1. Naładuj baterię Smartwatcha SM5 ARGO
Naładuj baterię urządzenia przed pierwszym użyciem.
Zainstaluj na urządzeniu klips ładujący w odpowiedni
sposób i podłącz do źródła zasilania poprzez wtyk USB.
2. Instalacja aplikacji „AdorHealth”
Zeskanuj poniższy kod QR celem zainstalowania apli -
kacji.
Aplikacje można też odnaleźć na APP Store bądź w
Sklepie Google pod hasłem „AdorHealth”.
Wymagania systemowe: Android 5.0+, iOS9.0+.
3. Połącz SM5 ARGO z urządzeniem mobilnym
• Zainstaluj aplikację „AdorHealth” na urządzeniu
mobilnym oraz włącz funkcję Bluetooth. SM5
zsynchronizuje czas, datę, język po połączeniu z
telefonem.
• Upewnij się, że nadałeś aplikacji odpowiednie
uprawnienia dostępu, np: do komunikowania się
z mediami społecznościowymi, czy dostępu do
loklalizacji.
• Po uruchomieniu aplikacji ustaw swój prol,
następnie znajdź SM5 ARGO na liście dostępnych
do połączenia urządzeń i połącz.
4. Podstawowe funkcje i ustawienia
• SM5 ARGO posiada ekran dotykowy. Dotknięcie
ekranu w każdym jego miejscu oraz przesunięcie
palcem po ekranie spowoduje przejście do
odpowiedniego ekranu z funkcjami.
• Przesunięcie palcem w górę lub w dół ekranie
startowym pozwoli wybrać pasujące nam tło z listy
do wyboru.
• Przesunięcie palcem w prawo pozwoli dojść do
ekranu z listą ustawień: jasność ekranu, wibracje,
bluetooth, stan baterii, on/o.
• Przesunięcie palcem w lewo pozwoli na przejście do
funkcji urządzenia SM5 ARGO.
• Lista funkcji urządzenia SM5 ARGO:
BT Calling – po połączeniu z aplikacją możliwe jest
wykonywanie połączeń telefonicznych przez zegarek
(wbudowany dobrej jakości głośnik i mikrofon). Do -
stępna jest też historia połączeń
Monitor snu – nosząc urządzenie na ręku podczas
snu możesz monitorować długość i jakość snu.
(Uwaga: Reset statystyki snu ma miejsce o 8:00p.m)
Pomiar pulsu i ciśnienia krwi – urządzenie może
mierzyć parametry w ustalonych godzinach i zapisy -
wać je w aplikacji, bądź można uruchamiać pomiar
przez wejście na odpowiedni ekran funkcji
Monitor cyklu menstruacyjnego – po ustawieniu
odpowiednich parametrów w aplikacji możliwe jest
monitorowanie długości cyklu menstruacyjnego
Praca z oddechem – możliwe jest uspokojenie od-
dechu w rytmie podpowiadanym przez aplikację i
zegarek
Pomiar nasycenia tlenem krwi – uruchom pomiar
wchodząc na ekran z hasłem SPO2
Pomiar kroków – Smartwatch automatycznie liczy
i zapisuje ilość kroków, czas spaceru, dystans oraz
liczy spalone kalorie
Trening, Sport – możesz śledzić postępy w treningu
w różnych dyscyplinach i ustawiać kolejne cele
Pogoda – po zsynchronizowaniu z aplikacją na tele-
fonie i po ustaleniu lokalizacji możliwy jest podgląd
prognozy pogody na bieżący dzień i dzień kolejny
Migawka – po połączeniu z telefonem możliwe jest
zdalne uruchomienie migawki w aparacie telefonu
Przypomnienie o nawodnieniu organizmu – moż-
liwe jest ustawienie w aplikacji częstotliwości przypo-
mnienia o nawodnieniu organizmu
Przypomnienie o ruchu – wykorzystując ustawienia
aplikacji możliwe jest przypominanie o aktywności,
wstaniu od biurka

Instrukcja obsługi
1. Smartwatch SM5 ARGO charging
Charge battery before the rst use od the device.
Use the charging clip. Instal it in the propper pleace on
the smartwatch and then connect to the power source
using USB plug.
2. Instalation of the „AdorHealth” App
Scan the QR code below to install the app.
You may also nd the app at the APP store or Goolge
Shop using „AdorHealth”
System requirements: Android 5.0+, iOS9.0+
3. Connect SMARTWATCH SM5 ARGO with a mobile
device.
• Install „AdorHealth” app on your mobile device and
turn on BT function
• SM5 ARGO will synchronize time, date, language
once it conects with the mobile
• Make sure you have given the App all of the required
access and rights. e.g. social media notications
and GPS location
• After you turn on the App set your prole. Then nd
the Smartwatch SM5 ARGO on the list and tap to
connect
4. Settings and functions
• SM5 ARGO has a full touch screen. Tapping a
screen in every spot and sliding on it will cause
entering the propper function menu
• Sliding up and down on the start menu will allow to
pick a propper closck face style
• Sliding right guides you to the setting menu. You
may set there brightness of the screen, quiet mode,
BT, check the battery, Turn o󰀨 the device
• Sliding left guides to the functions and modes of the
Smartwatch SM5 ARGO
• Full function list SM5 ARGO:
BT Calling – after connecting with the APP you may
call and answer calls using your SMARTWATCH
(good quality microphone and speaker built in). Diall
history available
Sleep monitor – if you keep Smartwatch on your
wrist at the nigh time you may monitor length and
quality of your sleep (Attention: reset of the sleep
data takes place on 8.00 p.m.)
Heart rate and blood preassure – you may meas-
sure blood parameters at the times set in the APP, or
you may start it entering the propper screen
Menstrual cycle monitor – after setting propper pa -
rameters in the „AdorHealth” app you may monitor
the length of the cycle
Breath workout – you may work with your breath us-
ing the rythm o󰀨ered by app and smartwatch
Blood oxygen saturation – start the measurement
by entering the screen with the SPO2
Steps – Smartwatch counts and records the num-
ber, time, distance of your walk. It counts the calories
burnt
Trening, Sport – you may check your progres in vari-
ous sports, and set new challenges
Weather – after syncronizing with the app and de-
terminig location, it is possible to view the weather
forecast for the current and the next day
Shutter – when connected to the mobile device you
may use the camera shutter remotely to take photos
Hydration reminder – you can set the frequency of
the hydration reminder in the app
Sedantary reminder – using the app settings it is
possible to remind about the activity
