1. Introduction

wires can cause life-threatening electroshocks. Do not
disassemble or open the housing yourself. Have the device

serviceable parts inside the device. Refer to an authorized dealer
for service and/or spare parts.

Damage caused by disregard of certain guidelines in this manual is not
covered by the warranty and the dealer will not accept responsibility for

Do not switch the device on immediately after it has been exposed to
changes in temperature. Protect the device against damage by leaving
it switched off until it has reached room temperature.

4. Features
This HDCCTV or TVI (High Definition Transport Video Interface) camera is
equipped with a CMOS image sensor. The video image quality is 1080P.
The IR-cut filter will filter the IR light, so it cannot distort the colour
image. When it gets dark, the camera automatically switches to night mode.
In night mode, the camera enables the IR LEDs and disables the IR-cut
filter.

6. Replace the outer ring over the inner ring and turn in a clockwise
direction to fix.
7. Connect and power your camera (see below). Check the viewing angle
on your PC.
8. Adjust the position and viewing angle if necessary.
6. Connection
1. Connect the power terminal of the camera to a 12 VDC regulated
power supply.
2. Connect the video output of the camera to the video input of your DVR
using a 75 Ω coaxial cable.
Remarks:
Only use a regulated 12 VDC power adapter. Using any other type will
damage this camera.
Protect the connectors against moisture by applying some insulating
tape over the connectors.
7. Camera Configuration
This camera has its own configuration menu. Either of the two methods
below allows access the menu.

Remark:
This camera will only work with TVI-compatible DVRs (Velleman
DVRxTx series). Velleman nv does not guarantee this camera will work
with other types of DVRs and can therefore not be held responsible in
this event.
8. Varifocal Lens
The lens of this camera can be adjusted to capture the best images at a
specific distance. Adjusting the lens is simple: just slightly turn the FOCUS
(a) and/or ZOOM (b) screw with the appropriate screwdriver until you are
satisfied with the image.

1. Inleiding

toebrengen aan het milieu. Gooi dit toestel (en eventuele

2. Veiligheidsinstructies
Houd dit toestel buiten het bereik van kinderen en onbevoegden.
Dit toestel is niet geschikt voor gebruik door personen (kinderen
inbegrepen) met verminderde fysieke, zintuiglijke of geestelijke
capaciteiten of gebrek aan ervaring en kennis, tenzij zij onder
toezicht staan of instructie hebben gekregen over het gebruik van
het toestel van een persoon die verantwoordelijk is voor hun
veiligheid. Houd toezicht op kinderen om te voorkomen dat ze met
het toestel spelen.
Elektrocutiegevaar bij het openen van de behuizing. Raak geen
kabels aan die onder stroom staan om dodelijke elektrische
schokken te vermijden. Open de behuizing niet zelf. Laat het
onderhoud van het toestel over aan een geschoolde vakman.
Demonteer of open dit toestel NOOIT. Er zijn geen door de
gebruiker vervangbare onderdelen in dit toestel. Voor onderhoud
of reserveonderdelen, contacteer uw dealer.

5. Installatie
1. Verwijder de cameravoet. Schroef de zeskantbout op de beugel los.
Houd de buitenring vast en draai de voet tegen de wijzers van de klok
in om deze los te schroeven.
2. Kies een montageplaats. Gebruik de voet als sjabloon en boor de
nodige montagegaten. Indien nodig, boor een gat om de kabels te
leiden. Plaats een nylon plug in elk gat.
3. Voer de camerakabel door de voet en bevestig de beugel met de
meegeleverde schroeven. Indien nodig, voer de kabel door de
kabeldoorgang.
4. Regel de cameralens en richt deze op de te bewaken zone.
5. Plaats de binnenring terug op de camera en houd deze vast.

6. Plaats de buitenring terug op de binnenring en draai deze in de richting
van de klok om te bevestigen.
7. Sluit uw camera aan en schakel deze in (zie onder). Controleer de
kijkhoek op uw pc.
8. Indien nodig, stel de positie en kijkhoek in.
6. Aansluiting
1. Sluit de voedingsaansluiting van de camera aan op een gereguleerde
voedingsadapter van 12 VDC.
2. Sluit de video-uitgang van de camera aan op de video-ingang van uw
DVR met een 75 Ω coaxiale kabel.
Opmerkingen:
Gebruik enkel een gereguleerde voedingsadapter van 12 VDC. Het
gebruik van een ander type kan de camera beschadigen.
Bescherm de aansluitingen tegen vochtigheid door wat isolatietape over
de aansluitingen aan te brengen.
7. Camera configureren
De camera heeft een eigen configuratiemenu. De beide methoden hieronder
bieden toegang tot het menu.
7.1 Methode 1
1. Op de DVR live-weergave, klik op het camerakanaal om het beeld weer
te geven over het volledige scherm.
2. Open het controlepaneel door op de camera en de beeldpictogrammen
te klikken.

