READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING

― Do not store or use gasoline or other ﬂ ammable vapors and liquids in the vicinity of this or

any other appliance.

―WHAT TO DO IF YOU SMELL GAS

• Do not try to light any appliance.

• Do not touch any electrical switch

• Do not use any phone in your building.

• Immediately call your gas supplier from a neighbor’s phone. Follow the gas supplier’s

instructions.

• If you cannot reach your gas supplier, call the ﬁ re department.

―Installation and service must be performed by a qualiﬁ ed installer, service agency or the

gas supplier.

WARNING

If the information in this manual is not followed exactly, a ﬁ re or explosion may result,

causing property damage, personal injury or death.

WARNING

• All ranges can tip.

• BURNS or other SERIOUS INJURIES can result.

• INSTALL and CHECK the anti-tip bracket following the nstructions supplied in this manual.i

To reduce the risk of tipping the range, the range must be secured by a properly installed anti-tip bracket.

See installation instructions for complete details before attempting to install.

To check if the bracket is installed and engaged properly, look underneath the range to see that the rear

leveling leg is engaged in the bracket. On some models, the storage drawer or kick panel can be removed

for easy inspection. If visual inspection is not possible, slide the range forward, conﬁ rm the anti-tip bracket

is securely attached to the ﬂ oor or wall, and slide the range back so the rear leveling leg is under the anti-

tip bracket.

If the range is pulled from the wall for any reason, always repeat this procedure to verify the range is

properly secured by the anti-tip bracket.
