Attaching and detaching the adjustable

guiding grooves of the appliance until the comb
clicks into place (Fig. 9).
2 To detach an adjustable trimming comb from the
appliance, hold the comb on both sides and gently
pull it upwards o the appliance (Fig. 10).

To switch the appliance on or o, press the on/o
-When trimming for the rst time, start by using the
comb with the maximum trimming length setting to
familiarize yourself with the appliance.
-Since hairs do not all grow in the same direction,
you may want to try dierent trimming positions (i.e.
upwards, downwards, or across). Practice is best for

Removal of built-in rechargeable
The built-in rechargeable battery must be removed
when the appliance is discarded. Before removing the
battery, make sure that the appliance is disconnected
from the wall socket and that the battery is completely
