EVAPORATIVE COOLING
How it Works
The fan draws hot, drier air through
the thick wet cooling media. As water
evaporates into the passing air, it
displaces the heat in the air.
The Result:
Mistless discharged air up to 28°F cooler!

• Delivers up to 28°F cooling effect – depending on
relative humidity

Cooling media is 8 in. thick, cross corrugated cellulose
material: angle fluted to provide effective cooling and
air distribution. Edge coated with thermosetting resin
giving additional strength and protection from growth
of algae or mildew

Tough, durable molded polyethylene construction
• 3 principle sizes: 16 in., 36 in. and 48 in. fan diameter
units with 2 speed or variable drive – providing cooling
areas of 750ft

, 3500ft

and 4000ft
2
respectively

Wave units – 12 in. high velocity fan
diameter - for smaller areas

Integral large water reservoirs – for up to 8 hours of
stand-alone continual use

Water connection – garden hose or portable

Integral low water shut off pumps – that monitor the
level of water and shut off supply to the unit when
running too low

Drain plug on all models – for convenient draining of
the units

Ground fault protection electrical lead – for
additional safety

Easy to handle – 2 swivel and 2 stationary castors on
units for improved maneuverability

Easy to maintain and service – cooling media and fans
can be accessed very easily for regular service

Warranty – 2 year warranty on coolers – parts only.

The COOL-SPACE
TM
range of portable evaporative
coolers provides a very cost effective, easy to use and
environmentally-friendly solution for comfort cooling
in areas that need short term or temporary cooling or
where flexibility is required. There are three principle sizes
of product that can cool areas of 750ft

, 3500ft

and
4000ft

respectively. Multiple use of products can provide
greater coverage depending on the application. The
units are environmentally friendly as they simply run on
water and a single phase electricity supply.
COOL-SPACE
TM
products are UL and ETL approved
and are manufactured from a tough, durable, molded
polyethylene. They also contain an 8 in. thick cooling
medium that lowers the ambient temperature by up to
28°F (depending on the relative humidity). The majority
of directly competitive products only have 6 in. media
– therefore COOL-SPACE
TM
derives a greater degree of
cooling than its competitors.
As a result they have been used effectively in the
