Goggles Manual

OWNER’S MANUAL

WARNING:

USE ONLY UNDER COMPETENT SUPERVISION. (FOR CHILDREN USE.)

FOR SURFACE SWIMMING ONLY

Not for direct observation of the sun.

Not for protection against artificial light sources.

Not suitable for use at night or under condition of dull light.

Not suitable for driving and road use.

Not for use as eye protection against mechanical impact hazards.

Adjusting the Head Strap:

The head strap is used to hold the goggles in place; tighter is not necessarily better as this may cause discomfort and marking around the eyes.

Correct adjustment can be obtained by tensioning the band until a comfortable fit is achieved.

Adjusting the Bridge Strap (if necessary):

Correct adjustment of the bridge strap is essential for both comfort and a watertight seal.

To avoid water intake, slide the lenses closer together or further apart a notch at a time until the correct fit is obtained.

Fitting the Goggles:

To clear water or to adjust goggles, take a firm grip on the eye cup and tilt the lower edge of the eye cup slightly away from the face.

Removing the Goggles:

To remove goggles, put thumbs under head strap at side of the head. Slide thumbs to back of the head and lift elastic from back to front of the head.

EYE SAFETY WARNING:

WARNING: Do not pull eyecups away from face as they may spring back and cause eye damage.

It is recommended that teachers, coaches or mature swimmers demonstrate the methods of adjusting, fitting and removing goggles to young

children.

Head form: 1-M (For Adult);

Head form: 1-C12 (For Children).

CLEANING AND STORAGE

Rinse the goggle with clean water but never use detergents or alcohol etc. as cleaning agents.

Avoid unnecessary exposure to sunlight and air.

Avoid contact with oils and greases. Some sun creams and lotions are of an oily composition.

Avoid exposure to heat and contact with hot surfaces.

Store in a cool, dry place in a box or bag and in the dark, and do not distort during storage.
