OVEN USE
• Turn the function selector knob to the required function.
The oven light switches on.
• Turn the thermostat knob clockwise to the required temperature. The red thermostat indicator lights up,
and goes off when the selected temperature is reached.
At the end of cooking:
• Turn the knobs to “0”.

LAMP
• Oven light switching on.
CONVENTIONAL
• To cook meat, fish and poultry on one shelf.
• Preheat the oven to the required cooking temperature and place the food
inside as soon as the red thermostat indicator goes off.
• It is advisable to use the second or third shelf.
FAN ASSISTED
• To cook on up to 2 different shelves.
• If necessary, switch the positions of food to obtain more even cooking.
• Oven preheating is not necessary (except for pizzas and focaccia).
GRILL
• To grill steak, kebabs and sausages, gratinate vegetables and toast bread.
• Preheat the oven for 3 - 5 min.
• The oven door must remain closed during cooking.
• When cooking meat, pour a little water in the drip-tray (on the bottom
shelf) to reduce smoke and spattering of fat.
• It is advisable to turn the food during cooking.
TURBO GRILL
• To grill large pieces of meat (roast beef, other roasts).
• The oven door must remain closed during cooking.
• When cooking meat, pour a little water in the drip-tray (on the bottom
shelf) to reduce smoke and spattering of fat.
• Turn the meat during cooking.
DEFROST
• For thawing frozen food at room temperature.
• Leave food in its wrapping to prevent it from becoming dry.
TURBOFAN
• To cook on one shelf (e.g. fruit, cakes, timbales, vegetables, pizza, poultry).
FORCED AIR
• To cook (without preheating) foods (e.g. fish, vegetables, cakes) requiring
the same cooking temperature on one or more shelves without odours
being transferred from one food to the other.
BOTTOM HEATING
ELEMENT
• To finish cooking fruit or cheese cakes.
• To thicken sauces.
• Use this function for the last 10-15 minutes of cooking.
