Charging

The torch may be charged up using the car adaptor only if the car is not

moving and the car engine is not running. Do not under any circumstances

charge up the torch when the engine is running or when the car is in motion.

Before you rst start using the ashlight, it is necessary to charge it by using

the included AC/DC adaptor or a car plug adaptor. If the LED does not light

or lights poorly, you have to charge the battery. To charge a fully discharged

battery takes about 10 hrs. Always charge the lantern in dry interiors with the

temperature between 0 °C and +40 °C.

In case you do not use the lantern for more than 3 months you have to charge

it. The lead acid battery is discharging itself spontaneously so it is required to

charge it at least once a month to avoid damaging of the battery.

1. Plug the adaptor type LGSPSA060030EP to the 230 V AC/50 Hz power

supply network.

2. Turn the switch on the lantern into the OFF position “O”. Should you fail

to do so, you can damage the adaptor.

3. Insert the connector of the adaptor into the lantern´s charging connector

on the body.

4. Remove the adaptor from the power supply network and the lantern

after you complete the charging process. Charging of totally discharged

accumulator takes about 10 hrs.

5. The accumulator does not have memory eect therefore it is possible to

charge it up continuously.

6. You can charge the lantern in a car from the 12 V cigarette socket by using

the car plug adaptor. The process of connecting and charging is similar

to that used with the adaptor. In case the accumulator is completely at,

charge the accumulator by a car plug adaptor for max. 8 hrs. After the

charging process is completed, disconnect the adaptor from the 12 V

cigarette socket.

Changing of the accumulator

Only a professional (electrician) can change the accumulator.

1. You must switch the lantern o before you change the accumulator.

2. Unscrew the top plastic cover of the reector anti-clockwise.

3. Uncover the plastic cover and disconnect the connectors from lead acid

battery.

4. Remove the accumulator from the lantern.

5. Connect supply leads (+ red wire, - others) to a new accumulator and then

insert this accumulator into the lantern.

6. Make up the same way as removal.

• Use the adaptor type LGSPSA060030EP in dry and electric proof environment.

• You must charge the new lantern rst before use!

• Do not dismount the lantern or its accessories.

• Do not throw the accumulator into re, do not dismantle or short-circuit

it. Wind it ecologically up after life expiration.

• Charge the battery for 10 hrs at the most.

• Take the battery out if you are not going to use the ashlight for longer time.

• The lantern is only resistant to spraying water and moisture, do not put it

into water.

• In case water enters into the ashlight, do not switch it on, take the battery

immediately out and closely dry the lantern.

• The torch may be charged up using the car adaptor only if the car is not

moving and the car engine is not running. Do not under any circumstances

charge up the torch when the engine is running or when the car is in

motion.

This appliance is not intended to be used by young children or inrm per-

sons unless they have been adequately supervised by a responsible person

to ensure that they can use the appliance safely. Young children should be

supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance

Do not dispose with domestic waste. Use special collection points for

sorted waste. Contact local authorities for information about collec-

tion points. If the electronic devices would be disposed on landll,

dangerous substanoes may reach groundwater and subsequently

food chain, where it could aect human health.

Nabíjení

Nabíjení svítilny zautomobilu pomocí Car adaptoru je možné pouze tehdy,

když se automobil nepohybuje (když stojí) apři vypnutém motoru auto-

mobilu. Vžádném případě se nesmí svítilna nabíjet při zapnutém motoru

automobilu, ani když se vozidlo pohybuje.

Akumulátor svítilny před prvním použitím nabijte. Použijte přiložený AC/DC

zdroj nebo Car adaptor. Nabití zcela vybitého akumulátoru trvá 10 hodin.

Svítilnu nabíjejte vsuchých vnitřních prostorách při teplotě 0 °C až +40 °C.

Není-li svítilna delší dobu používána, je nutné před dalším použitím akumulá-

tor dobít. Akumulátor se samovolně vybíjí aje nutné jej dobíjet minimálně je-

denkrát za 3 měsíce, aby se předešlo poklesu napětí ajeho možnému zničení.

1. Zapojte síťový napájecí zdroj do sítě 230 VAC/50 Hz.
