Fotosel göz hava geçirmez madde ile kaplı bir CdS foto direnç olup, direnci ortamın ışık

General
FGtypephotoelectric(twilight)switchesmonitorthedaylightinconnectionwithalightsensor
(lightdependentresistor,LDR)speciallydevelopedforthispurpose.Theseswitchesareused
onyards,streetsorshopwindowsforautomaticallyswitchingthelightsONatthebeginning
ofdarknessandswitchingthemOFFinthemorning.
Thesensorisinstalledinanairtight,surfacemountcontainerthatismadeofheatresistant
acrylic material. The CdS sensor is thermetically encapsulated and its resistance varies
dependingontheambientlightintensity.Seethefollowinggraphfortheresistanceversus
theintensityofillumination.
IfthelightintensityislowerthantheadjustedLuxvalue,therelayisenergizedandswitches
ONattheendofatimedelay.ThedelayfeatureinFGtypetwilightswitchesisimplemented
against the short interval, high intensity light bursts. Depending on the model type, the
switch-onandswitch-odelaymechanismrangesbetween0.5and45secondsandtheLux
adjustmentrangesbetween0.5Luxand15Lux.Duringtheadjustmentoftwilightswitch,itis
necessarytowaitforadelaytimeof60secondseachtimeanyknobismoved.
Anotherpointtobeconsideredisthatthedaylightintensityreducesfrom10Luxto1Lux
about5minutesinwinter,whilethistimeisabout20minutesinsummer.
Note:FG-4Tphotocellrelayisdesignedtodriveresistiveloads.Contactorswithmaximum1kΩ
resistanceshouldbepreferredtodrivecontactors.

Hinweise zum sicheren Einbau und Betrieb
Die Nichtbeachtung der nachstehenden Anweisungen kann zu schweren Verletzungen

• Trennen Sie die Schalttafel von allen Stromquellen, bevor Sie irgendeine Operation auf
dem Gerät durchführen.
• Entfernen Sie die Frontblende nicht, während das Gerät an das Stromnetz
angeschlossen ist.
• Reinigen Sie Ihr Produkt nicht mit chemischen Lösungsmitteln usw., sondern nur mit
einem trockenen Tuch.
• Stellen Sie vor dem Betrieb Ihres Produkts sicher, dass alle Anschlüsse korrekt sind.
• Das Gerät ist nur für Hutschienenmontage eingesetzt.
