The equipment is supplied with a power cable with plug so it doesn’t need a particular installation.

The equipment must be connected to a current tap V.230 +T.

The warm cabinet is used to keep warm brioches, cakes, pizza etc.

There is a thermostat 0-90°C.

On the position “0” the equipment is OFF.

Turn the thermostat knob on the position desired ,a warning light come on till the temperature

is arrived.

The best temperature for the preservation of new products is 35°C.

Under the bored shelf of the warm cabinet there is a little tank which must be filled up

with water to keep humidity inside.

The data plate is near the electrical cable and lists all the data deeded for connecting up to

the mains.

VITRINES CHAUFFANTES

L’appareil n’a pas besoin d’une installation particulier parce-que il est fourni avec fiche;

On doit le brancher a une prise V.230+T

Cet appareil est utilisé pour mantenir chaude brioches,pizza, gateaux etc.

Le thermostat est reglable 0 - 90°C

Dans la position “0” l’appareil est éteint.

Tourner la poignée jusq’à la temperature desirée; une lampe temoin s’allume.

La temperature ideale pour la conservation des produits est de 35°C.

Sous le plan perçu de la vitrine il y a une petite cuve qu’on doit remplir avec de l’eau pour

mantenir l’humidité dans l’interieur de l’appareil.

La plaquette technique se trouve sur la partie arrière du tableau de commandes et contient

toutes les données nécessaires au branchement.
