before using your product,
particularly these basic
safety instructions.

Danger
This appliance is not intended for use
by people (including chi ldren) with
limited physical, sensory or mental
abilities, or by people lacking expe-
rience or knowledge, unless they are
supervised or have been instructed
beforehand on how to use the appli-
ance by someone responsible for their
safety. Children should be supervised
to make sure they do not play with
the device.
Before connecting the device, check
that the voltage shown on the device
corresponds to the local voltage.
Do not connect or disconnect the
power cable with wet hands.
If the power cable is damaged, it must
be replaced by a similar one available
from the supplier or its af ter-sales
department.
Do not use this device if the power
plug is damaged, if the device is not
working properly, has been dropped
on the oor or if it is damaged or has
been dropped into water. In this event,
have the device examined and re-
paired by the supplier or its after-sales
department.
Never try to recover a device that has
fallen into water. Remove the power
supply from the socket immediately.
Warning
Do not use accessories that are not
recommended by Lanaform or that are
not supplied with this device.
Position the power cable in a way that
avoids any tripping hazard.
Do not carry this device by its power
cable or use the cable as a handle.
Unplug the device before cleaning it.
Keep the power cable away from
hot surf aces.
Never drop anything or insert any
object into any of the openings.
Do not use this device in a damp
atmosphere (in a bathroom, close
to a shower, etc.).
Do not use this device under a cover
or under a cushion. Excessive heat
can cause re, electrocution or injury.
Do not expose the device to direct
sunlight or high temperatures.
Keep children away from the pack-
aging materials (risk of suocation).
Use and store the device at a temper-
ature between °C and °C.
This device must not be modied
in any way.

Use this device only according to
the instructions given in this manual.
Only use the sleep aid device on
humans. Do not use it on animals.
This device is intended for use in
closed rooms and in a domestic or
private environment.
This device is not intended for medical
or commercial use. It is not a medical
device.
The sleep aid device is not intended for
therapeutic use in the event of sleep
disturbances due to health reasons.
You must consult your doctor before
using the device in the following cases:
• convulsive disorders such
as epilepsy or asthma;
• disease of the vegeta-
tive nervous system;
• arterial hypotension;
• surgery to the abdo-
men or thorax.
If you experience any vertigo, nausea,
panic attacks or palpitations when
using the device, stop using it im-
mediately and switch it o.
Never look directly into the device’s
light.
If you have any health problems at
all, please consult your family doctor.
Lanaform cannot be held liable in
the event of accidental damage re-
sulting from any use contrary to the
instructions given in these instruc-
tions for use.

Thank you for choosing the sleep aid
device Nuxo. Combining  sleep aid
techniques, Nuxo is the most com-
prehensive sleep aid on the market.
Depending on your preferences, you
can choose between the cardiac co-
herence breathing exercise, the white
noise broadcast, sounds from the
world of nature broadcast or sunset
simulator. All these are recognised
techniques to bring you to a state of
serenity and refreshment, making it
easier for you to fall asleep. Switch on
Nuxo and prepare for a good night’s
sleep.
