Tone Generator
1. Hold down [ MODE/BEAT ] until
thefrequency appears on thedisplay.
2. Turn theknob (8) to set thedesired
frequency, 420–460Hz.
3. Press [ /► ] to switch thetone
generator on/off.
4. Hold down [ MODE/BEAT ] again to
return to metronomemode.
1. Remove thebattery cover on
theback of themetronome
by sliding it in thedirection of
thearrow.
2. Insert 2×AAA/LR03
batteries. Notethepolarity
markings on thebottom of
thebattery holder to ensure
correct insertion.
3. Refit thebatterycover.
Operating mode
Themetronome has two operating modes, Metronome and
ToneGenerator. Metronome is thefactory defaultmode.

1. Hold down [ /► ] until thedisplay
comes on to switch themetronomeon.
2. Press [
/► ] to start, turn thesound
off andstop.
3. Turn theknob (8) to set
thedesiredtempo.
4. Press [ MODE/BEAT ] quickly to select thetime signature, -/4, 1/4,
2/4, 3/4, 4/4, 3/8 or 6/8.
5. Press [ RHYTHM ] to set thedesired
rhythm.
6. Press [ PRE-B. ] to select
thebeatcount.
7. Press [
] to select clicksound.
Care and maintenance
• Wipe themetronome clean with asoft dampcloth. Useonly mild
cleaning agents, never solvents or corrosive chemicals.
• Remove thebatteries if themetronome is not to be used for
alongtime.
Troubleshootingguide
Themetronome
won’t turnon.
• Are thebatteriesdead? Replace if necessary.
• Is themains adaptor undamaged and
securely connected to both theelectrical
socket and themetronome?
• Is theelectrical socket live?
Nosound. • Is thevolume turnedup?
• Check that thesound is not switched off,
press [
/► ] to switch thesoundon.
No sound when
listening with
headphones.
• Is thevolume turnedup?
• Are theheadphones intact and properly
connected to themetronome?

This product should be disposed of in accordance with local
regulations. Ifyou are unsure how to proceed, contact your