Opmerking:
Deze camera werkt enkel met TVI-compatibele DVR's (Velleman
DVRxTx reeksen). Velleman nv biedt geen absolute zekerheid dat deze
camera functioneert met een ander type DVR en kan hierdoor niet
aansprakelijk worden gesteld in dit geval.
8. Varifocale lens
De lens van de camera is instelbaar voor het vastleggen van de beste
beelden vanaf een bepaalde afstand. De lens instellen is eenvoudig: draai
lichtjes aan de FOCUS (a) en/of ZOOM (b) schroef met de geschikte
schroevendraaier tot u tevreden bent met het camerabeeld.
9. Reiniging en onderhoud
De camera vereist geen bijzonder onderhoud. Het is echter aan te raden om
het toestel regelmatig te reinigen om het er als nieuw te laten uitzien.

Protéger cet appareil contre la poussière et les températures
extrêmes.
Protéger l’appareil des chocs et de l'abus. Traiter l'appareil avec
circonspection pendant l’opération.
Se familiariser avec le fonctionnement de l'appareil avant de l'utiliser.
Toute modification est interdite pour des raisons de sécurité. Les
dommages occasionnés par des modifications par le client ne tombent
pas sous la garantie.
N’utiliser l'appareil qu’à sa fonction prévue. Un usage impropre annule
d'office la garantie.
La garantie ne se s’applique pas aux dommages survenus en négligeant
certaines directives de ce mode d'emploi et votre revendeur déclinera
toute responsabilité pour les problèmes et les défauts qui en résultent.
Dans le souci d'une amélioration constante de nos produits, l'apparence
du produit peut différer légèrement des images affichées.
Les images des produits sont à titre indicatif seulement.
Installer et utiliser la caméra en respectant la législation et la vie privée
des tiers.
Ne pas brancher immédiatement l’appareil après exposition à des
variations de température. Afin d’éviter des dommages, attendre
jusqu’à ce que l’appareil ait atteint la température ambiante.
Garder ce mode d'emploi pour toute référence ultérieure.
4. Caractéristiques
Cette caméra HDCCTV ou TVI (High Definition Transport Video Interface)
dispose d'un capteur d'image CMOS et d'une qualité vidéo de 1080P. Le filtre
de pas IR filtre la lumière infrarouge afin d'éviter la distorsion des images de
couleur. Pendant la nuit, la caméra bascule automatiquement en mode nocturne,
les LEDs IR sont activées et le filtre de coupure IR est désactivé.

5. Remettre la bague intérieure sur la caméra et maintenir en place.
6. Remettre la bague extérieure sur la bague intérieure et tourner dans le
sens des aiguilles d'une montre pour fixer.
7. Connecter et allumer la caméra (voir ci-dessous). Vérifier l'angle de
vue sur votre PC.
8. Si nécessaire, ajuster la position et l'angle de vue.
6. Connexion
1. Connecter la borne d'alimentation de la caméra à une alimentation
régulée de 12 VCC.
2. Connecter la sortie vidéo de la caméra à l'entrée vidéo de votre DVR
avec un câble coaxial de 75 Ω.
Remarques :
Utiliser uniquement un adaptateur réseau régulé de 12 VCC. L'usage
d'un autre type peut endommager la caméra.
Protéger les connecteurs contre l'humidité en appliquant du ruban
adhésif isolant sur les connecteurs.
7. Configurer la caméra
Cette caméra dispose d'un propre menu de configuration. L'une des deux
méthodes ci-dessous permet d'accéder au menu.

2. Instrucciones de seguridad

fuerza durante el manejo.
Familiarícese con el funcionamiento del aparato antes de utilizarlo.

4. Características
Esta pequeña cámara HDCCTV o TVI (High Definition Transport Video
Interface) domo está equipada con un sensor de imágenes CMOS. La
calidad de las imágenes es de 1080P. El filtro de paso IR filtra la luz
infrarroja de tal modo que no distorsione los colores de las imágenes. De
noche, la cámara cambia automáticamente al modo nocturno Desactiva el
filtro de paso IR y activa los LEDs IR.

