1 Verwendungsmöglichkeiten

Diese Lautsprecherbox ist speziell für den Einsatz

in Beschallungsanlagen konzipiert, die mit 100-V-

Technik arbeiten. Die Einstellung der Lautstärke er -

folgt durch die Auswahl der Anschlussklemmen. Um

einen hohen Wirkungsgrad zu erhalten, ist bei den

Modellen ESP-303 /… ein Lautsprecher mit Phase-

Plug eingesetzt und bei den Modellen ESP-305 /…

ein Lautsprecher mit einem Neodym-Magneten.

2 Wichtige Hinweise für den Gebrauch

Die Lautsprecherbox entspricht allen relevanten

Richtlinien der EU und ist deshalb mit gekenn-

zeichnet.

Die Lautsprecherbox ist nur zur Verwendung im

Innenbereich geeignet. Schützen Sie sie vor

Tropf- und Spritzwasser, hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit

und Hitze (zulässiger Einsatztemperaturbereich

0 – 40 °C).

GVerwenden Sie zum Reinigen nur ein trockenes,

weiches Tuch, auf keinen Fall Wasser oder Che-

mikalien.

GWird die Lautsprecherbox zweckentfremdet,

nicht fachgerecht montiert, falsch angeschlos-

sen oder überlastet, kann keine Haftung für

daraus resultierende Sach- oder Personenschä-

den und keine Garantie für die Lautsprecherbox

übernommen werden.

3 Installation

WARNUNG Im Betrieb liegt berührungsgefähr -

liche Spannung bis 100 V an der

Anschlussleitung an. Die Installation

darf nur durch Fachpersonal erfolgen.

Achten Sie auf die Belastung des ELA-Verstärkers

durch die Lautsprecher. Eine Überlastung kann

den Verstärker beschädigen! Die Summe der

Leistungen aller angeschlossenen Lautsprecher

darf die Verstärkerleistung nicht überschreiten.

Soll die Lautsprecherbox endgültig aus

dem Betrieb genommen werden, überge-

ben Sie sie zur umweltgerechten Entsor-

gung einem örtlichen Recyclingbetrieb.

1) Vor der Installation der Lautsprecherbox den

ELA-Verstärker ausschalten, damit die 100-V-

Audioleitung spannungsfrei ist!

2) Um die Lautsprecherbox an einer Decke oder

Wand zu montieren, kann der beiliegende Mon-

tagewinkel verwendet werden. Für andere Hal-

terungen (z. B. LST-40) sind vier M8- und zwei

M6-Gewindehülsen vorhanden. Bei Bedarf die

entsprechenden Abdeckschrauben entfernen.

3) Die Lautsprecherbox an den ELA-Verstärker

anschließen: Die Anschlussklemme COM und

die Klemme, die der gewünschten Nennbelas-

tung (Lautstärke) entspricht, mit der 100-V-

Audio leitung verbinden.

4) Beim Anschluss von mehreren Lautsprechern

darauf achten, dass die Lautsprecher alle gleich

gepolt werden (z. B. COM-Klemme = Minuspol)

und dass der Verstärker nicht überlastet wird.

ence.

1 Applications

This speaker system is designed for PA systems

that work with 100 V technology. The volume is

set by the terminals selected. To provide a high

level of efficiency, the speaker system features a

speaker with a phase plug (models ESP-303 /…)

or a speaker with a neodymium magnet (models

ESP-305 /…).

2 Important Notes

The speaker system corresponds to all relevant

directives of the EU and is therefore marked

with .

GThe speaker system is suitable for indoor use

only. Protect it against dripping water and splash

water, high air humidity and heat (admissible

ambient temperature range: 0 – 40 °C).

GFor cleaning only use a dry, soft cloth; never use

water or chemicals.

GNo guarantee claims for the speaker system and

no liability for any resulting personal damage or

material damage will be accepted if the speaker

system is used for other purposes than originally

intended, if it is not properly mounted, if it is not

correctly connected or if it is overloaded.

3 Mounting

1) Before installing the speaker system, first switch

off the PA amplifier so that the 100 V audio line

will not carry any voltage!

WARNING During operation, there is a hazard of

contact with a voltage of up to 100 V at

the connection cable. Installation must

be made by skilled personnel only.

Observe the load of the PA amplifier by the

speaker systems. The amplifier may be damaged

when overloaded! The total power of all speaker

systems connected must not exceed the amplifier

power.

If the speaker system is to be put out of

operation definitively, take it to a local

recycling plant for a disposal which is not

harmful to the environment.

2) The mounting bracket supplied can be used to

mount the speaker system to a ceiling or wall.

For other supports (e. g. LST-40), four M8 and

two M6 threaded sleeves are available. If re -

quired, remove the respective cover screws.

