WARNING:
If the information in these instruction is not exactly, a fire followed or
explosion may result property damage, personal injury or causing

– Do not store or use gasoline or other vapors and liquids flammable
in the vicinity of this or other any appliance.
– WHAT TO DO IF YOU SMELL GAS
ß Do not try to light any appliance.
ß Do not touch any electrical switch.
ß Do not use any phone in your building.
ß Immediately call your gas supplier from a neighbor’s phone.
Follow the gas supplier’s instructions.
ß If you cannot reach your gas supplier, call the fire department.
–Installation and service must be performed by qualified a
installer, service agency or the gas supplier.
– Note to the installer:
Please leave this instruction book with the consumer for the local
electrical / gas inspector’s use.

Leak testing of the appliance shall be conducted according to the manufacturer’s
instructions
This cooktop is NOT designed for installation in manufactured (mobile)
homes or in recreational vehicles.
Proper installation is your responsability. Make sure your appliance is
properly installed and grounded by a qualified installer
The installation must conform with local codes or, with the National Fuel
Gas Code, ANSI Z223.1/NFPA 54 or, in Canada, the Natural Gas and
Propane Installation Code, CSA B149.1.
If an external electrical source is utilized,the appliance, when installed,
must be electrically grounded in accordance with local codes or, in the
absence of local codes, with the National Electrical Code, NFPA 70 or
the Canadian Electric Code, CSA C22.1-02.
