Wir beglückwünschen Sie zu dem Kauf Ihres neuen KLIMATRONIC HEAT FLOW. Vor
dem ersten Benutzen des Geräts ist es sehr wichtig, dass Sie die Bedienungsanleitung
durchlesen und den Anforderungen folgen, auch wenn Sie glauben, dass Sie mit
Apparaten dieser Art sehr vertraut sind. Sie sollten großen Wert besonders auf den
Abschnitt SICHERHEITSHINWEISE legen. Finden Sie einen geeigneten Platz an dem
Sie die Broschüre für zukünftige Hinweise aufbewahren. Ihr KLIMATRONIC HEAT
FLOW ist sicher und einfach zu bedienen. Das Gerät wurde entworfen, dass es in
normalen Gegebenheiten leise und sicher arbeiten kann. Dieser KLIMATRONIC HEAT
FLOW ist völlig portabel, hat ein stabiles Fußgestell und ein modernes Design.
BAUEINHEITEN DES KONVEKTORS
Vor der Benutzung des Konvektors müssen die Füße an
die Einheit angeschraubt werden. Die Füße sollen mit
angebotenen Schrauben in der Grundplatte des
Konvektors angefügt werden. Stellen Sie sicher, dass
die Füße richtig in der Bodensohle der
Konvektorseitenformstücke fixiert werden.
Warnung: Um Überhitzung zu vermeiden, decken Sie das Gerät bitte
nicht ab!
BEDIENUNG DES KONVEKTORS
Anmerkung: - Beim ersten Mal oder nach langer Pause, könnte der Konvektor
bestimmten Geruch und Rauch emittieren. Der wird nach kurzer Benutzung
verschwinden.

