Read this Manual carefully before use
GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read the operating instructions carefully before starting to operate the appliance and save them
together with the guarantee, the sales receipt and, if possible, the box and packaging.
1. This appliance is designed for domestic use only. Do not use it for another purpose other
than that for which it was designed.
2. Do not use outdoors and keep it away from sources of heat and moisture.
3. Do not immerse in any liquid, do not expose to direct sunlight and/or sharp edges.
4. Do not handle the appliance with wet hands. If you notice that the device is wet, unplug it
immediately. Do not immerse in water.
5. Turn off the appliance, unplug it (always pull the plug and not the cable) and remove the
accessory components always before cleaning or save it and when not in use.
6. Do not use the appliance unattended. If you must leave, turn it off and unplug it (pull the
plug, not the cord).
7. Check that the device and its cable have not been damaged. If they were, refrain from
using.
8. Do not attempt to repair the appliance; contact an authorized technician. To avoid possible
 injury,ifthecableisdamaged,havethemanufacturerorpersonnelqualiedtechnician
replace it with a new one of the same type.
9. Use only original components.
10. To ensure the safety of children, keep the packaging materials (plastic bags, boxes,
polystyrene, etc.) out of reach. Attention! Do not let young children play with the foil as it a
choking hazard.
11. To protect children from the dangers of electrical appliances, make sure the cord does not
hang from the counter top.
12. Remove the basket by lifting the handle, so that the excess oil can drain.
13. After frying, let oil drop off from food, never shake the basket.
14. The device should not be used by persons (including children) with physical, mental or
sensory reduced capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have
received prior supervision or the necessary information on using the appliance by a
responsible person their safety.
15. Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.

SPECIAL SECURITY MEASURES
1. Always use the handles and knobs included to handle the fryer.
2. Do not move the appliance when the oil is hot.
3. Close the lid during operation.
4. Toavoidsplashing,llthebasketoutofthefryer.
5. Always use the basket to fry foods.
6. Ifthefryercatchesonre,donotattempttoextinguishtheameswithwater.Closethe
lid and turn off the heat with a damp cloth.
Caution:Donotmixdifferentoilsasthiscancauseoverow,resultinginadangeroussituation.
