Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung

Der Luftstromwächter SLG analog überwacht Luftströme. Er erfaßt die

Strömungsgeschwindigkeit und setzt sie in ein analoges Spannungs-

signal um.

Arbeitsbereich: 2m/s ... 20m/s; Ausgangssignal: 1V ... 10V.

Montage

Montieren Sie den Luftstromwächter mit Hilfe der mitgelieferten Befe-

stigungsschelle. Durchmesser der Bohrung für das Gerät: 24mm.

Legen Sie die mitgelieferten Dichtungen ein, wenn der Einbau luftdicht

sein soll. Die Einbautiefe richtet sich nach der Rohrweite:

Richten Sie das Gerät im Luftstrom aus; der Markierungspfeil am

Stopfen muß in Strömungsrichtung zeigen.

Um Fehlfunktionen zu vermei-

den, müssen Mindestabstände

zwischen Luftstromwächter und

Krümmungen, Ventilen u. ä. ein-

gehalten werden:

Elektrischer Anschluß

Das Gerät darf nur von einer Elektrofachkraft installiert werden.

Befolgen Sie die nationalen und internationalen Vorschriften zur

Errichtung elektrotechnischer Anlagen.

Spannungsversorgung für Geräte bis 60 V nach EN50178, SELV, PELV.

Schalten Sie die Anlage spannungsfrei. Schließen Sie das Gerät

an wie auf dem Typenschild angegeben; Adernfarben: BN =

Braun, BK = Schwarz, WH = Weiß, BU = Blau.

Betrieb:

Prüfen Sie, ob das Gerät sicher funktioniert.

Die grüne LED leuchtet, wenn die Versorgungsspannung anliegt.

Das Gerät ist ca. 90s nach Einschalten der Versorgungsspannung

betriebsbereit.

Function and features

The analog airflow monitor SLG monitors airflows. It detects the flow

velocity and converts it into an analog voltage signal.

Operating range: 2m/s...20m/s; Output signal: 1V...10V

Mounting

Mount the airflow monitor by means of the mounting clamp provi-

ded. Diameter of the mounting hole for the unit: 24 mm. If mounting

is to be airtight, use the gaskets provided.

The insertion depth depends on the diameter / side length of the pipe:

Fonctionnement et caractéristiques

L’anémomètre analogique SLG surveille la vitesse de l’air. Il convertit la

vitesse du fluide en un signal de tension analogique.

Plage de fonctionnement: 2m/s...20m/s; Signal de sortie: 1V...10V

Installation

Installer le contrôleur de débit d’air à l’aide de la bride de fixation

livrée. Diamètre du trou de fixation pour l’appareil: 24mm. Si l’installa-

tion doit être étanche à l’air, employer le joint de garniture livré. La pro-

fondeur d’installation est en fonction des dimensions de la canalisation:

Aligner l’appareil dans le débit d’air; la flèche en relief de l’embout doit

être orientée dans le sens de circulation.

Afin d’éviter un mauvais fonc-

tionnement une distance mini-

mum doit être respectée entre le

con-trôleur de débit d’air et les

coudes, soupapes, etc.

Raccordement électrique

L'appareil ne doit être monté que par un électricien. Les règle-

ments nationaux et internationaux relatifs à l'installation de

matériel électrique doivent être respectés. Alimentation pour des

appareils jusqu'à 60 V selon EN50178, SELV, PELV.

Mettre l’installation hors tension avant le raccordement.

Raccordement selon les indications de l’étiquette; couleurs des

fils conducteurs: BN = brun, BK = noir, WH = blanc, BU = bleu.

Fonctionnement:

Vérifier le bon fonctionnement de l’appareil.

La LED verte est allumée si la tension d’alimentation est appliquée.

L’appareil est operationnel env. 90s après la mise sous tension.

Align the unit in the airflow; the arrow on the cap must point in the

direction of flow.

To avoid malfunction a minimum

distance between the air flow

monitor and bends, valves or

such like must be observed.

Electrical connection

The unit must only be connected by an electrician.

The national and international regulations for the installation of

electrical equipment must be observed.

Voltage supply for units up to 60 V to EN50178, SELV, PELV.

Disconnect power before connecting the unit.

Connect according to the indications on the type label;

core colours: BN = brown, BK = black, WH = white, BU = blue.

Operation:

Check the safe functioning of the unit.

The green LED lights when the supply voltage has been applied.

The unit is ready for operation approx. 90s after application of the

supply voltage.