Modell Timer und Turbo & Nur Timer
HEAT FLOW 2000 Konvektor mit Thermostat
Einen geeigneten Platz für den Konvektor wählen. Die Sicherheitshinweise oben sollen
in Betracht gezogen werden.
Den Stecker in eine geeignete Steckdose stecken. Den Thermostatknopf im
Uhrzeigersinn völlig zur Max-Einstellung drehen. Die Wärmeelemente anhand
Hebelschalter Seitenpanel einschalten. Wenn die Wärmeelemente ein sind, leuchten am
die Schalter auf. Um Max-Heizleistung zu erreichen, müssen beide Schalter
eingeschaltet werden.
Sobald die eingestellte Zimmertemperatur erreicht wird, sollte der Thermostatknopf
langsam im Gegenuhrzeigersinn gedreht werden, bis der Thermostat klickt und die
Lampen an den Elementenschaltern ausgehen. Danach wird der Konvektor die
Temperatur im Zimmer bei eingestellter Temperatur halten, indem der automatisch ein-
und ausschaltet.
In der minimalen (völlig im Gegenuhrzeigersinn) Position bietet der Thermostat eine
Frostschutzposition. Hier (von der Größe des Zimmers abhängig) wird der Konvektor die
Temperatur über Befrostung halten.
HEAT FLOW 2010 Konvektor mit Thermostat und Timer
Alle Anweisungen oben für Modell HEAT FLOW 2000 (oben) gelten auch für Modell
HEAT FLOW 2010.
Das Modell ist mit einem 24-Stunden-Timer ausgestattet, der 96 Segmente um dessen
Kreisumfang hat. Jedes Segment bedeutet 15 Minuten. Mit Hilfe des Timers ist es
möglich, die Zeit und Dauer der Periode(n) voreinzustellen, so dass der Konvektor nach
Wünschen in einer Periode innerhalb von 24 Stunden arbeiten kann.
Timer Bedienung
Es gibt 3 Positionen der Schiebeschalter in der Mitte des Timers.
In der zentralen Position (gekennzeichnet durch das Uhrsymbol) wird der Timer den
Konvektor in den durch Segmente eingestellten Zeitpunkten (siehe auch Einstellung des
Timers, unten) ein- und ausschalten.
Die mit “I” gekennzeichnete Position ist eine Freilaufposition des Timers. Der Timer
verläuft weiter, aber der Strom wird weiter für den Konvektor zugeleitet. Das ermöglicht,
dass der Konvektor nach Forderungen die ganze Zeit läuft.
In der mit “O” gekennzeichneter Position läuft der Timer weiter, aber kein Strom wird für
den Konvektor zugeleitet.
Einstellung des Timers
Garantieren Sie, dass die Schiebeschalter im Timer in der Mitteposition nebenan vom
Uhrsymbol sind.
Den Außenring des Timers im Uhrzeigersinn drehen, bis die jetzige Zeit mit dem
Pfeilpointer eine Linie formt. Wie z.B. wenn die Zeit im Timer um 8 p.m. eingestellt ist,
den Außenring drehen, bis die Nummer 20 mit dem Pfeilpointer in einer Linie ist.
Um die Zeit einzustellen ist es benötigt, die Segmente herum den Außenring vorwärts
richtig nach den Laufperioden anziehen, damit der Konvektor richtig läuft.
Wenn der Konvektor eingestellt ist, wird er jeden Tag während der programmierten Zeit
arbeiten. Anmerkung: Der Konvektor muss immer mit einer Steckdose angeschlossen
sein. Die Elementeschalter müssen sich in der Position “EIN” befinden und der
Thermostat muss richtig eingestellt, damit der Konvektor richtig funktioniert.
Wenn der Konvektor verlangt wird, fortlaufend zu arbeiten, soll der Schiebeschalter im
Timer zur Position “I” gestellt werden.
Wenn man anschließend zur Timerbedienung zurückkehren möchte, soll der
Schiebeschalter im Timer zur Mitte (Uhr) Position gestellt werden.
Anmerkung: - Bei der Benutzung der Betriebsart “Timer” soll die Tatsache berücksichtigt
werden, dass der Konvektor in Betrieb geht, solang der unbeaufsichtigt ist.
HEAT FLOW 2020 Konvektor mit Thermostat und Ventilator
