VX-1 QUICK SETUP

1. Connect the VX-1 to your console via its charging lead.

2. Insert the usb dongle into a usb port on the console.

3. The LED on the dongle will ﬂash quickly (slow ﬂashing is

receiving mode not pairing mode).

4. Immediately press the home button on your controller.

5. All the LEDs on the controller will ﬂash, and aer a short

time one (or two) will remain solid.

6. Immediately disconnect the charging lead from the

controller and the LEDs will ﬂash again.

7. Repeat steps 4 & 5. (Sometimes pushing the home button

again will speed up this process. If the controller fails

to respond, repeat the process but make sure that you

disconnect the dongle and reinsert.)

8. To add multiple controllers (up to 7) or assign your

controller to a dierent port go to:

Accessory settings > Reassign controller.

Important Notices:

• Make sure that the battery is fully charged before

ﬁrst use.

• For the ﬁrst few weeks your controller may need more

frequent and longer periods on charge.

• Use of the vibration feature will shorten the gaming time.

• Resetting your controller

If your controller loses connection with its dongle and

will not pair, take a small pointed object and insert it

into the hole found on the back of the controller.

Pushing down on the button inside will reset the

controller. Remove the dongle from the PS3 and switch

o the console, remove the PS3’s power cord from the

electrical socket, wait 15 seconds then plug in and turn

on the console. Then follow the pairing instructions.
