Avvertenze sulle batterie!
• Togliete le batterie una volta scariche oppure
se non utilizzate l’articolo per lungo tempo.
• Non utilizzare tipi o marche di batterie diversi,
né batterie nuove e usate insieme o batterie di
capacità diverse, poiché potrebbero perdere
liquido e causare danni.
• Quando si inseriscono le batterie, fare atten-
zione alla polarità (+/-).
• Sostituire contemporaneamente tutte le batterie
e smaltire le vecchie batterie secondo le norme.
• Avvertenza! Non è consentito ricaricare le
batterie o riattivarle con altri mezzi, smontarle,
gettarle nel fuoco o cortocircuitarle.
• Conservare sempre le batterie fuori della
portata dei bambini.
• Non usare batterie ricaricabili!
• La pulizia e la manutenzione a cura dell’utiliz-
zatore non devono essere eseguite da bambini
non sorvegliati.
• Se necessario, pulire i contatti delle batterie e
dell’apparecchio prima di inserire le batterie.
• Non esporre le batterie a condizioni estreme
(ad es. termosifoni o raggi solari diretti).
In caso contrario aumenta il rischio di fuoriusci-
ta di liquido.
• Le batterie possono causare pericolo di morte
se ingerite. Per tale motivo conservare le
batterie in un luogo inaccessibile ai bambini.
Se è stata ingerita una batteria, rivolgersi
immediatamente ad un medico.
Pericolo!
• Trattare con estrema cautela una batteria
danneggiata o che perde liquido e smaltirla
al più presto nel rispetto delle norme. Per farlo
indossare guanti.
• Se si entra in contatto con l’acido della
batteria, lavare il punto interessato con acqua
e sapone. Se l’acido della batteria entra negli
occhi, sciacquarli con acqua e rivolgersi imme-
diatamente ad un medico!
• Non cortocircuitare i morsetti.
Sostituzione delle batterie (fig. A)
AVVERTENZA! Per evitare danni meccani-
ci ed elettrici dell’articolo, attenersi alle
seguenti istruzioni.
Prima del primo utilizzo rimuovere
la protezione delle batterie dal vano
batterie.
Se le batterie smettono di funzionare, è possibile
sostituirle.
1. Con un cacciavite a croce adatto, allentare
le viti del vano batterie (1b) e sollevare il
coperchio (1a).
2. Rimuovere le batterie scariche (2) dal vano
batterie e inserire delle batterie nuove.
Avvertenza: prestare attenzione al polo
positivo/negativo delle batterie e all’inserimento
corretto.
Le batterie devono trovarsi completamente nel
relativo supporto.
3. Richiudere il coperchio e serrare le viti.
Accensione e spegnimento della
luce (fig. A)
Far scorrere l’interruttore (1c) per accendere
(ON) e spegnere l’articolo (OFF).
Nota: per un miglior orientamento, sul coperchio
si trovano le scritte ON/OFF (1a).
Fissaggio dell’articolo
AVVERTENZA! Prima del primo utilizzo
scegliere una superficie liscia, come
ad esempio il vetro, e pulirla a fondo
rimuovendo polvere, grasso e calce. In
determinate condizioni non è possibile
rimuovere la colla senza lasciare residui.
Scegliere possibilmente una superficie
che si pulisce facilmente.
1. Posizionare il feltro su una superficie pulita e
asciutta.
2. Posizionare la catena di luci a proprio piacimen-
to sul feltro e fissarla con la chiusura in velcro
senza strisce adesive.
3. Premere la chiusura in velcro con strisce adesive
sul feltro.
4. Rimuovere la pellicola protettiva (3a) dal retro
della chiusura in velcro con strisce adesive (3)
(fig. B).
5. Fissare l’articolo completo sulla superficie liscia.
Conservazione, pulizia
In caso di mancato utilizzo, riporre l’articolo a
temperatura ambiente senza batterie in un luogo
asciutto e pulito.
Pulire solo con un piumino per spolverare.
IMPORTANTE! Non utilizzare mai detergenti
aggressivi.
Smaltimento
Una volta che l’articolo diventa
inutilizzabile, non gettarlo nei rifiuti
domestici, ma smaltirlo correttamente nel
pieno rispetto dell’ambiente. È possibile
ottenere informazioni sui punti di raccolta e sui
loro orari di apertura presso l’ufficio amministrati-
vo competente. Le batterie difettose o usate
devono essere riciclate in conformità alla direttiva
2006/66/CE e successive modifiche. Restituire le
batterie e/o l’articolo attraverso i centri di
raccolta offerti. I materiali di imballaggio, ad es. i
sacchetti, non devono giungere nelle mani dei
bambini. Tenere il materiale di imballaggio fuori
dalla portata dei bambini.
Danni ambientali dovuti a un errato
smaltimento delle batterie! Le batterie non
devono essere smaltite come rifiuti
domestici. Possono contenere metalli
pesanti tossici e sono soggetti a un trattamento
speciale dei rifiuti. I simboli chimici dei metalli
pesanti sono i seguenti: Cd = cadmio, Hg =
mercurio, Pb = piombo. Pertanto, restituire le
batterie usate in un punto di raccolta comunale.
Smaltire l’articolo e il materiale di imbal-
laggio nel pieno rispetto dell’ambiente.
Si noti la marcatura dei materiali di
imballaggio durante la separazione dei
rifiuti, questi sono contrassegnati da
abbreviazioni (a) e numeri (b) con il seguente
significato: 1-7: materiali plastici/20-22: carta e
cartone/80-98: materiali compositi.
L’articolo e i materiali di imballaggio sono riciclabili,
smaltirli separatamente per una migliore gestione
dei rifiuti. Il logo Triman è valido solo per la Francia.
Per informazioni su come smaltire l’articolo non più
utilizzabile, rivolgersi alle autorità locali o comunali.

