■ Sørg for, at der ikke trænger væske ind i

■ Fit a brush head onto the hand element .2 4
■ Moisten the brush under flowing water.
■ Add a little toothpaste onto the moist brush and guide the
brush into your mouth.
■ Switch on the toothbrush by pressing the on/off button 3
and brush your teeth on all sides (about 2 minutes). After
30 seconds, the toothbrush pauses briefly 2 times. After two
minutes the toothbrush pauses briefly 4 times. This informs you
that you have complied with the dental recommendation of
two minutes cleaning.
■ Switch off the toothbrush and take it out of your mouth.
■ Rinse the brush head under running water.2
■ To protect the brush head , you can put the protective cap 2
1 2 on the brush head .
NOTE
► When the toothbrush’s movements become noticeably
weaker, the batteries must be replaced. Open the battery
compartment, remove the empty batteries and insert new
batteries. Ensure the correct polarity and close the battery
compartment.
Cleaning and care
■ To clean the drive shaft and the hand element , allow a 4
little water to flow over them. To do this, hold the hand ele-
ment so that the drive shaft is pointing downwards. Make 4
sure that no water gets into the battery compartment.
■ After use, clean the brush head thoroughly under running 2
water.
■ You should fit a new brush head after about 3 months, or 2
when the bristles start to bend outwards.
Disposal
Under no circumstance should the appliance be
disposed of with the normal domestic waste. This
product is subject to the provisions of European
Directive 2012/19/EU.
Dispose of the appliance via an approved waste disposal com-
pany or your municipal waste disposal facility. Please observe
applicable regulations. Please contact your waste disposal
facility if you are in any doubt.
Used batteries may not be disposed of in the
domestic waste.
Consumers are legally obligated to dispose of batteries at a col-
lection point in their community/city district or at a retail store.
The purpose of this obligation is to ensure that batteries are
disposed of in an environmentally congruent manner. Only
dispose of batteries when they are fully discharged.
Dispose of all packaging materials in an environmen-
tally friendly manner.
This product is intended solely for private use and not for com-
mercial purposes. The warranty shall be deemed void in cases of
misuse or improper handling, use of force and modifications / re-
pairs which have not been carried out by one of our authorised
Service centres.
Warranty claim procedure
To ensure quick processing of your case, please observe the
following instructions:
■ Please have the till receipt and the item number (e.g. IAN
12345) available as proof of purchase.
■ You will find the item number on the type plate, an engrav-
ing on the front page of the instructions (bottom left), or as a
sticker on the rear or bottom of the appliance.
■ If functional or other defects occur, please contact the ser-
vice department listed either by or by .telephone e-mail
■ You can return a defective product to us free of charge to
the service address that will be provided to you. Ensure that
you enclose the proof of purchase (till receipt) and informa-
tion about what the defect is and when it occurred.

warranty
Dear Customer,
This appliance has a 3-year warranty valid from the date of pur-
chase. If this product has any faults, you, the buyer, have certain
statutory rights. Your statutory rights are not restricted in any way
by the warranty described below.
Warranty conditions
The validity period of the warranty starts from the date of pur-
chase. Please keep your original receipt in a safe place. This
document will be required as proof of purchase.
If any material or production fault occurs within three years of the
date of purchase of the product, we will either repair or replace
the product for you at our discretion. This warranty service is
dependent on you presenting the defective appliance and the
proof of purchase (receipt) and a short written description of
the fault and its time of occurrence.
If the defect is covered by the warranty, your product will either
be repaired or replaced by us. The repair or replacement of a
product does not signify the beginning of a new warranty period.
Warranty period and statutory claims for defects
The warranty period is not prolonged by repairs effected under
the warranty. This also applies to replaced and repaired compo-
nents. Any damage and defects present at the time of purchase
must be reported immediately after unpacking. Repairs carried
out after expiry of the warranty period shall be subject to a fee.
Scope of the warranty
This appliance has been manufactured in accordance with strict
quality guidelines and inspected meticulously prior to delivery.
The warranty covers material faults or production faults. The
warranty does not extend to product parts subject to normal
wear and tear or fragile parts such as switches, batteries, bak-
ing moulds or parts made of glass.
The warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged,
improperly used or improperly maintained. The directions in the
operating instructions for the product regarding proper use of the
product are to be strictly followed. Uses and actions that are
discouraged in the operating instructions or which are warned
against must be avoided.

