INTENDED USE
The slicer is designed to slice va ous types of d f d products, in partic r bread, cured KR400 ri har oo ula
meat, meat, cheese, vegetables, fruit, etc.
HOW TO USE

- Make sure that all elements are free of mages.da
- Wash the elements that come into contact with f d.oo
- Mount a suitable blade (2a or 2b). Mounting is shown in Figure IIIb and dismounting in Figure IIIa.
- When unused, store the bl e in a box to ensure safety and p tection during storage.ad (2a or 2b) ro
OPERATION
- Place the dy bo (6)

position.
- Move the carriage (4) several times back and forth to make sure that it m es freely.ov
- Make sure that the blade is c rectly u ed.(2a or 2b) or mo nt
- Place f d products on the carriage oo (4). In case of slicing small bits, pit the g d uar (5) on the carriage
(4).
