Achtung! nichtDas Kabel an die Hausnetzspan-
nung 230 Volt anschließen!
Einsatzgebiet:
Bodenkonvektor zur Wurzelaktivierung, für
Aquarien bis 120 / 240 / 360 Liter.
Das DuplaThermik Set ist nicht zur Komplettbe-
heizung von Aquarien bestimmt. Zur Beheizung
benötigen Sie eine weitere Wärmequelle.
Betriebsvorbereitung:
1. Verlegen Sie das Kabel bogenförmig im Aquari-
um.
2. Bedecken Sie das Kabel mit Aquarienkies 2-3
mm. Empfehlung: Bodengrunddünger Dupla Root
verwenden.
3. Befüllen Sie das Aquarium mit Wasser.
4. Schließen Sie das Kabel an den Transformator an.
5. Stellen Sie den Transformator an einer geeigneten
Stelle des Aquarienunterschrankes auf.
6. Stecken Sie den Stecker der Netzanschlußleitung
in die Steckdose der Hausstromversorgung.
7. Das DuplaThermik Set ist jetzt betriebsbereit.
Wichtige Sicherheitshinweise !!!
• Das Gerät (Transformator) nur an Wechsel-
strom anschließen.
• Die auf dem Typenschild des Gerätes
angegebene Netzspannung muss mit der des
Hausnetzes übereinstimmen.
• Den Transtormator nur an Steckdosen mit
Schutzkontakt anschließen.
• Den Transformator nicht in die Nähe von
Wärmequellen stellen.
• Den Transformator nicht in Wasser tauchen
oder mit Wasser in Berührung bringen.
• Den Stecker der Netzzuleitung nicht an der
Leitung aus der Steckdose ziehen.
• Die Netzzuleitung nicht über Ecken oder
Kanten legen oder hängen.
• Den Transformator nicht in Betrieb nehmen
wenn die Netzzuleitung oder das Gerät selber
beschädigt ist.
• Nur einwandfreie Verlängerungsschnüre
verwenden.
• Den Transformator von Kindern fernhalten.
• Tranformator nicht öffnen. Im Falle eines
Defektes wenden Sie sich an den Dupla
Vertragspartner.
• Das Set wurde ausschließlich für den
Gebrauch an Aquarien konzipiert. Jede
zweckentfremdete oder der Gebrauchsanwei-
sung zuwiderlaufende Benutzung führt zum
Erlöschen der Gewährleistungs/Garantiean-
sprüche. Für eventuelle Schäden wird keine
Haftung übernommen.

Le câble être raccordé â la maison ne doit jamais
â une tension de 230 Volt!
Domaine d’utilisation:
Chauffage au sol pour la stimulation de l’activit
des racines, pour aquarium de 120 / 240 / 360
litres.
Le DuplaThermik Set n’est pas prévu pour
un chauffage complet de l’aquarium. Il est
complémentaire â un chauffage.
Mise en place:
1. Placez le câble chauffant dans le fond de
l’aquarium.
2. Recouvrez le câble chauffant avec du quart
de 2-3 mm. Nous recommandons d’enrichir le
substrat avec l’engrais au sol Dupla Root.
3. Remplissez l’aquarium d’eau.
4. Branchez le câble au transformateur.
5. Placez le transformateur â un endrolt adapté
non humide dans le meuble de l’aquarium.
6. Branchez la prise de l’adaptateur électrique
7. Le DuplaThermik Set est pret â fonctionner.
Recommandations importantes!!!
• Ne brancher l’appareil (transtormateur) qu’à
du courant alternatif.
• Les données electriques indiquees sur la carte
type de l’appareil doivent correspondent â
celles de votre maison.
• Le transformateur doit être branché â une
prise avec prise de terre et fusible.
• Ne jamais placer le transformateur â proximité
d’une source de chaleur.
• Ne jamais pionger le transformateur dans
l’eau ou l’asperger.
• Ne jamais enlever la prise en tirant sur le l
électrique.
• Ne jamais placer le l électrique sur un coi ou
une partie tranchante.
• Ne jamais faire fonctionner le transformate
quand l’un des appareils est endommagé.
• N’utiliser que des rallonges électriques en
parfait état adaptées â cet usage.
• Ne pas laisser le transformateur â portée des
enfants.
• Ne jamais ouvrir le transformateur. Dans le cas
d’un mauvais fonctionnement, adressez vous
â votre revendeur Dupla.
• Le Set a été conçu pour un usage strictement
réservé au domaine de l’aquariophilie. Une
autre utilisation ou un autre empioi que
celui indiqué dans le mode d’empioi annule
immediatement la garantie de l’appareil. Des
dommages éventuels ne seront pas pris en
compte.