Alle Anweisungen für Modell (oben) gelten auch für Modell HEAT HEAT FLOW 2000
FLOW 2020.
Im Modell HEAT FLOW 2020 wird ein Innenventilator eingebaut, der unabhängig von
den Wärmeelementen eingeschaltet werden kann.
Ventilatorbedienung: Der Ventilator wird bedient anhand des Schalters mit dem
Ventilatorsymbol an der Seite. Der Ventilator läuft nur mit dem eingeschalteten
Thermostat und kann benutzt werden, wenn die Wärmeelemente eingeschaltet sind
und warme Luft ins Zimmer blasen. Unter der warmen Bedingung wird der Ventilator
mit ausgeschalteten Wärmeelementen benutzt, damit kühle Luft ins Zimmer blasen
kann.
HEAT FLOW 2050 Konvektor mit Thermostat, Timer und Ventilator
Alle Anweisungen oben für Modelle HEAT FLOW 2000 und HEAT FLOW 2010 und
HEAT FLOW 2020 (oben) gelten auch für das Modell HEAT FLOW 2050.
WANDMONTAGE
Der Konvektor wird mit 4 getrennten Befestigungsklammern, Schrauben und
Wanddübeln angeboten, damit er an der Wand installiert werden kann, wenn man
dies wünscht. Wenn Konvektor die Wand montiert wird, sollten die Füße der an
abgeschraubt werden. Der Ort muss gewissenhaft gewählt werden. Er darf nicht vor
oder unter einer Steckdose sein. Er darf nicht unter einem Regal, Vorhängen oder
anderer Blockierung sein. (s. Sicherheitshinweise)
Nachdem Sie sich über den Einbauort des Konvektors entschieden haben, ist es
nötig, dass 2 Befestigungslöcher mit dem Durchmesser von 8mm und der Tiefe von
43mm gebohrt werden. Die Löcher sollen sich mindesten 400mm über dem Boden
befinden. Maßabweichung muss es geben für Bodenabdeckung, Teppich usw. Wenn
es eine Fußbodenleiste gibt, müssen die Befestigungslöcher mindestens 400mm
über der Oberkante der Fußbodenleiste sein. Die beiliegenden Dübel und
Befestigungsschrauben benutzen, um 2 der Befestigungsklammern an die Wand zu
fixieren. Die anderen 2 Befestigungsklammern müssen an der Grundplatte des
Konvektors angefügt, indem die füßehaltenden Schrauben gebraucht werden, so
dass die Klammern auf der Hinterseite des Konvektors herausragen und es Raum
zwischen der Zarge an der Grundplatte und der Wand gibt.
Nach Verlangen können diese Befestigungsklammern auch mit Hilfe der übrigen
Schrauben und Wanddübel an die Wand fixiert werden. Wenn man sich dafür
entscheidet, wird vorgeschlagen, dass der Konvektor an den höheren Klammern
gehängt wird. Und Löcherpositionen für untere Klammern werden Wand an der
markiert, um zuerst Löcher für Befestigung zu bohren.
REINIGUNG DES KONVEKTORS
Den Stecker des Konvektors immer aus der Steckdose abziehen und ihn vor der
Reinigung abkühlen lassen.
Die Außenhaut des Konvektors mit einem feuchten Lappen putzen und mit einem
trockenen Lappen polieren. Kein Reinigungsmittel oder Schleifmittel verwenden, kein
Wasser in den Konvektor lassen.
AUFBEWAHRUNG DES KONVEKTORS
Wenn der Konvektor für lange nicht benutzt wird, soll er vor dem Staub geschützt
und in einem sauberen, trockenen Ort aufbewahrt werden.
Möchten Sie das Gerät reklamieren, so können Sie das binnen 24 Monate ab
Kaufdatum (Quittung) tun.
Ein kostenloser Ersatz oder eine kostenlose Reparatur ist bei vorheriger
unsachgemäßer Produktmanipulation ausgeschlossen.
Defekte an Verschleißteilen, Verbrauchsmaterialien, ebenso wie Reinigung,
Wartung oder Austausch besagter Teile sind folglich kostenpflichtig.
Falls Sie eine Reklamation durchführen wollen, so bringen Sie bitte das
gesamte Gerät in der Originalverpackung und mit Kaufbeleg zu Ihrem
Händler. Für eine zeitnahe und bequeme Serviceanmeldung besuchen Sie

