Instruction Manual

Before rst use, please read this instruction manual carefully even if you have previous experience with the operation of

similar appliances. Use this device only in accordance with the instructions described in this manual. Store the instruction

manual in safe place and keep it for future reference.

We recommend to safe the original cardboard box and original packaging and wrapping materials, as well as the proof

of purchase receipt and the warranty card, at least for the duration of the warranty period. In case of shipment, pack the

appliance using the original packaging materials and send it in the original cardboard box.

When using electrical appliance, basic safety precautions should be followed including the following:

• To protect against electrical haza , do not immerse any part of the appliance, or cord in water or any other liquid.rd

• Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is used near children. Always keep the appliance away from children.

• Do not leave the appliance unattended when in use. Unplug after each use.

• Always use the appliance on a dry, level surface.

• Do not use this appliance outdoors.

• Always unplug the appliance from the wall socket when not in use and before cleaning.

• Do not use this appliance with any foodstuﬀs containing sugar or with damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly,

if it has been dropped or damaged, or dropped into water. To oid the risk of electrical shock, do not disassemble; send av

the toaster to the nearest service facility.

• In the interest of safety, regular periodic close checks should be ca ied out on the supply cord to ensure no damage is rr

evident. Should there be any signs that the cord is damaged in the slightest degree, the entire appliance should be send

to the service facility.

• Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table, or counter. Do not touch hot surfaces. Allow unit to cool before wrap-

ping cord around base for storage, or before cleaning.

• Care must be taken not to touch any hot surfaces, do not store or cover the appliance until it has fully cooled down.

• Do not place this appliance on or near a hot gas or electric burner, in or where it could touch a heated oven, or a micro-

wave ov .en

• Do not use harsh abrasives, caustic cleaners or oven cleaners when cleaning this appliance.

• When using this appliance, allow adequate air space above and on all sides for air circulation. Bread may burn. Therefore

this appliance must not be used near or below curtains and other combustible materials. It must be watched. AUTION C

is required on surfaces where heat may cause a problem – an insulated heat pad is recommended.

• Bread may burn. Therefore this appliance must not be used near or below curtains and other combustible materials. It

must be watched.

• This toaster is intended to be used for bread only. Other ingredients may cause ﬁre, electrical shock or injury. Do not use

this appliance with any foodstuﬀs containing sugar or with products containing jam or preserves. Immediately unplug

the toaster if ﬁre or smoke is observed.

• Check if the voltage indicated on the rating label of the appliance corresponds to the voltage in your home before

connecting the appliance.

• Connect the appliance to an earthed wall socket.

Warning!!

Never attempt to extract jammed toast, muﬃns, bagels or any other item with a knife or any other object, as contact

with live elements may cause electrocution. Allow the appliance to cool down, unplug and carefully remove the bread.

• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabili-

ties, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the

appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

• Children should be supervised to ensure that they will not play with the appliance.