• The product is not a toy.
• Check the product for damage or wear before
each use. The product should only be used if it
is in perfect condition!

Life-threatening hazard!
• Never leave children unattended with the pack-
aging materials. There is a risk of suffocation.
Battery warning notices!
• Remove the batteries when they are spent or
if the item is not being used for an extended
period.
• Do not use different types or brands of battery
or new and used batteries together or batteries
with different capacities as these can leak and
cause damage.
• Ensure the polarity (+/–) is correct when
inserting the batteries.
• Replace all batteries at the same time and
dispose of the old batteries as prescribed.
• Warning! Batteries may not be charged or
reactivated by any other means, taken apart,
thrown into fire or short-circuited.
• Always keep batteries out of reach of children.
• Do not use rechargeable batteries!
• Cleaning and maintenance may not be carried
out by children without supervision.
• Clean the battery and device contacts as
needed and before inserting batteries.
• Do not expose the batteries to extreme condi-
tions (e.g. radiators or direct sunlight). Other-
wise there is an increased risk of leakage.
• Batteries can be life-threatening if swallowed.
Therefore, always store them out of reach of
small children. Seek medical attention immedi-
ately if a battery has been swallowed.
Danger!
• Handle damaged or leaking batteries with
extreme caution and dispose of them properly as
soon as possible. Wear gloves when doing so.
• If you come into contact with battery acid,
wash the affected area with soap and water.
If battery acid gets in your eye, rinse it with
water and seek medical attention immediately!
• The connection terminals must not be short
circuited.
Replacing the batteries (Fig. A)
WARNING! Observe the following
instructions to avoid mechanical and
electrical damage to the product.
Remove the battery protector from the
battery compartment before using the
product for the first time.
When the batteries are flat, you can replace them.
1. Use a suitable Phillips screwdriver to loosen the
screws from the battery compartment (1b) and
lift up the cover (1a).
2. Remove the flat batteries (2) from the battery
compartment and replace them with new
batteries.
Warning: take note of the plus/minus poles of
the batteries and insert them correctly. The batter-
ies must be completely inside the battery holder.
3. Close the cover again and screw it on tightly.
Turning the light on and off
(Fig. A)
Slide the switch (1c) to turn the product ON
and OFF.
Note: for easier orientation, an ON/OFF
label is located on the cover (1a).
Fastening the product
WARNING! Before using the product for
the first time, select a smooth surface
such as glass and clean it thoroughly
until it is free of dust, grease and lime.
Under various conditions the adhesives
cannot be removed without leaving
residue. Select a surface that requires
the least care.
1. Place the felt on a clean and dry surface.
2. Place the light chain on the felt as desired and
fasten it with the Velcro strips without adhesive
tape.
3. Press the Velcro strips with adhesive tape onto
the felt.
4. Remove the protective films (3a) from the back
of the Velcro strips with adhesive tape (3)
(Fig. B).
5. Fasten the entire product onto the smooth
surface.
Storage, cleaning
When not in use, always store the product dry,
clean, without batteries and at room temperature.
Clean only with a feather duster.
IMPORTANT! Never clean the product with harsh
cleaning agents.
Notes on the guarantee and
service handling
The product was produced with great care and
under constant supervision. You receive a three-
year warranty for this product from the date of
purchase. Please retain your receipt.
The warranty applies only to material and work-
manship and does not apply to misuse or improp-
er handling. Your statutory rights, especially the
warranty rights, are not affected by this warranty.
With regard to complaints, please contact the
following service hotline or contact us by e-mail.
Our service employees will advise as to the
subsequent procedure as quickly as possible.
We will be personally available to discuss the
situation with you.
Any repairs under the warranty, statutory guar-
antees or through goodwill do not extend the
warranty period. This also applies to replaced
and repaired parts. Repairs after the warranty are
subject to a charge.

