Unerwartete Bewegung von Bauteilen

Verletzung durch Schlag, Stoß, Quetschung

Stromversorgung und Druckluft vor Montagearbeiten abschalten.

Hinweis

Funktionsstörung und Sachschaden durch unsachgemäße Montage.

Schwing-Schock-Belastung bei dieser Befestigungsart vermeiden.

Hutschiene waagrecht montieren.

Hutschiene nicht überlasten

Zulässige Belastungen der Hutschiene  EN 60715 TH35x15

Sachgemäß montieren ( Abschnitt 4).

Sachschaden durch abfallende Ventilinsel 3.

Sachgemäß demontieren ( Abschnitt 5).

4. Montage

Hutschiene 2 montieren.

Abstand der Befestigungs-

punkte von max. 300 mm

einhalten.

Klammern (A) nach unten

ausrichten.

Befestigungen 1 an der An-

schlussleiste 5 platzieren.

Nur bei Anschlussblock

Bohrungen (B) am schmalen

Abstand der Stege (C) ver-

wenden.

Schrauben 4 durch die unteren Bohrungen (B) und in die Befestigun-

gen 1 drehen bis Befestigungen 1 5 an der Anschlussleiste anliegen.

Haken (B) auf die Hutschie-

ne 2 hängen.

Ventilinsel 3 nach unten

kippen bis die Klammern (A)

einrasten.

Schrauben 4 festdrehen.

Anziehdrehmoment einhal-

ten.

Durch das Festdrehen der

Schrauben 4 stellen sich die

Befestigungen 1 schräg. Die

Ventilinsel 3 verklemmt und

ist gegen Kippen und Verrut-

schen gesichert.

Befestigungen 1 nicht richten.

5. Demontage

Anschlüsse von der Ventil-

insel 3 entfernen.

Schrauben 4 maximal

2 Umdrehungen aufdre-

hen ( Hinweis).

Ventilinsel 3 nach oben

kippen bis die Klammern (A)

ausrasten.

Ventilinsel 3 von der Hut-

schiene heben.

H-rail mounting VAME-T-M6:

Mounting the valve terminal 3 onto the H-rail 2.

3. Safety

instructions and notes on mounting

Caution

Unexpected movement of components

Injury caused by shock, impacts or pinching

Switch off power supply and compressed air before mounting work.

Note

Incorrect mounting can cause malfunction and material damage.

Avoid stress from shock and vibration with this type of mounting.

Mount H-rail horizontally.

Do not overload H-rail

Permissible loads for the H-rail  EN 60715 TH35x15

Mount properly ( section 4).

Material damage due to falling valve terminal 3.

Dismantle properly ( section 5).

4. Mounting

Mount H-rail 2.

Observe distance for

fastening points of

max. 300 mm.

Align clips (A)

downward.

Place attachmen

ts 1 on the

terminal strip 5.

Only for connection block

VABM-B1

0-30S-...-P3:

Use hole (B) at the

slim distance from

the bars (C).

Screw the screws 4 through the lower holes (B) and into the attach-

ments 1 until attachments 1 rest against the terminal strip 5.

Hang the hook (B) onto the

H-rail 2.

Tilt the valve terminal 3

downwards until the clips (A)

engage.

Tighten screws 4.

Observe tightening torque.

Information

Through tightening of the

screws 4, the attachments 1

become inclined. The valve

terminal 3 jams and is se-

cured against tilting and slip-

ping.

Do not adjust attachments 1.

5. Dismounting

Remove connections from

the valve terminal 3.

Unscrew screws 4 a maxi-

mum of 2 turns ( Note).

Tilt the valve terminal 3

upwards until the clips (A)

engage.

Lift valve terminal 3 from

the H-rail.