Area of application:
Floor convector for root activation, suitable for
aquariums of up to 120 / 240 / 360 litres.
The DuplaThermik Set is not designed to provide
the complete heating of aquariums. To achieve
total, all-round heating a further heating appli-
ance is required.
Preparation for use:
1. Install the cable in a curved layout in the aquari-
um.
2. Cover the cable with 2-3 mm of aquarium gra-
vel. Recommendation: use Dupla Root fertilizer.
3. Fill the aquarium with water.
4. Connect the cable to the transformer.
5. Install the transformer in a suitable location in
the aquarium stand.
6. Insert the plug of the mains power connection
cable into the mains power supply wall socket.
7. The DuplaThermik Set is now ready for use.
Important safety instructions !!!
• Connect the appliance (transformer) only to
alternating current.
• The line voltage indicated on the type plate
must correspond to the mains power voltage.
• Connect the transformer only to wall sockets
with an earthing contact.
• Do not place the transformer near heat
radiating appliances.
• Do not dip the transformer into water, avoid
any contact between transformer and water.
• Do not pull on the cord itself when removing
the mains power supply cord from the wall
socket.
• Do not position or feed the mains power
supply cord over sharp edges or corners.
• Do not operate the transformer if the mains
power supply cord or the appliance itself is
damaged.
• Extension cords used must be in perfect and
undamaged condition.
• Prevent children from having access to the
transformer.
• Do not open the transformer. In case of a
defect contact your ofcial Dupla sales agent.
• The DuplaThermik Set was designed for
exclusive use in aquariums. Any other
unauthorised application, or any use contrary
to the instructions provided, will invalidate all
warranties. The manufacturer will not be held

Collocazione:
Sul fondo come convettore per l’attivazione delle
radici, per acquari da 120/240/360 litri.
Il DuplaThermik Set non è stato studiato per
il totale riscaldamento degli acquari, per tale
scopo avete bisogno di un’ulteriore fonte di
riscaldamento.
Preparazione alla messa in funzione:
1. Porre il cavo a forma di arco nel acquario.
2. Coprire il cavo con ghiala per acquari da
2-3 mm. Consiglio: usare il fertilizzante da
fondo Dupla Root.
3. Riempire l’acquarlo con l’acqua.
4. Collegare il cavo al trasformatore.
5. Appogglare il trasformatore in posizione
idonea nell’armadietto sotto l’acquarlo.
6. Inserire la spina elettrica nella presa.
7. Ora il DuplaThermik Set e pronto per l’uso.
Avvertenze di sicurezza !!!
• Collegare l’apparecchio (trasformatore) solo a
corrente alternata.
• La potenza indicata sull’apparecchio deve
essere identica a quella dell’alimentazione.
• Collegare il trasformatore solo a prese di terra.
• Non tenere il trasformatore vicino a fonti di
calore.
• Non mettere il trasformatore nell’acqua e non
farlo bagnare.
• Non strappare la spina dalla presa di corrente.
• Il cavo di corrente non deve fare angoli.
• Non accendere il trasformatore se lo stesso o
il relativo cavo di corrente sono danneggiati.
• Usare prolunghe intatte.
• Tenere il trasformatore fuori dalla portata dei
bambini.
• Non aprire il trasformatore. In caso di difetto
rivolgersi ai concessionari Dupla.
• Il Set è stato concepito solo per uso
acquarlolo, qualslasi altro tipo di utilizzo fa
decadere le sue prestazione e la garanzia,
