OPERATION

1. Positiontheheateruprightontheoorawayfromcurtains,furnitureorwall

coveringsbeforepluggingyourheaterintothemainssocket.

2. Connecttheheatertothemainssocket.Besurethemainsplugtstightlyinthe

mainssocket.Aloosetwillcauseoverheatinganddamagethemainsplug.

3. SwitchontheheaterusingthePower Switchattherearoftheheater.Theunit

will beep and the Power LEDwilllightupred.Thedefaultpowerlevelishigh.

Usethe buttontoadjustthepowerleveltoloworhigh.Mode

4. InAutoTemperatureMaintenanceMode,oncetheunit’stemperaturesensor

detectsthattheroomtemperatureis2°Cabovethedesiredtemperature,theheater

willswitchoautomatically.After4minutes,iftheroomtemperaturefallsbelow

thedesiredtemperature,theunitwillturnonagaintomaintainthetemperature.

unplugtheunitfromthemainssocket.

SAFETY PROTECTIVE DEVICE

Overheat Protection System

Thepowertotheheaterwillautomaticallycutoifthetemperatureofthe

heaterexceedsacertainlimit.Iftheheateroverheats,itwillstopoperating.

Switchtheheateroandallowittocoolforatleast30mins.Theheaterwill

thenresumeoperatingasnormal.

CLEANING

Yourheatershouldbecleanedregularlytostopdirtanddustbuildingup

whichwillaectitsperformance.Ensuretheairinletandtheairoutletarenot

blocked.Thiscanbedonewithavacuumcleaner,usingthebrushattachment.

HINTS & TIPS

My heater does not work when I turn it on

1. Checkthatyourheaterispluggedinandthepoweristurnedonatthe

mainssocket.

2. Theheatermaybeoverheating.Switchitoandallowittocooldownfor

atleast30mins,thenswitchitonagain.

3. TurnthePower Switch to the “High Temp” position.

4. TryreplacingtheBSIorASTSapproved13AmpBS1362fuseintheplug.

5. Iftheheaterstilldoesn’twork,donottrytorepairtheheateryourself.

If your heater’s power is automatically cut o follow the steps below:

1. Unplugyourheaterandallowittocooldownforatleast30mins.

2. Inspectyourheater.

3. Plug-intheheaterandswitchitonagain.Ifitcutsoagain,movethe

heatertoabetterventilatedlocation.

4. Ifthereisanysignofphysicaldamage(e.g.melting,orburningofthe

case),donotattempttouseyourheater.Pleaseleaveallmaintenance

worktoqualiedpersonnel.

Itisnormalfortheheatertoemitsomesmellwhenitisturnedon

forthersttimeorwhenturnedonafternotbeingusedforalong

time.Thissmellwilldisappearwhentheheaterhasbeenturned

on for a short while.

Theheatercannotbeswitchedonwhenithasoverheated.Allowit

tocooldownforatleast30minsandthenswitchitonagain.

Ensureyouunplugyourheaterfromthemainssocketandwait

fortheheatertocooldowncompletelybeforecleaning.
