Safety
These safety precautions should always be followed when using thewindow vac.
• Only use thewindow vac in accordance with theinstructions in this manual.
• The window vac should not be kept or charged outdoors.
• The charger is for indoor use only. Donot use thecharger with wethands.
• Do not insert any foreign objects into thewindow vac.
• The window vac is not atoy!
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of
theappliance in asafe way and understand thehazards involved.
• Children shall not play with theappliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not
be made by children without supervision.
• The window vac must only be charged using thesupplied charger.
• The window vac should be fully charged before it is used for thefirst time
(see below).Charging thebattery
• Disconnect thecharger from thewindow vac and unplug it from thewall socket
once thebattery has charged.
• Repairs should only be carried out by aqualified technician.
• Never open thehousing of thewindow vac. Thewindow vac must not be
dismantled or modified in any way, as doing so may lead to short-circuiting and
potentially result in anexplosion.
• The charger must be unplugged before thewindow vac is cleaned or used.
Whencleaning thewindow vac, make sure that no water enters thepower switch
or charging socket.
• Do not expose thewindow vac to direct sunlight, flames or other heat sources.
Doingso might cause thewindow vac to explode.
• Do not use thewindow vac when it is connected to thecharger.
• Do not leave thecharger connected to thepower point after thebattery has
beencharged.
• Do not charge thebattery if theambient temperature is below 5 ºC or over 40ºC.
• The battery does not need to be completely discharged before charging.
• The charger is for indoor useonly.
• During long periods of storage thebattery should be charged every 6 months.
