of bicarbonate of soda and lukewarm water.

• Clean the accessories separately with soap and

water Do not clean them in the dishwasher.

• Do not use abrasive products, detergents or soaps. After wash-

ing, rinse with clean water and dry carefully. When you have

finished cleaning, reconnect the plugto the mains supply with

dry hands.

• Clean the condenser with a broom at least twice a year.

This will help you to save on energy costs and increase

productivity.

Defrosting the Refrigerator Compartment

• Defrosting occurs automatically in the refrigerator compartment during operation;

the water is collected by the evaporation tray and evaporates automatically.

• The evaporation tray and the water drain hole should be cleaned periodically with the

defrost drain plug to prevent the water from collecting at the bottom of the refrigerator

instead of flowing out.

• You can also clean the drain hole by pouring 1/2 glass of water down it.

Freezer Compartment;

The frost, accumulated in the freezer compartment, should be removed periodically (Use

the plastic scraper provided). The freezer compartment should be cleaned in the same

way as the refrigerator compartment, with the defrost function of the compartment at least

twice a year.

For this:

• The day before you defrost, set the thermostat dial to “5” position to freeze the food

completely.

• During defrosting, frozen food should be wrapped in several layers of paper and kept

in a cool place. The inevitable rise in temperature will shorten its storage life.

Remember to use this food within a relatively short period of time.

• Set the thermostat knob to position “•” or unplug the unit. Leave the door open until

the unit is completely defrosted.

• To accelerate the defrosting process, one or more bowls of warm water can be

placed in the freezer compartment.

• Dry the inside of the unit carefully and set the thermostat knob to the MAX position.

PART- 4.

Replacing The Light Bulb

When replacing the light of the refrigerator compartment;

1. Unplug the unit from the power supply,

2. Press the hooks on the sides of the light cover top and remove the light cover

3. Change the present light bulb with a new one of not more than 15 W.

4. Replace the light cover and after waiting 5 minutes plug the unit.

TRANSPORTATION AND CHANGING OF

INSTALLATION POSITION

Transportation and Changing of Installation Position

• The original packages and foamed polystyrene (PS) can be retained if required.

• During transportation, the appliance should be secured with a wide string or a strong

rope. The instructions written on the corrugated box must be followed while

transporting.

• Before transporting or changing the

installation position, all the moving objects

(ie,shelves,crisper…) should be taken out

or fixed with bands in order to prevent them

from getting damaged.

Carry your fridge in the upright position.

Repositioning the door

• It is not possible to change the opening direction of your refrigerator door, if the door

handle on your refrigerator is installed from the front surface of the door.

• It is possible to change the opening direction of the door on models without any

handles.

• If the door opening direction of your refrigerator may be changed, you should contact

the nearest Authorised Service Agent to have the opening direction changed.

Replacing LED Lighting

If your refrigerator has LED lighting contact the help desk as this should be changed by

authorized personnel only.

PART- 5. BEFORE CALLING YOUR AFTER SALES SERVICE

If your refrigerator is not operating as expected, check the solutions listed below before

calling an electrician or the after sales service.

What to do if your refrigerator does not operate:

Check that:

• Your fridge is plugged in and switched on,

• The fuse is not blown and there is not a power cut,

• The thermostat setting is in the on « • » position,

• The socket is no longer functioning. To check this, plug in an appliance that you know

is working into the same socket.

What to do if your refrigerator performs poorly:

Check that:

• You have not overloaded the appliance,

• The doors are fully closed,

• There is no dust on the condenser,

• There is enough space for air circulation at the rear and side of the appliance.

If the appliance is making a noise:

The cooling gas which circulates in the refrigerator circuit may make a slight noise (bubbling

sound) even when the compressor is not running. This is normal. If these sounds are

different check that:

• The appliance is level,

• Nothing is touching the rear of the appliance,

• Items on or in the appliance are vibrating.

If there is water in the lower part of the refrigerator:

Check that:

The drain hole for the defrost water is not clogged (use thedefrost drain plug to clean the

drain hole).