Ohne Kaufbeleg erfolgt grundsätzlich keine kostenlose Reparatur oder ein

Zubehörs aufgrund von Material- oder Herstellungsfehlern durch kostenlose
Reparatur oder, nach unserem Ermessen, durch Austausch des Gerätes
beseitigt.
Die Beschädigung von Zubehörteilen führt nicht automatisch zu einem

Before using the heater, the feet (supplied separately in the
carton), must be fitted to the unit. These are to be attached
to the base of the heater using the 4 self-tapping screws
provided, taking care to ensure that they are located
correctly in the bottom ends of the heater side moldings

OPERATION OF THE HEATER
NOTE: - It is normal when the heaters are turned on for the first time or when they are
turned on after having not been used for a long period of time the heaters may emit some
smell fumes. This will disappear when the heater and has been on a short while.

HEAT FLOW 2000 Convector heater with thermostat
Choose a suitable location for the heater, taking into account the safety instructions
above.
Insert the plug of the heater into a suitable socket. Turn the thermostat knob fully in a
clockwise direction to the maximum setting. Turn on the heating elements by means of
the rocker switches on the side panel. When the heating elements are on the switches
will illuminate. For maximum heat output both switches should be on.
When the desired room temperature has been reached, the thermostat knob should be
turned slowly anti-clockwise until the thermostat is heard to click off and the lights on
the element switches are seen to go out. After this the heater will keep the air
temperature in the room at the set temperature by switching on and off automatically.
In its minimum (fully anti-clockwise) position, the thermostat provides a frost guard
position. In this position (depending on the size of the room) the heater will maintain the
temperature above freezing.
HEAT FLOW 2010 Convector heater with thermostat and timer
All the above instructions for model HEAT FLOW 2000 (above) also apply to model
HEAT FLOW 2010.
This model is also fitted with a 24hr timer which has 96 segments around its
circumference, each segment being equivalent to 15 minutes of time. With the aid of
this timer it is possible to preset the time and duration of the period(s) that it is desired
the heater will operate, in any 24hr period.
Timer Operation
The centre of the timer has a 3 position slide switch.
In the central position (denoted by the clock symbol) the timer will switch the heater on
and off at times set by the segments, (see setting the timer, below).
The position denoted by the “I”, is a timer override position. The timer will continue to
run but power will be fed continuously to the heater. This enables the heater to be on all
the time if required.
In the position denoted by the “O”, the timer continues to run but no power is fed to the
heater.
Setting the Timer
Ensure the slide switch on the timer is at the mid position next to the clock symbol.
Rotate the outer ring of the timer in a clockwise direction until the current time is lined up
with the arrow pointer, i.e. if the time the timer is being set is 8 pm, rotate the outer ring
until the number 20 is in line with the arrow pointer.
Set the time the heater is required to run by pulling the segments around the outer ring
forward appropriate to the running period(s) required.
When set, the heater will operate each day during the times programmed. Note, the
heater must always plugged into a power socket, the element switches must the be be in
on and position the thermostat must suitably set be to ensure the heater will come on.
If the heater is required to run continuously the slide switch on the timer should be set to
the “I” position.
If it is subsequently required to revert back to timer operation, the slide switch on the
timer should be set to the central (clock) position.
Note: - When using in timer mode, due consideration should be given to the fact that the
heater may come on whilst unattended.
HEAT FLOW 2020 Convector heater with thermostat and fan
All the above instructions for model HEAT FLOW 2000 (above) also apply to model
HEAT FLOW 2020.
Model HEAT FLOW 2020 also incorporates an internal fan, which can be switched on
independently of the heating elements.
Fan Operation: -This is operated by means of the switch with the fan symbol along side it.
The fan will only operate with the thermostat in the “on” position and can be used
when the heating elements are “on” to blow warm air into the room. In warm conditions
the fan can be used with the heating elements “off” to blow cool air into the room.

All the above instructions for models HEAT FLOW 2000 and HEAT FLOW 2010 and
HEAT FLOW 2020 (above) also apply to model HEAT FLOW 2050.
WALL MOUNTING
The heater is supplied with 4 off each fixing brackets, screws and plastic wall plugs to
enable it to be mounted onto a wall if required. If it is decided to mount the heater on the
wall, the feet should not be fitted. The position must chosen carefully. must not in be It be

Having decided on the location of the heater it is necessary to drill 2 fixing holes 8mm
diameter by 43mm deep at 486mm centers on a horizontal line at a minimum height of
400mm from the floor. Allowance must be made for any floor coverings, carpet etc and
if any skirting boards are present, the fixing holes must be a minimum of 400mm above
the top edge of the skirting board. Using the plastic plugs and fixing screws provided,
attach 2 of the fixing brackets to the wall. The other pair of fixing brackets must be
attached to the base of the heater using the feet retaining screws so that the brackets
project out at the rear of the heater and space the bottom edge away from the wall.
If required, these brackets may also be secured to the wall using the remaining fixing
screws and plastic wall plugs. If this option is chosen it is suggested that the heater is
hung on the upper brackets and the hole positions for the lower brackets is then marked
on the wall, prior to drilling the holes for attachment purposes.
CLEANING THE HEATER

Clean the outside of the heater by wiping with a damp cloth and buff with a dry cloth.

STORING THE HEATER
