Charger for HM-105
The switch mode power supply charger serves for quick and easy charging of the rechargeable batteries
of the hand-held microphone , which is a component of the PA system .

Safety Instructions
Before your initial start-up, please make sure that there are no transport damages. Should there be
any, do not take the device into operation and immediately consult your dealer.
Operate the device only after having familiarized with its functions. Do not permit operation by
persons not qualified for operating the device.
Protect the device against humidity and heat. Keep away from heaters and other heating sources!
The charger is allowed to be operated with an alternating current of . The
charger falls under protection class 2 and was designed for indoor use only.
Only use the charger with the microphone .
Caution! Make sure there are rechargeable batteries insterted into the microphone. If non-
rechargeable batteries are charged, leakage or explosion may result.
Only insert rechargeable batteries of the same type into the microphone and replace the batteries in
pairs.
For cleaning, use a soft lint-free and moistened cloth. Never use alcohol or solvents! Disconnect from
mains first.
There are no serviceable parts inside the device. Maintenance and service operations are only to
be carried out by authorized dealers.
Damage, caused by manual modifications on the device are not subject to warranty. If the device
is used for other purposes than originally intended or if it is not correctly connected, the product
may sufferdamages and the guarantee becomes void.

When the batteries are going flat, the battery symbol on the microphone's LCD screen starts flashing.
In this case, turn off the microphone and charge the batteries. Recharging time for discharged
batteries is 4 hours (with 1300 mA batteries).
Press down the grooved latch of the colored cap and remove the cap.
Connect the charger for the to the charging contact of the microphone and the mains
plug to a mains socket. Thus, the charging procedure is started.
During the charging, the microphone is deactivated and can not be operated.
If all three bars in the battery symbol are displayed on the microphone's LCD, the batteries are
fully loaded and charging is completed.
If possible, always use the entire capacity of the batteries. Short discharging/recharging cycles will
reduce the batterie's capacity.