5. Instalación
1. Quite la base de la cámara. Desatornille el tornillo hexagonal del anillo
exterior. Sujete el anillo exterior y gire la base en sentido contrario a
las agujas del reloj.
2. Seleccione un lugar de montaje. Utilice la base como plantilla y taladre
los agujeros de montaje necesarios. Si fuera necesario, taladre un
agujero de paso para los cables. Introduzca un taco de nylon en cada
agujero.
3. Pase el cable de la cámara por la base y fije el soporte con los tornillos
incluidos. Si fuera aplicable, pase el cable por el agujero de paso.
4. Ajuste ligeramente la óptica de la cámara y diríjala hacia la zona de
vigilancia.
5. Vuelva a poner el anillo interior sobre la cámara.

6. Vuelva a poner el anillo exterior sobre el anillo interior y gire en el
sentido de las agujas del reloj para fijar.
7. Conecte y encienda la cámara (véase abajo). Verifique el ángulo de
visión en su PC.
8. Si fuera necesario, ajuste la posición y el ángulo de visión.
6. Conexión
1. Conecte el terminal de alimentación de la cámara a una fuente de
alimentación regulada de 12 VCC.
2. Conecte la salida de vídeo de la cámara a la entrada de vídeo de su
DVR con un cable coaxial de 75 Ω.
Observaciones:
Utilice sólo un adaptador de 12 V CC estabilizado. Dañara la cámara al
utilizar otro tipo.
Ponga un poco de cinta aislante en los conectores para protegerlos de la
humedad.

7. Configuración de la cámara
Esta cámara tiene su propio menú de configuración. Acceda al menú con
uno de los siguientes métodos.
7.1 Método 1
1. En la imagen en directo del DVR, haga clic en el canal de la cámara
para que aparezca en pantalla completa.
2. Haga clic en la cámara y en los iconos del panel para abrir el panel de
control.
3. El panel de control se visualizará.
7.2 Método 2
1. En la imagen en directo del DVR, haga clic con el botón derecho en la
pantalla para mostrar el menú DVR.
2. Seleccione ADVANCED CONFIG y luego DCCS.

4. Eigenschaften
Diese HDCCTV- oder TVI-Kamera ( (High-Definition Transport Video
Interface) ist mit einem Sony CMOS-Bildsensor ausgestattet. Die
Videoqualität ist 1080P. Der IR-Sperrfilter filtert das IR-Licht heraus,
sodass die Farben der Bilder so wiedergegeben werden, wie das menschliche
Auge sie sieht. Nachts wechselt die Kamera automatisch in den Nachtbetrieb
um. Im Nachtmodus, werden die IR-LEDs eingeschaltet und der IR-
Sperrfilter ausgeschaltet.

4. Lösen Sie die Sechskantschraube leicht, regeln Sie das Kamera-
Objektiv und richten Sie es auf das Überwachungsfeld.
5. Schieben Sie den Innenring über die Kamera und halten Sie diese fest.
6. Schieben Sie den Außenring über den Innenring und drehen Sie im
Uhrzeigersinn um zu fixieren.
7. Ihre Kamera anschließen und einschalten (siehe unten). Überprüfen
Sie den Betrachtungswinkel auf Ihrem PC.
8. Betrachtungswinkel.
6. Anschluss
1. Schließen Sie den Netzanschluss der Kamera an ein 12 V DC
geregeltes Netzteil.
2. Schließen Sie den Videoausgang der Kamera an einen DVR-
Videoeingang mit einem 75 Ω Koaxialkabel.
Bemerkungen:
Verwenden Sie nur einen stabilisierten 12 V DC Netzadapter. Die
Verwendung eines anderen Typs wird die Kamera beschädigen.
Verwenden Sie Isolierband, um die Anschlüsse vor Feuchtigkeit zu
schützen.

ZOOM-Schraube (b) mit dem geeigneten Schraubendreher bis Sie das
gewünschte Bild haben.

9. Reinigung und Wartung
Die Kamera erfordert keine besondere Wartung. Wir empfehlen jedoch es
von Zeit zu Zeit zu reinigen, damit es wie neu aussieht.

