Las cafeteras Moka SOGO están hechas con precisión para usar con todo tipo de placas de cocina,
incluida la placa de inducción (excepto SS-7605).
• Lave a fondo su cafetera con detergente común de vajillas antes de usarla por primera vez.
• Lave cuidadosamente todos los componentes con agua limpia después de cada uso y deje que
la Cafetera Moka se seque al aire en un área ventilada.
Nota: No utilice detergente ÁCIDO p1-ya que puede permanecer en la supercie metálica de la
cafetera pudiendo producir una ligera reacción química.
• Primer uso: se recomienda un primer preparado sin café y sólo con agua, únicamente con el n de
eliminar cualquier residuo metálico del proceso de fabricación.
Las siguientes tazas de café serán perfectas.
• Desenrosque el depósito superior de la base y retire el ltro del embudo del interior de la base.
• Llene la base con agua justo al nivel debajo de la válvula de seguridad. No cubra la válvula de
seguridad con agua.
• Coloque el ltro de embudo en la base y llénelo con café molido.
• La cantidad de agua y de café depende de la cantidad de café requerida, si necesita preparar
menos café se puede reducir la cantidad de agua y café molido según la proporción.
• Enrosque bien y rme el depósito superior a la base. Nunca use el mango de la cafetera para
apretar o aojar ambas partes p1-ya que puede quedar dañado o incluso romperse.
• Coloque la cafetera directamente sobre una fuente de calor asegurándose de que el fuego no
exceda el diámetro inferior. Asegúrese de mantener el mango alejado del calor directo, de lo
contrario, se calentará en exceso y podría estropearse además de causar lesiones o daños al
usuario en la uso de la cafetera.
• Espere aproximadamente 3 a 4 minutos hasta que la cafetera exprés haga gorgoteos mientras
se prepara el café. Cuando deje de gorgotear, apague la llama. No use llamas o temperaturas
altas para preparar el café, siempre use llama o temperatura media baja.
• Siempre deje que la cafetera se enfríe antes de abrirla.
• Para mejores resultados, siempre lave muy bien su cafetera a mano. Una cafetera limpia
siempre hace un mejor expreso.
• No lavar en lavavajillas.
Nota: Antes de preparar el café y a la hora de ensamblar las piezas de la cafetera Moka asegúrese
de que el anillo de silicona esté bien colocado y apretado correctamente.
Nota: No lave el anillo de silicona en el lavavajillas ni en agua caliente. Si necesita lavarlo, hágalo a
mano y con agua tibia, para evitar daños y deformaciones.
Nota: En caso de daño de alguno de los accesorios, como el ltro de embudo, colador o anillo de
silicona, puede adquirirlos en la tienda donde se compró su cafetera, en las tiendas de electrónica
más cercanas o de forma online en Sogo Store (https://store.sogo.es). También puede solicitar
recambios de sus productos Sogo enviando un email a online@sogo.es
Instrucciones importantes
Una vez que la cafetera se enfríe, separe la base de la parte superior.
Lave la cafetera con agua tibia o con una mezcla de agua tibia y jabón líquido a mano, luego
séquela inmediatamente.
Es importante tener la base completamente seca antes de guardar la cafetera
Limpiar bien antes de guardar.
Seque la parte interna de la base con un paño suave o paño desechable o si no déjelo secar al aire
colocándolo en una rejilla seca con abundante ujo de aire.

Instrucciones de uso
SOGO Moka coee makers are precisely made to use with all types of kitchen hobs including
Induction hob (except SS-7605).
• Thoroughly wash your coee maker with regular dish detergent before using it for the rst time.
• Carefully wash all the components with clean water after every use and let the
Moka coee maker air-dry in the ventilated areas.
Note: Do not use ACIDIC detergent. ACIDIC detergent will remain on metal surface and might
produce a slight chemical reaction.
• For the rst time: it is recommended, that you make your rst cup of espresso coee only for the
purpose of removing any metallic residue from the manufacturing process.
Your second coee cup will be the perfect.
• Unscrew the top reservoir from the base and remove the funnel lter from inside the base.
• Fill the base with water just below the safety valve. Do not cover the safety valve with water.
• Place the funnel lter into the base and ll with espresso ground coee.
• If you want to make less coee, rst ll the base with the water as per requirement and in the
same proportion, place the desired amount of powdered coee in the coee lter funnel.
• Screw the top reservoir to the base securely. Never use the coeemaker handle to tighten or
loosen the two sections. This may result in detaching the handle from the base.
• Place the coeemaker directly on a heat source making sure the re does not exceed of the
bottom diameter. Make sure to keep the handle away from the direct heat, otherwise handle will
become hot, causing potential injury to the user.
• Wait for approximately 3 to 4 minutes until the espresso maker gurgles as the coee getting
brewed. When it’s stopped gurgling, turn o the ame. Do not use high ame or temperature,
always use low-med ame or temperature to prepare the coee.
• Always allow the coee maker to cool down before opening it.
• For best results, always wash your coeemaker by hand very well. A clean coee maker always
makes a better espresso.
• Do not tighten the top and lower sections when not in use.
• Do not wash in the dishwasher.
Note: While assembling Moka coee maker parts before preparing coee, make sure that silicone
ring is placed well and tighten properly.
Note: Do not wash the silicone ring in the dishwasher or in hot water. If need to wash, make sure to wash in
hand and with warm water, to avoid getting damage and deform.
Note: In case damage of any of the accessories, like funnel lter, strainer or silicone ring, can be
purchased from the store, where you have bought your coee maker, any of your nearby electronic
stores or online through the SOGO brand website (https://store.sogo.es). Also you can order spare
parts of your SOGO brand product by sending a mail to online@sogo.es.
Important Instructions
Once the coee maker cools down, separate the base from the top.
Wash the coee maker with warm water or with a mixture of warm water and liquid soap by hand,
then dry immediately.
It is important to have the base completely dry before storing the coee maker.
Clean well before storing.
Dry the internal part of the base with a soft dry cloth / disposable cloth or let it air dry by placing it on
a dry rack with plenty of airow.
