MONTAGE
Vor der Montage erfordern folgende Punkte Ihre Aufmerksamkeit
• Das Gerät muss vorsichtig abgesetzt werden.
• Die Installation in ätzenden und alkalischen Umgebungen ist nicht zu

• Das Gerät muss geerdet sein.
• Die Nennspannung auf dem Typenschild muss mit der Spannung der
Stromversorgung im Haushalt übereinstimmen.
• Die Stromversorgung muss ausreichend Strom führen.
Auswahl der Montagestelle
Um das Gerät sicher
verwenden zu können, muss
es 1,8 m über dem Boden
montiert werden, mit einem
Abstand von 0,5 m zur

Seitenwänden hin.
Montageschritte

WARTUNG UND REINIGUNG
Der Heizstrahler benötigt eine sorgfältige und regelmäßige
Wartung, um dem Gerät einen langen und effektiven Betrieb zu
ermöglichen.
Wartung
• Überprüfen Sie die Sauberkeit des Reektors und des Heizdrahtes
mindestens einmal im Monat.
• Die Anzahl der Überprüfungen kann sich je nach Staub in der Umgebung
erhöhen.
• Überprüfen Sie den Reektor, den Draht und den Rahmen auf
sichtbare Verformungen hin, wenn Sie das Gerät reinigen. Falls Sie
eine Verformung feststellen, wenden Sie sich an einen qualizierten
Techniker.
• Nehmen Sie beim Reinigen das Netzkabel und den Netzstecker in

EN SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Do not leave this unit unattended when in use.
• This heater will get hot when in use. Do not touch hot surfaces.
CAUTION
Risk of burns! Some parts of this product can become very hot
and cause burns. Particular attention has to be given when
children and vulnerable people are present.
• Do not move the unit when in use. Wait until the heater is completely
cool before moving and check that it has been unplugged from the power
supply.
• Position the unit at least 1.5 m away from highly combustible materials
such as furniture, trees, leaves, dry grass and bushes.
• The heater must not face with the heating element pointing upwards
towards a ceiling. The heater element must be facing the area it is to heat.
Note: In order to avoid overheating do not cover the heater. It is not for
drying clothes.
• Keep children and pets at a safe distance from the unit.
• This device may be only used by children 8 years old or older and persons
with limited physical, sensory and mental capabilities and / or lack of
experience and knowledge, provided that they have been instructed in
use of the device by a responsible person who understands the associated
risks.
• Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance
shall not be made by children without supervision.
• Do not operate the heater if any signs of damage or malfunction manifest
themselves.
• Do not attempt to repair or adjust any electrical or mechanical functions
on this unit. The unit does not contain any user serviceable parts. Only a
quali ed electrician should perform servicing or repairs.
• If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its
service agent or similarly quali ed persons in order to avoid a hazard.
• Do not handle the element with bare hands. If it is inadvertently touched,
remove  nger marks with a soft cloth and methylated spirits or alcohol,
otherwise the marks will burn into the element causing premature heater
failure.

• Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, shower or
swimming pool.
• This product must not be left outdoors exposed to the elements for long
periods of time.
• Do not touch the plug with wet or damp hands.
• Do not run the power cable under carpeting. Do not cover the power cable
with rugs, runner, or similar coverings. Arrange the power cable away from
foot trafc and where it will not be tripped over.
• Do not wind the power cable around the unit.
• Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or opening
on the heater, as this may result in electric shock, re, or damage to the
heater.
• To prevent a possible re, do not block the air vents.
• A heater has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use in areas
where petrol, paint, explosive and/or ammable liquids are used or stored.
Keep unit away from heated surfaces and open ames.
• Where possible, avoid the use of an extension cable as this may overheat
and cause a re. However, if you have to use an extension cable, ensure it
is suitable for the purpose, has been tested for outdoor use and preferably
has an RCD device tted or attached.
• Always ensure the heater is plugged into a suitable socket, one that is
tested for outdoor use.
• Always unplug the unit and ensure the unit is completely cold before
moving, cleaning or storing.
• This heater is intended for domestic use only and should not be
used commercially for contract purposes. Any alternative use, not
recommended by the manufacturer, may result in re, electric shock, or
injury to persons.
• The use of attachments on the heater is not recommended.
• Do not use this heater with a programmer, timer, separate remote control
system or any other device that switches the heater on automatically,
since a re risk exists if the heater is covered or positioned incorrectly.
Important note on transport safety
Transport safeguards made of foam are located between the grids of the
heater. Completely remove the transport safeguards before operating the
device, otherwise there will be a risk of re.

INSTALLATION
Before the installation, the following matters need your attention
• Products should be put down gently.
• Installation in acidic and alkaline environments is not recommended.
• The product must be earthed.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Maintenance
Careful and regular maintenance of Infrared Heater is required to attain a
long and efcient operation of your appliance
• Check the cleanliness of the Reector and IR-Filament at least
once a month. If necessary, apply cleaning and maintenance
instructions.
• The number of checks may be increased considering the amount of
dust in the environment.
• Check the deformation of the Reector, Wire and Frame visually
while cleaning the appliance. In case of any deformation, consult a
qualied technician.
• Check the power cable and plug visually while cleaning the
appliance. In case of any deformation, consult a qualied
technician.
• It is recommended to change the reector every 2 years for more
efcient operation.