General Warranty Conditions Concerning Consumer
Products (for EU):
• All consumer products are subject to a 24-month
warranty on production flaws and defective material as
from the original date of purchase.
• Velleman® can decide to replace an article with an
equivalent article, or to refund the retail value totally or
partially when the complaint is valid and a free repair or
replacement of the article is impossible, or if the expenses
are out of proportion.
You will be delivered a replacing article or a refund at the
value of 100% of the purchase price in case of a flaw
occurred in the first year after the date of purchase and
delivery, or a replacing article at 50% of the purchase
price or a refund at the value of 50% of the retail value in
case of a flaw occurred in the second year after the date
of purchase and delivery.
• Not covered by warranty:
- all direct or indirect damage caused after delivery to the
article (e.g. by oxidation, shocks, falls, dust, dirt,
humidity...), and by the article, as well as its contents (e.g.
data loss), compensation for loss of profits;
- consumable goods, parts or accessories that are subject
to an aging process during normal use, such as batteries
(rechargeable, non-rechargeable, built-in or replaceable),
lamps, rubber parts, drive belts... (unlimited list);
- flaws resulting from fire, water damage, lightning,
accident, natural disaster, etc.…;
- flaws caused deliberately, negligently or resulting from
improper handling, negligent maintenance, abusive use or
use contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions;
- damage caused by a commercial, professional or
collective use of the article (the warranty validity will be
reduced to six (6) months when the article is used
professionally);
- damage resulting from an inappropriate packing and
shipping of the article;
- all damage caused by modification, repair or alteration
performed by a third party without written permission by
Velleman®.
• Articles to be repaired must be delivered to your
Velleman® dealer, solidly packed (preferably in the
original packaging), and be completed with the original
receipt of purchase and a clear flaw description.
• Hint: In order to save on cost and time, please reread the
manual and check if the flaw is caused by obvious causes
prior to presenting the article for repair. Note that returning
a non-defective article can also involve handling costs.
• Repairs occurring after warranty expiration are subject to
shipping costs.
• The above conditions are without prejudice to all
commercial warranties.

door onze eigen kwaliteitsafdeling als door externe
gespecialiseerde organisaties. Mocht er ondanks deze
voorzorgen toch een probleem optreden, dan kunt u
steeds een beroep doen op onze waarborg (zie
waarborgvoorwaarden).
Algemene waarborgvoorwaarden
consumentengoederen (voor Europese Unie):
• Op alle consumentengoederen geldt een garantieperiode
van 24 maanden op productie- en materiaalfouten en dit
vanaf de oorspronkelijke aankoopdatum.
• Indien de klacht gegrond is en een gratis reparatie of
vervanging van een artikel onmogelijk is of indien de
kosten hiervoor buiten verhouding zijn, kan Velleman®
beslissen het desbetreffende artikel te vervangen door
een gelijkwaardig artikel of de aankoopsom van het artikel
gedeeltelijk of volledig terug te betalen. In dat geval krijgt
u een vervangend product of terugbetaling ter waarde van
100% van de aankoopsom bij ontdekking van een gebrek
tot één jaar na aankoop en levering, of een vervangend
product tegen 50% van de kostprijs of terugbetaling van
50 % bij ontdekking na één jaar tot 2 jaar.
• Valt niet onder waarborg:
- alle rechtstreekse of onrechtstreekse schade na de
levering veroorzaakt aan het toestel (bv. door oxidatie,
schokken, val, stof, vuil, vocht...), en door het toestel,
alsook zijn inhoud (bv. verlies van data), vergoeding voor
eventuele winstderving.
- verbruiksgoederen, onderdelen of hulpstukken die
onderhevig zijn aan veroudering door normaal gebruik
zoals bv. batterijen (zowel oplaadbare als niet-oplaadbare,
ingebouwd of vervangbaar), lampen, rubberen
onderdelen, aandrijfriemen... (onbeperkte lijst).
- defecten ten gevolge van brand, waterschade, bliksem,
ongevallen, natuurrampen, enz.
- defecten veroorzaakt door opzet, nalatigheid of door een
onoordeelkundige behandeling, slecht onderhoud of
abnormaal gebruik of gebruik van het toestel strijdig met
de voorschriften van de fabrikant.
- schade ten gevolge van een commercieel, professioneel
of collectief gebruik van het apparaat (bij professioneel
gebruik wordt de garantieperiode herleid tot 6 maand).
- schade veroorzaakt door onvoldoende bescherming bij
transport van het apparaat.
- alle schade door wijzigingen, reparaties of modificaties
uitgevoerd door derden zonder toestemming van
Velleman®.
• Toestellen dienen ter reparatie aangeboden te worden
bij uw Velleman®-verdeler. Het toestel dient vergezeld te
zijn van het oorspronkelijke aankoopbewijs. Zorg voor een
