Set the parameters for the camera.

[ ]GPS-SYNC (Default): Synchronizes the clock
time with the GPS.
DDX6905S/ DDX6705S/ DMX7705S
[ ]RDS-SYNC (Default): Synchronizing the
Radio Data System station time data and
this unit’s clock.
[ ]Manual : Sets the clock manually.
■[Time Zone]
Select the time zone.
■[ ]Clock Adjust
If you select for Clock, adjust the [ ]Manual
date and time manually. (P.74)
NOTE
• Please set the date and time. If it is not set, it may
not work with some functions.

screen as the large icons are shown on the
HOME screen.
You can change items displayed on this area
by customizing the source selection screen.

Display source selection buttons by touching
[ ] [ ]/ or flicking left or right on the source
control screen, then select a playback source.

NOTE
• Latest compatible list of iPod/iPhone. For details,
see www.kenwood.com/cs/ce/ipod/.
• By connecting your iPod/iPhone to this unit with
an optional accessory iPod connection cable
KCA-iP103, you can supply power to your iPod/
iPhone as well as charge it while playing music.
However, the power of this unit must be on.
• If you start playback after connecting the iPod,
the music that has been played by the iPod is
played first.

Preparation
• Connect an iPod/iPhone with the KCA-iP103
(optional accessory) while CarPlay is not
connected.
• With a CarPlay-capable iPhone, turn off CarPlay
by operating the iPhone at functional setup
before connecting iPhone. For details of the
setup method, contact the manufacturer of the
terminal.
• DDX8905S/ DDX6905S/ DMX7705S: Plug the
iPod/iPhone into the gray USB terminal with the
KCA-iP103 (optional accessory).
• Only one iPod/iPhone can be connected.

with the cable:
1 Detach the iPod/iPhone.
Bluetooth connection
Pair the iPhone through Bluetooth.
Preparation
• To connect an iPhone via Bluetooth, register it as
the Bluetooth device and do the profile setting
of the connection beforehand. See Register the
Bluetooth device (P.59) Connect the and
Bluetooth device (P.61).
• Connect an iPhone on Bluetooth while CarPlay
and an iPod/iPhone are not connected on USB.

• Touch to display all the [ ]All-Channels
channels.
• To delete the parental lock channel setting,
touch and then touch on [ ]Disable All [ ]YES
the confirmation screen.
4 Touch each channel on the list and set to
ON or OFF.
[ ]ON : If you wish to set the lock.
[ ]OFF : If you wish to unlock the channel.
NOTE
• Touch . Select a desired item.[ ]Info Change
Content information, Channel name, Artist name,
Song title, Category name.

You can set the undesired channels to skip.

Skip Category Select screen appears.
2 Touch the desired category from the list.
Displays all the channels in the selected
category.
3 Touch each channel on the list and set to
ON or OFF.
NOTE
• To delete the skip channel setting, touch
[ ] [ ]Disable All and then touch YES on the
confirmation screen.
• Touch . Select a desired item.[ ]Info Change
Content information, Channel name, Artist name,
Song title, Category name.
• You can also select channels with Direct Channel
and Preset Memory functions.
Ñ Content Alerts setup
Activating content alert
1 Touch [Content Alerts] in the SiriusXM
SETUP screen.
The Content Alerts is turned on or off.
Default is “ON”.
Selecting the content for the content
alert
1 Touch [Content Alerts Contents Set] in
the SiriusXM SETUP screen.
2 Select the content you want to set up.
NOTE
• To set all the content Alerts off, touch [ ]Clear
and then touch on the confirmation [ ]YES
screen.
• Select for the content you want to [ ]OFF
deactivate the content alert for.
