mental capabilities or with alack of experience and knowledge, if they are

supervised or have been instructed to use the appliance in asafe manner

and understand the potential dangers.

■Children must not play with the appliance.

In the event that the power cord is damaged, have it repaired at aprofessional

service centre to prevent causing adangerous situation. It is forbidden to

use the appliance if it has adamaged power cord.

■There is apotential risk of injury when it is used incorrectly.

■Always disconnect the appliance from the power supply when leaving it

without supervision and before assembly, disassembly or cleaning.

This appliance is designed for household use only. It is not intended for

use in locations such as:

– staff kitchens in stores, offices and other workplaces;

– hotel or motel rooms and other living areas;

– agricultural farms;

– bed and breakfast establishments.

Do not submerge the appliance, the power cord or the power plug in water

or in any other liquid.

Prevent the power cord and power plug from coming into contact with

water or another liquid.

Wash the glass kettle, removable filter, removable filter holder and filter

lid in warm water with asmall amount of neutral dishwashing detergent.

Rinse under clean running water and dry well.

■

Use the appliance according to the instructions in the user'smanual.

Otherwise, injuries, damage to the appliance or adangerous situation

may result.

■The surface of the hotplate retains residual heat after use.

■The appliance is intended exclusively for brewing filtered coffee. Use the

appliance only for the purposes for which it was designed.
