電源コードを傷つけると、火災や感電の原因となります。
設置時に、製品と壁や棚との間にはさみ込んだりしない。
電源コードを加工したり、傷つけたりしない。
重いものをのせたり、引っ張ったりしない。
熱器具に近づけない。加熱しない。
移動させるときは、電源プラグを抜く。
電源コードを抜くときは、必ずプラグを持って抜く。
万一、電源コードが傷んだら、お買い上げ店またはソニーのサー
ビス窓口に交換をご依頼ください。
直射日光の当たる場所や熱器具の近くに設置・保管しない
内部の温度が上がり、火災や故障の原因となることがあります。真
夏の窓を閉め切った自動車内では

℃を超えることがありますの
で、ご注意ください。
内部に水や異物を入れない
水や異物が入ると火災や感電の原因となります。万一、水や異物が
入った場合は、

アダプターの電源プラグをコンセントから抜い
て、お買い上げ店またはソニーのサービス窓口にご相談ください。
分解や改造をしない
火災や感電、けがの原因となることがあります。
内部の点検や修理は、お買い上げ店またはソニーのサービス窓口に
ご相談ください。
コード類は正しく配置する
電源コードや
USB
ケーブルは、足に引っかけると本機の落下や転倒
などによりけがの原因となることがあります。充分注意して接続・
配置してください。
雨の当たる場所や、油煙、湯気、湿気、ほこりの多い場所では使用し
ない
上記のような場所やこの取扱説明書に記されている使用条件以外
の環境に設置すると、火災や感電の原因となることがあります。

ぬれた手で

アダプターおよび電源プラグにさわらない
感電の原因となることがあります。
風通しの悪い所に置いたり、通風孔をふさいだりしない
布をかけたり、毛足の長いじゅうたんや布団の上または壁や家具に
密接して置いて、通風孔をふさぐなど、自然放熱の妨げになるよう
なことはしないでください。過熱して火災や感電の原因となるこ
とがあります。
安定した場所に設置する
製品が倒れたり、搭載した機器が落下してけがをすることがありま
す。充分な強度がある水平な場所に設置してください。
運搬時には、接続ケーブルを取りはずす
本機を運搬する際には、電源コードおよび
USB
ケーブルを必ず取り
はずしてください。接続ケーブルに引っかかると、転倒や落下の原
因となることがあります。
長期間使わないときは、電源プラグを抜く
長期間使用しないときは安全のため電源プラグをコンセントから
抜いてください。絶縁劣化、漏電などにより火災の原因となること
があります。
お手入れの際、電源プラグを抜く
電源プラグを差し込んだままお手入れをすると、感電の原因となる
ことがあります。
付属の電源コードを使う
付属の電源コードを使わないと、火災や感電の原因となることがあ
ります。
電源アダプターを水のある場所に置かない
水が入ったり、ぬれたり、風呂場で使うと、火災や感電の原因となり
ます。
付属の電源コードや

アダプター以外は使用しない
火災や感電の原因になります。
雷が鳴り出したら、本体や電源プラグには触れない
本機や電源プラグなどに触れると感電の原因となります。
電源コードや接続ケーブルを

アダプターに巻きつけない
断線や故障の原因となることがあります。
通電中の本機や
AC
アダプターに長時間触れない
長時間皮膚が触れたままになっていると、低温やけどの原因となる
ことがあります。
本機や

アダプターを布や布団などでおおった状態で使用しない
熱がこもってケースが変形したり、火災の原因となることがありま
す。
曲げたり、落としたり、強い衝撃を与えない
本機の
AXS
メモリーカード挿入口に異物を入れない
発煙・火災の原因となることがあります。
機器を水滴のかかる場所に置かないこと。および水の入ったもの、
花瓶などを機器の上に置かないこと。
その他の安全上のご注意

本装置を住宅環境で使用すると無線障害を引き起こす可能性があります。
注意
日本国内で使用する電源コードセットは、電気用品安全法で定める基準を満足し
た承認品が要求されます。
本機に付属、または推奨の電源コードセットをご使用ください。本機に電源コー
ドセットが付属されている場合、その電源コードセットは、他の機器には使用し
ないでください。

メモリーカードリーダー

使用上のご注意
アクセスランプは
AXS
メモリーカードにアクセスしているときに赤または橙
に点灯します。アクセスランプが赤または橙に点灯しているときは、絶対に以
下の行為をしないでください。コンピューターやメモリーカードの中のデー
タが壊れる恐れがあります。

メモリーカードを抜く。

ケーブルを抜くときは、コネクタ部分を持ってください。
本機についた汚れは柔らかい布で乾拭きしてください。ベンジン、アルコール、
シンナーなどは絶対に使用しないでください。本機が変形したり、故障の原因
となります。

メモリーカードの不具合などによって再生が正しく行われなかった場合
については、保証いたしません。
縦置きで使用しない
本機は横置き専用です。縦置きで使用すると、故障の原因となります。

アダプターについてのご注意
AC
アダプターはお手近なコンセントを使用してください。本機をご使用中、
不具合が生じたときはすぐにプラグをコンセントから抜き、電源を遮断してく
ださい。

