for the first time. Please check your tent fully before embarking on your first camping
holiday.

If this tent is not erected in accordance with the instructions damage could be caused to the joints,
poles or fabric. It is important that the tent is properly guyed at all times, particularly in strong
winds – otherwise pole or joint damage may occur.

KHYAM GUARANTEE
KHYAM guarantee the quality of all our products should any defects in material or
workmanship occur within 12 months from date of purchase we will at our discretion repair
or replace at no charge. This guarantee is in addition to the buyers statutory rights.
Warranty is valid provided that the KHYAM tent is used under normal conditions for the
specified purpose and that the instructions have been carefully followed.
The guarantee does not cover faults caused by abuse, misuse, negligence or damage caused
by unusually extreme weather conditions. Should you have any problems or questions
regarding your new tent you should in the first instance contact your stockist from whom
you made your purchase.
Except for the limited warranty stated above Khyam Limited Ltd and it’s registered dealers
are without any further liability including, but not limited to, consequential damages.
*Please note that the photographs and figures in these instructions may not be of your
particular model but demonstrate the common features of KHYAM tents.
KHYAM reserve the right to alter specifications as considered necessary without notice.

KHYAM garantie la qualité de tous nos produits. Si vous détectez des défauts de fabrication

remplacerons (selon notre appréciation) gratuitement le produit. La garantie intervient
seulement si la tente est utilisée dans des conditions normales, pour un usage adéquat, et si
les instructions ont été scrupuleusement suivies.
Cette garantie ne couvre pas les défauts causés par la mauvaise utilisation, le mauvais
traitement, la négligence ou les dégâts provoqués par des conditions atmosphériques
extrêmes. Les questions doivent être posées au revendeur.
Hormis la garantie limitée énoncée ci-dessus, Khyam et ses revendeurs agréés sont dégagés
de toute autre responsabilité y compris (mais non exhaustivement) les dommages indirects
ou subséquents.