3) Connect the speaker system to the PA amplifier:

Connect the terminal COM and the terminal that

corresponds to the rated power (volume) de -

sired to the 100 V audio line.

4) When connecting multiple speaker systems,

make sure that all speaker systems have the

same polarity (e. g. COM terminal = negative

pole) and that the amplifier is not overloaded.

1 Possibilités d'utilisation

Cette enceinte est spécialement conçue pour une

utilisation dans des installations de sonorisation

fonctionnant en ligne 100 V. Le réglage du volume

sʼeffectue via les bornes. Pour avoir un rendement

élevé, un haut-parleur avec phase plug est présent

sur les modèles ESP-303/… et un haut-parleur

avec aimant néodymium avec les modèles ESP-

305/…

2 Conseils importants dʼutilisation

Lʼenceinte répond à toutes les directives néces-

saires de l'Union européenne et porte donc le sym-

bole .

GLʼenceinte nʼest conçue que pour une utilisation

en intérieur. Protégez-le des éclaboussures, de

tout type de projections d'eau, dʼune humidité

élevée de l'air et de la chaleur (température

ambiante admissible

0 – 40 °C

GPour le nettoyage, utilisez uniquement un chiffon

sec et doux, en aucun cas de produits chimiques

ou d'eau.

GNous déclinons toute responsabilité en cas de

dommages matériels ou corporels résultants si

lʼenceinte est utilisée dans un but autre que celui

pour lequel elle a été conçue, si elle nʼest pas cor-

rectement installée ou branchée ou sʼil y a sur-

charge ; en outre, la garantie deviendrait caduque.

3 Installation

AVERTISSEMENT Pendant le fonctionnement, une

tension de contact dangereuse

jusquʼà 100 V est présente sur le

câble de branchement. Seul un

personnel qualifié peut effectuer

l'installation.

Faites attention à la charge de l'amplificateur

PA par les haut-parleurs. Une surcharge peut

1) Avant lʼinstallation de lʼenceinte, éteignez lʼam-

livré. Pour dʼautres supports (par exemple

LST-40), quatre inserts filetés M8 et deux in -

serts filetés M6 sont prévus. Si besoin, retirez

les vis caches correspondantes.

3) Reliez lʼenceinte à lʼamplificateur Public Adress :

reliez la borne COM et la borne cor respondant à

la puissance nominale voulue (volume) avec le

câble audio 100 V.

4) Si vous branchez plusieurs enceintes, veillez à

ce que toutes les enceintes aient la même pola-

rité (par exemple borne COM = pôle moins) et à

ce que lʼamplificateur ne soit pas en surcharge.

1 Possibilità d'impiego

Questa cassa acustica è stata realizzata special-

mente per l'impiego in impianti di sonorizzazione

che funzionano con uscita audio 100 V. L'imposta-

zione del volume avviene tramite la scelta dei mor-

setti di connessione. Per ottenere una prestazione

alta, nei modelli ESP-303 /… è impiegato un alto-

parlante con phase-plug e nei modelli ESP-305 /…

un altoparlante con un magnete al neodimio.

2 Avvertenze importanti per l'uso

La cassa acustica è conforme a tutte le direttive

rilevanti dellʼUE e pertanto porta la sigla .

GLa cassa acustica è prevista solo per lʼuso allʼin-

terno di locali. Proteggerla dall'acqua goccio-

lante e dagli spruzzi d'acqua, da alta umidità

dell'aria e dal calore (temperatura dʼimpiego

ammessa fra 0 e 40 °C).

GPer la pulizia usare solo un panno morbido,

asciutto; non impiegare in nessun caso acqua o

prodotti chimici.

GNel caso dʼuso improprio, di montaggio non a

regola d'arte, di collegamenti sbagliati o di

sovraccarico della cassa, non si assume nes-

suna responsabilità per eventuali danni conse-

quenziali a persone o a cose e non si assume

nessuna garanzia per la cassa.

3 Installazione

AVVERTIMENTO Durante il funzionamento, nel

cavo di collegamento è presente

una tensione fino a 100 V, perico-

da personale specializzato.

PA da parte degli altoparlanti. Un sovraccarico

può utilizzare l'angolo di montaggio in dota-

zione. Per altri supporti (p. es. LST-40) sono

presenti quattro boccole filettate M8 e due M6.

Se necessario togliere le relative viti di coper-

tura.

3) Collegare la cassa con l'amplificatore PA: Colle-

gare il morsetto COM e il morsetto che corri-

sponde alla potenza nominale (volume) deside-

rata, con la linea audio 100 V.

4) Collegando più altoparlanti fare attenzione

all'identica polarità di tutti gli altoparlanti (p. es.

morsetto COM = polo negativo) e che l'amplifi-

catore non sia sovraccaricato.

Con riserva di modifiche tecniche.
