
1. Before use, ensure canisters, lid and vacuum tube are completely clean and dry.
2. Fill canister with the item to be preserved and secure lid onto the canister.
3. Turn canister lid dial arrow to SEAL postion.
4. Connect one end of the vacuum tube (Port A) to the vacuum canister lid and the
other end of the vacuum tube (Port B) to the Gemini Vacuum Sealer. Ensure both
connections are pushed in tightly. (See below diagrams)
This canister set is compatible with Gemini Vacuum Sealers. Vacuum results may
not be guaranteed if this canister is used with other vacuum sealing machines.
For the best vacuum preservation results of food items, it is recommended to
re-vacuum the canister in every two months for long time preservation.
5. Press the “Canister Vacuum” button on the vacuum om
Canister through tube. Vacuum action will stop automatically when all air has been
drawn out from canister. If canister is unable to be vacuumed and sealed for some
unknown reason, the vacuum operation will shut down automatically after 2 minutes.
6. Remove Vacuum tube connection from the canister.
7. Repeat Steps 2-6 for other canisters to be sealed.
8. To open canister after vacuum packaging, turn the canister lid dial arrow to OPEN
position. Wait several seconds for the lid to be released.