■ Cleaning and user maintenance should not
be performed by children unless they are
under supervision.
■ Children must not use the appliance as a
plaything.
■ The appliance must not come into contact
with hot surfaces. The appliance could be
irreparably damaged!
■ Do not open the appliance (except the bat-
tery compartment) yourself.
Risk of injury if appliance is not properly
assembled!
Information on using batteries
Please observe the following when handling batteries:
■ Do not throw batteries into a fire.
Do not recharge batteries. There is a risk of
explosion and injury!
■ Never open batteries and never solder or
weld batteries. There is a risk of explosion
and injury!
■ Check the condition of the batteries at reg-
ular intervals. Leaking batteries can cause
damage to the appliance.
■ If you do not intend to use the appliance for an
extended period, remove the batteries.
■ If the batteries have leaked, use protective
gloves. Clean the battery compartment and
the battery contacts with a dry cloth.
■ Keep batteries out of the reach of children.
Children might put batteries into their mouth
and swallow them. If a battery is swallowed,
seek medical assistance immediately.
Operation
NOTE
► Due to the unaccustomed effect of the toothbrush, there
may be some initial gum bleeding. This is normal. If this
continues for more than two weeks, you should consult
your dentist.
■ Remove the battery compartment cover 5 from the hand
element with a slight tilting movement and insert the 4
batteries according to the polarity diagram in the battery
compartment. Close the cover of the battery compartment
5 again.

ges, så den ikke kan repareres igen!
■ Åbn ikke selve produktet (bortset fra batteri-
rummet). Hvis produktet samles forkert, er der
fare for personskader!
Anvisninger for brug af batterier
Overhold følgende ved anvendelse af batterier:
■ Kast ikke batterier ind i åben ild. Batterier må
ikke genoplades. Der er fare for
eksplosioner og personskader!
■ Batterier må aldrig åbnes, loddes eller svej-
ses. Der er fare for eksplosioner og person-
skader!
■ Kontrollér batterierne regelmæssigt. Lækken-
de batterier kan beskadige produktet.
■ Tag batterierne ud, hvis du ikke skal
bruge produktet i længere tid.
■ Brug beskyttelseshandsker, hvis batterierne
lækker. Rengør batterirummet og batterikon-
takterne med en tør klud.
■ Børn må ikke kunne få fat i batterier. Børn
kan putte batterierne i munden og sluge dem.
Søg omgående lægehjælp, hvis en person er
kommet til at sluge et batteri.
Betjening
BEMÆRK
► Til at begynde med kan tandkødet bløde en smule på
grund af den uvante behandling - det er normalt. Hvis det
fortsætter i mere end to uger, bør du spørge tandlægen
til råds.
■ Tag batterirummets låg af motordelen 5 4 med en let vippe-
bevægelse, og sæt batterierne i, så de vender på samme
måde som polerne i batterirummet.Luk batterirummets låg
5 igen.
■ Sæt et børstehoved på motordelen igen.2 4
■ Fugt børsten under rindende vand.
■ Put tandpasta på den fugtige børste, og hold tandbørsten
ind i munden.
■ Tænd for tandbørsten ved at trykke på tænd-/slukknappen
3, og børst tænderne fra alle sider (ca. 2 minutter).Efter 30
sekunder afbryder tandbørsten funktionen kortvarigt 2 gange.
Efter to minutter afbryder tandbørsten funktionen kortvarigt 4
gange. Så har du børstet tænderne i de 2 minutter, tandlæ-
gen anbefaler.
■ Sluk for tandbørsten, og tag den ud af munden.
■ Skyl børstehovedet grundigt under rindende vand.2
■ For at beskytte børstehovedet kan du sætte beskyttelses-2
hætten på børstehovedet .1 2
BEMÆRK
► Hvis tandbørstens bevægelser bliver betydeligt langsom-
mere, skal batterierne skiftes ud. Åbn batterirummet, tag
de flade batterier ud, og sæt nye batterier i. Sørg for, at
polerne vender rigtigt, og luk batterirummet igen.
Rengøring og vedligeholdelse
■ Rengør drivakslen og motordelen ved at holde dem 4
kortvarigt ind under rindende vand. Hold motordelen , så 4
drivakslen vender nedad. Sørg for, at der ikke kommer vand
ind i batterirummet.
■ Rengør børstehovederne grundigt under rindende vand 2
efter brug.
■ Efter ca. 3 måneder, men senest når børsterne bøjer udad,
skal du skifte børstehovedet .2
Bortskaffelse
Produktet må ikke bortskaffes sammen med det
almindelige husholdningsaffald. Dette produkt er
underlagt det europæiske direktiv 2012/19/EU.
Bortskaf produktet via en godkendt bortskaffelsesvirksomhed
eller den kommunale genbrugsplads. Følg de aktuelt gældende
regler. Henvend dig i tvivlstilfælde til den lokale genbrugsplads.
Batterier må ikke smides ud med
husholdningsaffaldet.
Alle forbrugere er lovmæssigt forpligtede til at aflevere batteri-
er/genopladelige batterier på det kommunale indsamlingssted
eller i de respektive forretninger.
Denne forpligtelse hjælper med til, at batterier / genopladelige
batterier kan afleveres til miljøskånsom destruktion. Levér kun
batterier/genopladelige batterier tilbage i afladet tilstand.
Aflever alle emballagematerialer på et
affaldsdepot, så miljøet skånes.
Bortskaf emballagen miljøvenligt.
Vær opmærksom på mærkningen på de forskellige
emballagematerialer, og aflever dem sorteret til
bortskaffelse. Emballagematerialerne er mærket med
forkortelserne (a) og tallene (b) med følgende
betydning:
1–7: Plast,