If your fridge is not cooling enough;

Your fridge is designed to operate within specific

ambient temperature ranges, according to the

climate class stated on the information label. We

do not recommend operating your fridge outside

the stated temperatures value limits.

This appliance is designed for use at an ambient

temperature within the 10°C - 43°C range.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• In the event of a power cut, to prevent any damage to the compressor we recommend

that you unplug the refrigerator. Delay plugging it back in for 5 – 10 minutes after the

power supply returns. If you unplug the refrigerator for any reason, wait at least 5

minutes before plugging it back in to avoid damage to refrigerator’s components.

• The cooling unit of your refrigerator is located in the rear wall. Water droplets or icing

may occur on the rear surface of your fridge due to the operation of the compressor

. This is normal. There is no need to perform a defrosting operation unless the icing

is excessive.

• If the appliance is not used for long time (for example during holidays) set the

thermostat knob to the « • » position. Defrost and clean the refrigerator, leaving the

door open to prevent the formation of midew and smell.

• If the problem persists after you have followed all the instructions above, please

consult to the nearest Authorised Service.

• The appliance you have purchased is designed for home use and can be used only

at home and for the stated purposes. It is not suitable for commercial or common

use. If the consumer uses the appliance in a way that does not comply with these

instructions, we emphasise that the producer and the dealer shall not be responsible

for any repair or failure within the guarantee period.

• The lifetime of your appliance as stated and declared by the Department of the

Industry (the period for retaining parts required for the proper functioning of the

appliance) is 10 years.

Energy Saving

For better energy saving we suggest :

• Installing tge appliance away from heat sources and not exposed to direct sunlight

and in a well ventilated roo.

• Avoid putting hot food into the refrigerator to avoid increasing the internal temperature

and therefore causing continuos functionaliting of the compressor.

• Do not excessively stuff foods so as to ensure proper air circulation.

• Defrost the appliance in case there is ice to facilitate the transfer of cold.

• In case of absence of electrical energy, it is advisable to keep the refrigerator door

closed.

• Open or keep the doors of the appliance open as little as possible

• Avoid adjusting the setting to temperatures too cold.

• Remove dust present on the rear of the appliance

WEEE contains both polluting substances (which can cause negative consequences for

the environment) and basic components (which can be re-used). It is important to have

WEEE subjected to specific treatments, in order to remove and dispose properly all

pollutants, and recover and recycle all materials.

Individuals can play an important role in ensuring that WEEE does not become an

environmental issue; it is essential to follow some basic rules:

- WEEE should not be treated as household waste;

Avant d’utiliser votre réfrigérateur, veuillez lire attentivement ce manuel d’utilisation

afin de bénéficier de ses performances optimales. Conservez toute la documentation

y afférente pour référence ultérieure ou pour tout autre propriétaire.

Utilisez cet appareil uniquement à des fins de conservation des aliments. Toute autre

utilisation est considérée dangereuse et le fabricant décline toute responsabilité en

cas de non-respect des consignes. Il est également recommandé de prendre

SECTION 1. AVANT DE METTRE EN MARCHE L’APPAREIL

Avertissements généraux

AVERTISSEMENT: Maintenir les ouvertures de la pièce dans laquelle

se trouve l'appareil ouvertes.

AVERTISSEMENT: N'utilisez pas d'appareils mécaniques ou d'autres

moyens en dehors de ceux recommandés par le fabricant pour

accélérer le processus de dégivrage.

AVERTISSEMENT: N'utilisez pas les appareils électriques autres

que ceux recommandés par le fabricant à l'intérieur du réfrigérateur.

AVERTISSEMENT: N'endommagez pas le circuit réfrigérant.

AVERTISSEMENT: Pour éviter tout risque lié à l'instabilité de

l'appareil, fixez le suivant les instructions prescrites.

