IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE.

Always comply with the following precautions to avoid dangerous

situations and ensure peak performance of your product.

WARNING

• Installation or repairs made by unqualified persons can result in

hazards to you and others.

• Installation MUST conform with local building codes or, in the

absence of local codes.

• The information contained in the manual is intended for use by a

qualified service technician familiar with safety procedures and

equipped with the proper tools and test instruments.

• Failure to carefully read and follow all instructions in this manual

can result in equipment malfunction, property damage, personal

injury and/or death.

Installation

• For installation, always contact the dealer or an authorized service

center.

- There is risk of fire, electric shock, explosion, or injury.

Do not install, remove, or re-install the unit by yourself (customer).

• Be cautious when unpacking and installing the product.

- Sharp edges could cause injury.

• Do not open the maintenance cover of the main body during

operation.

- Otherwise, it may cause electrical shock.

Install the air intake where polluted air can not be directly sucked in.

- It may cause various accidents, including suffocation, due to the

suction of harmful gasses(CO, etc.)

• Use the designated electrical wires for the terminal board

connections, and connect the wires securely so that they will not

become disconnected. (Failure to ensure proper connections may

cause fire.)

• Means for disconnection must be incorporated in the fixed wiring

in accordance with the wiring rules.

Operation

• When the product is soaked (flooded or submerged), contact an

authorized service center.

Operation

• Use a soft cloth to clean. Do not use harsh detergents, wax or

thinner, etc.

- Otherwise, color or surface deteriorate.

• Clean the filter regularly and use the gloves for cleaning.

- Adhering to a mass of dust may cause the deterioration of air

volume.

• Do not use the product for special purposes, such as preserving

foods, works of art, etc. It is a consumer ventilator, not a

precision refrigeration system.

- There is risk of damage or loss of property.

• Do not step on or put anyting on the product.

- There is risk of personal injury and failure of product.

Economizer Installation

Installation of main body

1. Remove the product side panel.

- Disconnect screw 8 EA.

2. Attach the economizer to the place where the product side panel

is removed.

- Engage the economizer screw 7 EA.

3. After installing the economizer, sealant is applied to the edge of

the damper contact part.

Connection of the wires

1. Open the door of product control box.

- Release 3 screws and than open the door.

2. Release the cover of Master(A cycle) control box.

- Release 6 screws and than open the cover of the control box.

3. Connect the cable to the terminal block.

- After inserting the cable into the bushing, fully insert it into the

terminal block for connection.

- With reference to the below writing diagrams accurately

connect the cable into the terminal block.

- Make sure that the cable may not be removed by pulling them.

Off

Disable the economizer function to keep the outside air

damper closed.

Auto

If the outside air temperature is lower than the air

temperature indoors when cooling is being operated,

outside air is supplied to the room to save energy.

Step 1

Opens the outside air damper opening by one stage to

improve the indoor air quality by introducing fresh air

into the room.

Step 2

Opens the outside air damper opening by two stages

to improve the indoor air quality by introducing fresh air

into the room.

NOTE

Economizer setting function may not be available on some

products.

Provides outside air to a room to save energy and improve the air

quality indoors.
