You must submit your claim by January 31, 2022. You have until

February 28, 2022 to add your product serial number or FD number

to your claim and must do so online at BoschApplianceRebate.com

Please ensure that you have the following:

A copy of your original Sales Receipt or Invoice which shows

the model number, and the name of store where the

appliances were purchased.



The serial number or FD number for each of the products

you purchased.



Please submit your serial number or

FD number by no later than

February 28, 2022.

3. After your claim has been approved, you will receive an email from

notiﬁcation@Boschappliancedigitalrewards.com with instructions

for redeeming a physical or virtual Prepaid card.