Overview
The AXS-CR1 Memory Card Reader supports USB 3.0 and can transfer data stored
on AXS Memory Cards at high speeds.
Precautions on Use
The access lamp lights red or orange while this AXS Memory Card is being
accessed. Never perform the following while the access lamp is lit red or
orange. Doing so may damage the data stored on the computer or the
memory card. Do not:
disconnect the USB cable or AC adaptor cable
turn off the computer
remove the memory card
When disconnecting the USB cable, always grasp it by its connector.
Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the unit. Never use benzene, alcohol, thinner, or
other solvents. Doing so may result in deformation or malfunction of the unit.
Sony accepts absolutely no responsibility for playback problems that result
from malfunction of the AXS Memory Card.
Do not place the unit vertically
The unit is designed to be placed horizontally. Using it in a vertical position will
result in malfunction.
Notes on the AC adaptor
Connect the AC adaptor to any nearby wall outlet. If trouble occurs while
using the unit, disconnect the power plug from the wall outlet immediately.
Do not place the AC adaptor in narrow spaces during use (e.g., between a wall
and piece of furniture).

Connecting the Unit to a Computer (

Connect the AC adaptor (

Connect the AC adaptor to the DC IN 12 V connector on the unit.

Connect the unit to the computer.

Fully insert and connect one end of the supplied dedicated USB cable to the
USB port on the unit, and connect the other end to the USB port on the
computer ().
Notes
The connectors on the dedicated USB cable (
) differ in size. Be sure to
connect each to the USB port of the corresponding shape and size.
The unit cannot be powered via the USB cable.
When two or more USB devices are connected to a single computer and
are being used simultaneously, operation of this unit is not guaranteed,
depending on the connected USB devices.
Operation of this unit is not guaranteed if it is connected via a keyboard or
USB hub.
Operation is not guaranteed on all computers, even when operating under
the recommended environment.
Always use the supplied dedicated USB cable when connecting the unit to a
computer.
Inserting an AXS Memory Card
Fully insert the memory card into the memory card insertion slot (
-2).
The unit will be recognized.
Removing an AXS Memory Card
For Windows
Click [Start] > [My Computer].

Right-click the icon for the drive in which the AXS Memory Card is

inserted, and select [Eject].
Slide and hold the lock release lever (

-1) toward the outside, and
remove the AXS Memory Card.
For Mac OS
Verify that the access lamp on the unit is not lit red or orange.

Drag the disk icon of the unit to the [Trash] icon.

Einsetzen einer AXS-Speicherkarte
Setzen Sie die Speicherkarte vollständig in den Steckplatz ein (-2).
Das Gerät wird erkannt.
Entfernen einer AXS-Speicherkarte
Für Windows
Klicken Sie auf [Start] > [Arbeitsplatz].

* Klicken Sie unter Windows Vista auf [Start] > [Computer].
Klicken Sie mit der rechten Maustaste auf das Symbol für das Laufwerk,

in das die AXS-Speicherkarte eingesetzt wurde, und wählen Sie
[Auswerfen] aus.
Schieben Sie den Entriegelungshebel (
3
-1) nach außen und
entnehmen Sie die AXS Memory Card.
Für Mac OS
Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Zugriffsanzeige am Gerät nicht rot oder

orange leuchtet.
Ziehen Sie das Datenträgersymbol des Geräts auf das Symbol

[Papierkorb].
Schieben Sie den Entriegelungshebel (
3
-1) nach außen und
entnehmen Sie die AXS Memory Card.

Fehlerbehebung
Symptom Ursache/Abhilfemaßnahme
Das Symbol für den
austauschbaren
Datenträger wird nicht
angezeigt.
Das Gerät ist nicht korrekt angeschlossen.
Schließen Sie das Gerät richtig an.
Ein weiteres Gerät ist an einem USB-Anschluss
am Computer angeschlossen.
Trennen Sie das andere USB-Gerät ab. Sie
können auch das Gerät aus- und dann
wieder einschalten.
Über Windows Explorer
oder Arbeitsplatz kann
nicht auf die AXS-
Speicherkarte zugegriffen
werden.
Es ist keine AXS-Speicherkarte eingesetzt.
Setzen Sie eine AXS-Speicherkarte ein.
Es wurde eine nicht unterstützte Karte
eingesetzt.
Setzen Sie eine unterstützte Karte ein.
Die Zugriffsanzeige
blinkt (sie leuchtet nicht
ständig), wenn eine AXS-
Speicherkarte eingesetzt
wird.
Fremdkörper haften an den Anschlüssen der
AXS-Speicherkarte.
Aufgrund von Fremdkörpern auf der AXS-
Speicherkarte ist ein Fehler aufgetreten.
Überprüfen Sie die Anschlüsse der AXS-
Speicherkarte, entfernen Sie Staub und
andere Fremdkörper und setzen Sie dann
die Karte wieder ein.
Das Gerät funktioniert nicht
ordnungsgemäß.
Das Gerät wird möglicherweise durch
elektrostatische Ladungen beeinträchtigt.
Trennen Sie das Netzteil und das USB-
Kabel vom Gerät und schließen Sie sie
wieder an.

Unterstützte AXS-Speicherkarten
Verwenden Sie AXS-Speicherkarten von Sony. Bei der Verwendung von
Speicherkarten anderer Hersteller ist die korrekte Funktionsweise nicht
gewährleistet.
Bei der Verwendung von AXS-Speicherkarten (A-Serie) von Sony wird der AXS-
Kartenadapter (1-843-973-1x) benötigt.
