Models BST100, BST500, BST600
Connection wire (handle part) of test clip bad soldered.
The handle gets stuck with glue, use a blower to heat the rubber sleeve of the handle,
remove the rubber sleeve and rework welding clip wire.
2. battery voltage is too low.
check battery voltage voltage with multimeter and recharge battery if voltage is lower than 9V.
3, Tested battery total voltage exceeds upper limit of tester,tester defective.
Return to factory to repair.

Return to the factory to repair.

Battery terminals bad contact to tester clamps
Conclusion changed significantly in each test to one battery removed car connection and
clamp tester directly to battery terminals when testing on car.
24V mode wrongly selected when testing 12V battery.
1. Battery voltage lower than 11.9V.
Recharge battery before test again.
2. Bad or poor contact,loose connection between battery terminals and test clamps.
Clamp the clips firmly and completely to the terminals of battery.
Replace or weld the wires and clamps.

Close the cover correctly until a clear “tik”sound is heard.
2, Printer cover deformed.
Return to factory for repair and replace it.
1. Printing board or the inductance bad soldered.
Removed back cover to rework welding.
2. Printing circuit board or printer defective.
Return to the factory to repair: replace the printer or printing circuit board.
1. Printing paper reversely installed.
Reload printer paper correctly.
2. Printed report blurred.
Replace good or new thermal paper.