• Le gaz réfrigérant R600a qui est contenu dans le réfrigérateur

est un gaz naturel et non nuisible à l’environnement, mais

combustible. Il est donc important de transporter et installer votre

réfrigérateur avec soin afin de ne pas endommager les conduits

réfrigérants. Dans le cas d’un choc ou fuite de gaz,éviter tout

contact avec une flamme ou un foyer à proximité et ventiler le

local.

• Il est recommandé de ne pas utiliser des objets métalliques

pointus ou autres objects artificiels pour accélérer la

décongelation.

• Ne conservez pas les substances explosives telles que les

générateurs d'aérosol avec propulseur inflammable dans cet

appareil.

• Cet appareil est conçu pour être utilisé à domicile et dans les

endroits similaires tels que:

- espaces cuisines se trouvant dans les magasins, bureaux et

tout autre environnement de travail;

• Une fiche de terre spéciale a été branchée au câble

Les opérations de nettoyage et d'entretien ne doivent pas être

effectuées par les enfants sans supervision.

• Si le câble d'alimentation est endommagé, il doit être remplacé

par le fabricant, son représentant ou toute autre personne

qualifiée afin d'éviter tout risque.

Le réfrigérateur contient un gaz réfrigérant (R600a : isobutane) et

un gaz isolant (cyclopentane/isopentane), à haute compatibilité avec

l’environnement, qui sont toutefois inflammables.

Il est recommandé de respecter les consignes suivantes afin d’éviter

toute situation dangereuse :

Avant toute utilisation, mettez l’appareil hors tension.

• Le système de réfrigération situé à l’arrière et à l’intérieur des

refroidisseurs à vin contient du réfrigérant. Par conséquent,

évitez d’endommager les conduits.

• En cas de détection de fuite dans le système de réfrigération,

ne touchez pas la prise murale et évitez d’y diriger des flammes

nues. Ouvrez plutôt la fenêtre et aérez la pièce. Contactez ensuite

le centre de service pour réparation.

• Ne raclez pas le givre ou la glace qui se forme avec un couteau

ou un objet tranchant. Au cas contraire, le circuit réfrigérant

peut être endommagé, ainsi tout déversement du réfrigérant peut

causer un incendie ou des lésions oculaires.

• Évitez d’installer l’appareil à des endroits humides, huileux ou

poussiéreux, ou de l’exposer à la lumière directe du soleil ou aux

gouttes d’eau.

• Évitez d’installer votre appareil à proximité des radiateurs ou

des matières inflammables.

• N’utilisez pas de rallonge ni d’adaptateur.

• Évitez de tirer ou plier excessivement le cordon d’alimentation

ou de toucher la fiche avec des mains mouillées.

• Évitez d’endommager la fiche et/ou le cordon d’alimentation,

car cela peut causer des chocs électriques ou des incendies.

• Il est recommandé de conserver la fiche propre ; en effet, tout

résidu de poussière en excès peut être la cause d’incendie.

• N’utilisez jamais de flammes nues ou d’équipement électrique,

tels que des radiateurs, des nettoyeurs à vapeurs, des bougies,

des lampes à huile ou tout autre appareil/dispositif similaire pour

accélérer la phase de dégivrage.

• Ne conservez pas les médicaments ou tout matériel de recherche

dans les refroidisseurs à vin. Lorsqu’un matériel nécessitant un

contrôle rigoureux des températures de stockage doit être

conservé, il est possible qu’il se détériore ou qu’une réaction

Instructions de sécurité

• Ne pas utiliser d’appareils électriques à l’intérieur du réfrigérateur.

• Si cet appareil sert à remplacer un vieux réfrigérateur, retirez-le ou détruisez les

fermetures avant de vous débarrasser de l'appareil. Ceci permet d'éviter aux enfants

de s'enfermer dans l'appareil et de mettre ainsi leur vie en danger.

