Ab Wheel with Brake

the product and save it for future reference. We reserve

Safety
This product is not intended to be used for medical
purposes. Consult your GP if you are at all uncertain
if this form of exercise is appropriate for you.
The product must not be used by children.
This product is not a toy.
The product is intended for domestic use only.
In cases of persistent pain or other problems,
discontinue use immediately and consult a GP.
Product description
Effective exercise for a variety of muscle groups.
Improves balance and coordination.
Braked for more control.
Double wheels for added stability.
Operation
Things to consider
Make sure that your lower back maintains its
natural curvature.
Your shoulders and hips should form a straight line.
Your arms and your upper back should be straight.
Face the floor and let your chin hang loosely to
keep your neck in a neutral position.
Hold the handles with the arrows pointing forwards
so the brake can be used.
Push the handles inwards towards the wheels to
engage the brake.
Practice
Starting position
Number or repetitions
Beginners - Repeat the exercise 7 times.
Experienced users - Repeat the exercise 10 times,
rest and then repeat another 10 times.
Advanced - Repeat the exercise 12 times, rest and
do two more sets of 12.
When you feel comfortable using the ab wheel you can
enhance your workout by tilting the ab wheel a little to
the left or right as you roll it.
Note: It is important that you rest between workouts.
Wait for at least a day before your next workout to give
your muscles time to recover. Stretch after exercising.
Care and maintenance
Use a soft moist cloth to clean the product. Use a mild
detergent and never use solvents and strong, abrasive
cleaning agents for cleaning the product.
Disposal
This product should be disposed of in accordance with
local regulations. If you are unsure how to proceed,
contact your local authority.
1. Stretch and warm-up your muscles before using
the ab wheel.
2. Kneel on the floor with your knees slightly apart,
keeping well balanced.
3. Hold the handles of the ab wheel firmly in front of
your knees. Make sure the arrows on the handles
point forwards.
Exercising
1. Roll the ab wheel forwards, slowly and carefully.
2. Push the handles inwards to engage the brake and
hold your position for 2–3 seconds. Exhale when
rolling the wheel away from you and inhale when
rolling back to the starting position.
3. Return slowly and carefully to the starting position.
A slow and controlled movement will exercise your
abs more efficiently. Repeat the movement.