Cleaning
Regular and careful cleaning helps your heater to operate efciently for
many years.
• Unplug your power cable for your safety before cleaning your
appliance.
• Take out the front grid wire through the inlets on the frame using a
slotted screwdriver.
• The reector and lament must be cleaned with a soft cloth, a
smooth brush or cool or dry air. The cloth may be damp but never
too wet and the cleaner should not include any chemicals.

MANTENIMIENTO Y LIMPIEZA
El calefactor necesita un mantenimiento periódico y cuidadoso para permitir
que tenga una vida útil larga y eciente.
Mantenimiento
• Compruebe que el reector y el hilo conductor están limpios al menos
una vez al mes.
• El número de comprobaciones puede aumentar si instala el aparato en
un entorno con mucho polvo.
• Compruebe el reector, el cable y el marco para detectar posibles
deformaciones cuando limpie el aparato. Si detecta deformaciones,
contacte con un servicio técnico.
• Tenga a la vista el cable de alimentación y el enchufe cuando limpie el

• Se recomienda cambiar el reector cada 2 años para mantener la

Limpieza
• Se necesita una limpieza frecuente y cuidadosa del calefactor para
garantizar un funcionamiento duradero y eciente del mismo.
• Desconecte el enchufe antes de limpiar el aparato.
• Retire la rejilla de protección. Para ello, utilice un destornillador plano.
• El reector y el alambre termotransmisor se limpian con un paño suave,
un cepillo de cerdas blandas o aire frío y seco. El paño puede estar

húmedo, pero nunca mojado. El limpiador no debe contener productos
químicos.
• Evite utilizar materiales que puedan dañar el reector (limpiadores, etc.).
• Vuelva a montar la rejilla apretando los tornillos.

FR CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ
• Ne laissez pas l‘appareil en marche sans surveillance.
• Ce radiateur chauffe lorsqu‘il est en fonctionnement. Ne touchez pas les
surfaces chaudes.
ATTENTION
Risque de brûlure ! Certaines parties de ce produit peuvent
devenir très chaudes et causer des brûlures. Une attention
particulière est requise en présence d‘enfants et de personnes
vulnérables.
• Ne déplacez pas l‘appareil pendant son fonctionnement. Attendez que le
radiateur refroidisse complètement avant de le déplacer, et véri ez qu‘il
est bien débranché du secteur.
• Placez l‘appareil à au moins 1,5 m des matériaux in ammables tels que
meubles, arbres, feuilles, herbes sèches et arbustes.
• L‘élément chauffant du radiateur ne doit pas être dirigé vers le plafond.
L‘élément chauffant doit être tourné vers la surface à chauffer.
Note : Pour éviter la surchauffe, le radiateur ne doit pas être recouvert. Ne
pas utiliser l‘appareil pour sécher des vêtements.
• Tenez les enfants et les animaux domestiques à l‘écart de l‘appareil.
• Cet appareil peut être utilisé par des enfants de 8 ans ou plus et des
personnes ayant des capacités physiques, sensorielles et mentales limitées
et / ou dénuées d‘expérience et de connaissances, à condition d‘avoir été
instruits au fonctionnement de l‘appareil par une personne responsable et
d‘en comprendre les risques associés.
• Ne laissez pas les enfants jouer avec l‘appareil. Le nettoyage et l‘entretien
ne peut être effectué par des enfants que sous la surveillance d‘adultes.
• N‘utilisez pas l‘appareil s‘il présente des signes de dommages ou de
dysfonctionnement.
• N‘essayez pas de réparer ou de régler vous-même les fonctions électriques
ou mécaniques de cet appareil. L‘appareil ne contient aucune pièce
réparable par l‘utilisateur. Seul un électricien quali é est autorisé à

MONTAGE
Les points suivants requièrent votre attention avant l'assemblage
• L'appareil doit être posé avec soin.
• L'installation dans des environnements corrosifs et alcalins n'est pas
recommandée.
• L'appareil doit être mis à la terre.
• La tension nominale indiquée sur la plaque signalétique doit
correspondre à la tension de l'alimentation électrique de l'habitation.
• L'alimentation doit transporter un courant sufsant.
Choix de l'emplacemente
An de pouvoir utiliser
l'appareil en toute sécurité,
il doit être monté à 1,8 m au-
dessus du sol, à une distance
de 0,5 m du plafond, du toit et
des murs latéraux.
Étapes du montage
1. Marquez les trous de perçage
sur le site d'installation. Percez
les trous avec un marteau
perforateur.
2. Mettez 6 chevilles dans les trous.

3. Fixez les supportes de montage.
Utilisez 6 vis de type ST4x35. Assurez-
vous que les points de montage sont
fermement xés.
4. Avant d'installer le radiateur soufant,
assurez-vous que l'interrupteur à
bascule est sur le côté droit. Fixez
ensuite le support au radiateur
soufant. Utilisez 2 vis M6x14 et
écrous à oreilles.
UTILISATION
Allumez l'appareil avec l'interrupteur à bascule.
