!Beware of steam coming from the spout or lid especially during relling. Never open the lid during the
boiling cycle.

!Never use the kettle without sufcient water in the kettle for it to operate correctly.
!Never allow the appliance to boil dry.
!Never lter any hot or boiling water.
!Never attempt to lter untreated, raw water or water of unknown quality. The lter must only be used with
municipally treated tap water.
!Never use the appliance without the lter funnel, BRITA® lter cartridge or lid in position.
!Always ensure that the lter is positioned securely in the lter funnel.
