CONTROL DE NIVEL DE LÍQUIDOS EBR - 2
INSTRUCCIONES DE EMPLEO
DESCRIPCION
El EBR - 2 permite controlar el llenado y vaciado de pozos y depósitos.
INSTALACION
ATENCIÓN: La instalación y el montaje de los aparatos eléctricos debe
ser realizada por un instalador autorizado.
El aparato está internamente protegido contra las interferencias por un
circuito de seguridad. No obstante, algunos campos electromagnéticos
especialmente fuertes pueden llegar a alterar su funcionamiento.
Las interferencias pueden evitarse si se tienen en cuenta las siguientes
normas de instalación:
- El aparato no debe instalarse próximo a cargas inductivas
(motores, transformadores, contactores, etc. ).
- Conviene prever una línea separada para la alimentación (si
es preciso provista de un filtro de red).
- Las cargas inductivas deben estar provistas de supresores de
interferencias (varistor, filtro RC).
La longitud del cable de las sondas ha de ser lo más corta posible. Se
utilizará cable aislado de 1,5 mm2 como mínimo. Si por cualquier razón
esta distancia tiene que ser superior a 100 m o se prevé la existencia de
perturbaciones, es aconsejable el empleo de cable blindado, conectando
la malla de los cables a masa o instalarlo bajo un tubo de acero
independiente de las líneas productoras de las perturbaciones.
El cable debe ser conectado en la parte superior de las sondas,
asegurando una buena conexión mediante el tornillo.
MONTAJE:
En armario de distribución, provisto de perfil simétrico de 35 mm, de
acuerdo a la norma EN 60715 ( Raíl DIN ).
CONEXIÓN:
Conectar de acuerdo al siguiente esquema:
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LAS SONDAS:
• Sonda 1: Nivel mínimo del depósito
• Sonda 2: Nivel máximo del depósito
• Sonda 3: Situadas en el fondo del pozo y del depósito o
conectadas a la carcasa si fuera metálica. Actúan como
referencia.
• Sonda 4: Nivel mínimo de seguridad del pozo.
• Sonda 5: Nivel mínimo de servicio del pozo
FUNCIONAMIENTO
El EBR-2 permitirá el vaciado del pozo hasta que el nivel del agua esté
por debajo de la sonda 4 (abriéndose el circuito 9 – 10), no volviendo a
dar servicio hasta que el nivel del agua rebase la sonda 5 (cerrándose el
circuito 9 – 10). El EBR-2 activará la bomba (cerrando el circuito 7 – 9),
cuando el nivel del depósito esté por debajo de la sonda 1 la parará
(abriéndose el circuito 7 – 9) cuando llegue a la sonda 2.
ESTADOS DEL APARATO
Depósito lleno ( 9 - 7 abierto ) Led depósito encendido.
Depósito vacío ( 9 - 7 cerrado). Led depósito apagado.
Pozo lleno ( 9 - 10 cerrado) Led pozo encendido.
Pozo vacío ( 9 - 10 abierto ). Led pozo apagado.
AJUSTE DE LA CONDUCTIVILIDAD
Aunque el aparato sale regulado de fábrica, si el nivel del pozo supera la
sonda 5 y el led del pozo no se enciende, ajustar el potenciómetro del
pozo hasta que se encienda. Si el nivel del depósito alcanza la sonda 2 y
el led del depósito no se enciende, ajustar el potenciómetro
correspondiente hasta que se encienda.
Para un ajuste más preciso del EBR-2 es necesario que al ajustar la
conductividad del pozo estén desconectadas las bornas del depósito
(bornas 1 – 2). Para ajustar la conductividad del depósito deben estar
desconectadas las bornas del pozo ( bornas 4 – 5).

CONTROL OF LIQUID LEVEL
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
DESCRIPTION
The EBR - 2 enables the user to fill up and drain wells and tanks.
INSTALLATION
WARNING: The installation and assembly of electrical appliances must
be carried out by an authorised fitter or wireman.
The apparatus is equipped with an internal safety circuit to protect it
against interference. However, some particularly strong electromagnetic
fields cause disturbance to operation.
Interference can be prevented if the following installation standards are
taken into account.
- The apparatus must not be installed close to inductive circuits
( motors, engines, transformers, contact units, etc. ).
- It is advisable to provide a separate line for power supply
( where necessary it should be equipped with a filter network ).
- The inductive charges must be provided with interference
suppressors, such as varistors and RC currents.
The cable used for the sensors must be as short as possible. Insulated
cabling at least 1.5 mm2. shall be used. If this distance has to be greater
than 100 m. for any reason, or if disturbance is envisaged, it is advisable
that the cable be metal clad, either using earthed, screened cable or a
dedicated metal conduit.
Wires have to be connected to the top part of the probes, assuring a good
connection with the screw.
ASSEMBLY:
It must be installed inside a switch cupboard, with a 35 mm. symmetrical
profile, in accordance with Standard EN 60715 ( Rail Din ).
CONNECTION:
It must be connected in accordance with the following diagram:
DESCRIPTION OF THE SENSORS
Sensor 1: Minimum tank level
Sensor 2: Maximum tank level.
Sensor 3: Located at the bottom of the well or, if metal,
connected to the casing.
Sensor 4: Minimum safety level in the well.
Sensor 5: Minimum service level in the well.
OPERATION
The EBR - 2 enables the user to drain a well until the water level lies
below Sensor 4 (opening circuit 9 - 10), and will not return to service until
the water level reaches sensor 5 (closing circuit 9 - 10). The EBR - 2 will
set the pump in operation (closing circuit 7 - 9), when the level in the tank
lies below sensor 1, and will stop the pump (opening circuit 7 - 9) when it
reaches sensor 2.
STATE OF THE APPARATUS
Tank full ( 9 - 7 open ) Tank led ON.
Tank empty ( 9 - 7 closed). Tank led OFF.
Well full ( 9 - 10 closed) Well led ON.
Well empty ( 9 - 10 open ). Well led OFF.
ADJUSTING THE CONDUCTIVITY
Although the apparatus is calibrated before it leaves the factory, if the
level in the well is above level 5 and the led fails to light up, adjust the
potentiometer in the well until it does light up. If the level in the tank
reaches sensor 2 and the led in the tank fails to light up, adjust the
potentiometer until it does.
If the user wishes to adjust the EBR - 2 more accurately the tank
terminals ( terminals 1 - 2 ) have to be disconnected when the
conductivity is being adjusted. The well terminals ( terminals 4 - 5 ) have
to be disconnected before adjusting the tank conductivity.
