Bestimmungsgemäß dient die
Lösehilfe 1 dazu, das Elektro-
nikmodul 3 zu demontieren.
2. Demontage:
Bei Anschlussplatte MPAL-AP-4X10

(Baugruppe)
3 Elektronikmodul
•Drehen Sie die Schraube (A)
heraus. Achten Sie auf die
Mutter (B), damit sie dabei
nicht verloren geht.
•Ziehen Sie diese drei An-
schlussplatten (C) ab.

•Führen Sie die Lösehilfe 1
in die vorgesehenen Nuten
im Elektronikmodul 3 ein.

•Platzieren Sie alles über ei-
ner ebenen Fläche.
•Drücken Sie die Lösehilfe 1
und die Anschlussplatte 2
gleichmäßig zusammen, bis
Sie spüren, dass die
Schnapphaken nachgeben.

•Drücken Sie das Elektronik-
modul 3 gegen die ebene
Fläche und somit nach oben
aus der Anschlussplatte 2
heraus.
3. Demontage:
Bei Anschlussplatte VMPAL-AP-10 und Einspeisemodul VMPAL-SP

•Führen Sie die Lösehilfe 1
in die vorgesehenen Nuten
im Elektronikmodul 3 ein.

•Drücken Sie die Lösehilfe 1
und das Bauteil 2 gleich-
mäßig zusammen, bis Sie
spüren, dass die Schnapp-
haken nachgeben.
•Halten Sie dies so fest.

•Drücken Sie das Elektronik-
modul 3 gleichzeitig mit
den Daumen aus dem Bau-
teil 2 heraus.
Alternative zum einfacheren Herausdrücken des Elektronikmoduls 3:

•Fertigen oder verwenden Sie
einen kleinen Block (A), der
ungefähr den nebenstehen-
den Maßen [mm] entspricht.

•Stellen Sie den Block (A) un-
ter die Lösehilfe 1 auf eine
ebene Fläche.
•Drücken Sie die Lösehilfe 1
und das Bauteil 2 gleich-
mäßig zusammen, bis Sie
spüren, dass die Schnapp-
haken nachgeben.

•Drücken Sie das Elektronik-
modul 3 auf den Block (A)
und somit nach oben aus
dem Bauteil 2 heraus.

The releasing tool 1 is in-
tended for disassembly of the
electronics module 3.
2. Disassembly:
With sub-base MPAL-AP-4X10

3 Electronics module
•Unscrew the screw (A). Pay
attention to the nut (B) so it
does not get lost.
•Pull off the three sub-
bases (C).

•Guide the releasing tool 1
into the designated grooves
in the electronics module 3.

•Place everything over a flat
surface.
•Evenly press the releasing
tool 1 and the sub-base 2
together until you feel that
the snap-in hooks are giving
way.

•Press the electronics mod-
ule 3 against the flat sur-
face and thus upward out of
the sub-base 2.

For sub-base VMPAL-AP-10 and power supply module VMPAL-SP

•Guide the releasing tool 1
into the designated grooves
in the electronics module 3.

•Evenly press the releasing
tool 1 and the compo-
nent 2 together until you
feel that the snap-in hooks
are giving way.
•Hold it tight.

•Simultaneously press the
electronics module 3 out of
the component 2 with your
thumbs.
Alternatives for pressing the electronics module 3 out more easily:

•Make or use a small block (A)
that approximately equals
the dimensions in the figure
on the left [mm].

•Put the block (A) underneath
the releasing tool 1 on a flat
surface.
•Evenly press the releasing
tool 1 and the compo-
nent 2 together until you
feel that the snap-in hooks
are giving way.

•Press the electronics mod-
ule 3 onto the block (A) and
thus upward out of the com-
ponent 2.