Disposal
In the interest of protecting the environ-
ment, do not throw your product into the
household waste once you are finished
with it, but rather take it to a specialty
disposal facility. Find out about collection sites
and their hours of operation from your local
authority.
Defective or used batteries must be recycled
pursuant to Directive 2006/66/EC and changes
to it. Return batteries and/or the product via the
collecting sites provided. Packaging materials,
such as plastic bags, must be kept away from
children. Keep the packaging materials out of
reach of children.
Environmental damage caused by
improper disposal of batteries! Batteries
may not be disposed of with household
waste. They may contain toxic heavy
metals and are subject to hazardous waste
treatment. The chemical symbols of the heavy
metals are as follows: Cd = cadmium, Hg =
mercury, Pb = lead. Dispose of used batteries at a
municipal collection site.
Dispose of the product and packaging in
an environmentally friendly manner.
Note the label on the packaging
materials when separating waste, as
these are labelled with abbreviations (a)
and numbers (b) with the following meaning:
1–7: plastics/20–22: paper and card-
board/80–98: composite materials.
The product and the packaging materials can be

L‘action résultant des vices rédhibitoires doit être
intentée par l‘acquéreur dans un délai de deux
ans à compter de la découverte du vice.
Les pièces détachées indispensables à l’utilisation
du produit sont disponibles pendant la durée de
la garantie du produit.

Article L217-16 du Code de la
consommation
Lorsque l‘acheteur demande au vendeur, pendant
le cours de la garantie commerciale qui lui a été
consentie lors de l‘acquisition ou de la réparation
d‘un bien meuble, une remise en état couverte
par la garantie, toute période d‘immobilisation
d‘au moins sept jours vient s‘ajouter à la durée
de la garantie qui restait à courir. Cette période
court à compter de la demande d‘intervention de
l‘acheteur ou de la mise à disposition pour répa-
ration du bien en cause, si cette mise à disposition
est postérieure à la demande d‘intervention.
Indépendamment de la garantie commerciale
souscrite, le vendeur reste tenu des défauts de
conformité du bien et des vices rédhibitoires dans
les conditions prévues aux articles L217-4 à L217-
13 du Code de la consommation et aux articles
1641 à 1648 et 2232 du Code Civil.

consommation
Le vendeur livre un bien conforme au contrat et
répond des défauts de conformité existant lors de
la délivrance.
Il répond également des défauts de conformité
résultant de l‘emballage, des instructions de
montage ou de l‘installation lorsque celle-ci a été
mise à sa charge par le contrat ou a été réalisée
sous sa responsabilité.

Le bien est conforme au contrat :
1° S´il est propre à l‘usage habituellement atten-
du d‘un bien semblable et, le cas échéant :
• s‘il correspond à la description donnée par le
vendeur et posséder les qualités que celuici a

lon ou de modèle ;