• Les réfrigérateurs et congélateurs hors d’usage renferment des gaz calorifuges et

réfrigérants qui doivent étre évacués correctement. Veillez à ce que l'ancien

réfrigérateur soit mis au rebut correctement. Veuillez contacter les autorités locales

de votre région pour obtenir des renseignements concernant la mise au rebut et les

endroits appropriés. Parfois le revendeur reprend l’ancien réfrigérateur. Assurez-

vous que les tubes frigorifiques ne sont pas endommagés anant la mise à la

décharge.

A la réception de l'appareil, vérifiez qu'il ne soit pas endommagé et que les pièces et

N'utilisez pas un appareil endommagé. En cas de doute, vérifiez auprès de votre vendeur.

Recommandations

• Ne pas utiliser des adapteurs ou joints qui pourraient provoquer la surchauffe ou

l’incendie .

• Ne pas brancher sur la fiche des câbles abimés et courbés .

• Ne tordez pas et ne pliez pas les câbles.

• Ne pas permettre aux enfants de jouer avec l’appareil . Les empêcher

de s’asseoir sur les clayettes ou de se suspendre à la porte .

• Pour racler le givre formé dans la partie congélateur, ne pas utiliser

des objets metalliques tranchants qui pourraient abîmer le corps

du congélateur et créer des dommages irréversibles . Pour faire

cela, utiliser un grattoir en plastique.

• Ne pas insérer la fiche dans la prise avec les mains mouillées.

• Afin d'éviter le danger d 'explosion des bouteilles ou boîtes

métalliques qui contiennent des liquides gazeux, ne pas les placer

dans la partie congélation.

• Les bouteilles contenant de l’alcool en grande quantité doivent être

soigneusement rebouchées et placées perpendiculairement dans

l’appareil .

Montage et mise en marche de l’appareil

Avertissement ! Cet appareil doit être branché à une prise avec mise à la terre.

Lors de l'installation de l'appareil, veillez à ce que le câble d'alimentation ne soit

pas c oinc é dessou s, auquel cas il serait endommagé et à rem plac er

impérativement.

• Cet appareil fonctionne sur courant alternatif 220-240 V et 50 Hz.

• Vous pouvez demander au service agréé le montage et la mise en marche de

l’appareil gratuitement.

• Avant d'effectuer le raccordement électrique, assurez-vous que le voltage indiqué sur

la plaque signalétique correspond au voltage de l'installation électrique de votre

habitation.

• Prévoir une prise ménagère pour la fiche . A défaut de celle-ci, il est recommandé

d’appeler un électricien.

• Le fabricant décline to ute responsabilité en c as de no n-

raccordement à la terre conformément aux recommandations

de cette brochure.

• N'exposez pas l'appareil aux rayons directs du soleil.

• Cet appareil ne doit pas être utilisé en plein air, ni exposé à la

pluie.

• Le réfrigérateur doit être installé à l’écart de toutes sources de

chaleur ; prévoir un endroit permettant une ventilation d’air

suffisante et une distan ce d e 50 cm quand il s’ag it des

radiateurs, poêles à gaz et à charbon, de 2 cm au minimum

quand il s’agit des poêles électriques.

• Dans le cas où le réfrigérateur est installé près d’un autre

réfrigérateur ou d’un congélateur, prévoir une distance d’au

moins 2 cm pour éviter la condensation.

• Evitez de placer des objets lourds ou un grand nombre d'objets sur l'appareil.

• Prévoyez un espace d'au moins 15 cm au-dessus de l'appareil.

• La base de l'appareil doit être stable et horizontale. Utilisez les pieds réglables

situés à l'avant de l'appareil pour compenser les irrégularités du sol.

• L'extérieur de l'appareil et les accessoires intérieurs doivent être nettoyés avec une

solution d'eau et de savon liquide. L'intérieur doit être nettoyé avec du bicarbonate

de soude dissous dans de l'eau tiède. Séchez avec soin et remettez les accessoires

en place.

• Ne pas toucher la surface réfrigérante avec les mains mouillées, afin

d’éviter le risque d’être brûlé ou blessé.

• Ne pas manger le givre issu de la partie congélateur.
