Service provision

• Any electrical work required related to product service provision, should be

carried out by a qualied electrician or skilled technician. This product must be

supported by an authorised Service Centre, and only genuine parts must be used.

> 1) If the appliance is Frost Free.

> 2) lf the appliance contains a freezer compartment.

Control panel

Start-up and temperature regulation

• Insert the connecon lead plug into the socket that is earthed. When the door of

the fridge compartment is opened, the inside light is switched on.

• The temperature selector knob is located on the RH side of the fridge compartment.

Setting “0” means: O

Turn clockwise and the Fridge unit will be on, meaning that it will then operate

automacally.

Setting “1” means: Highest temperature, warmest seng. Seng “7” (end-stop)

means: Lowest temperature, coldest seng.

At a low ambient temperature of around 16 °C, seng 1 should be selected. At ambient

temperatures of around 25 °C, select seng 2. If you require a lower temperature,

select seng 3 or 4.

Important!

We normally advise you to select seng 2, 3 or 4. If you would like a warmer or colder

temperature, then please turn the knob to the lower or higher seng, accordingly.

When you turn the knob to the lower seng, this may lead to a greater energy

eciency. Otherwise, it may result in higher energy-consumpon.

Important!

High ambient temperatures (i.e. on hot summer days) and a cold seng (posion 6 to

7) may cause the compressor to run connuously or even non-stop!

Reason:

When the ambient temperature is high, the compressor must run connuously to

maintain the low temperature of the appliance.

Cleaning before use

• Before using the appliance for the rst me, wash the interior and all internal

accessories with lukewarm water and some neutral soap, in order to remove the

typical smell of a brand new product, then dry thoroughly.
