SPECIFICATION
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
1. Read all instructions thoroughly and be sure that the griller is properly installed and
assembled. Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious bodily or physical injury
and/or property damage.
2. Use the griller on a stable surface.
3. Never light the GRILL OR REAR BURNERS with the HOOD and SIDE BURNER with the lid
in the closed position.
4. Griller can be used on gas cylinders between 11 kg and 15 kg. The griller will perform better
if propane or LPG mixtures are used. Butane can be used but because of the rate of the unit,
the cylinder will tend to freeze and supply gas at reduced pressures aecting the performance
of the unit.
5. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliances by a person responsible for
their safety.
6. Accessible parts may be very hot. Keep young children away from the hot appliance at all
times (even while cooling down). It is recommended to use protective gloves (e.g., oven
gloves) when handling particularly hot components.
7. Check for gas leaks as detailed in this manual. Gas leak test all connections after each tank
rell. Never check for leaks with a match or open ame.
8. If you notice that the ame is not normal or you smell gas leakage, immediately turn OFF the
unit and bring it to the nearest Authorized Service Center.
9. open Before cooking for the rst time, operate the griller for about 15 minutes with the lid ed
and the gas turned on the internal parts and eliminate from “HI”. This will “heat clean” odor
the painted nish.
10. Do not store gasoline or other ammable vapors and liquids near the griller or any other
appliance.
11. Clean your griller after every use. Do not use abrasive or ammable cleaners, as it will
damage the parts of the product and may start a fire. Clean in warm soapy water.
12. Do not use this unit other than its intended use.
13. Save this instruction manual for future reference.
