TEN-TRICK

The two ends of the magic wand are

loose and connected with a rubber

band. Pull the lower end of the rod

out of the rod by the rubber band

(1). Clamp the end between your

index and middle ﬁngers (2). Slide

your hand along the rod until you are

holding it roughly in the middle (3),

with the rubber band hidden.

As soon as you loosen your

grip on the wand, it will slowly move

upward. To your audience, it looks as

if the wand is moving on its own! Slide

the wand down and repeat the trick.
