* POWER SUPPLY English

CITIZEN model SDC-3920 is a dual-powered (high power solar + back-up

battery) calculator operative under any lighting conditions.

-Auto power-off function-

The calculator switches the power off automatically if there has been no

key entry for about 10 minutes.

-Battery change-

Remove the screw and the battery cover. Install a new battery with the +

symbol facing upward. After changing, use a pointed object to press the

RESET hole near the battery. Replace the battery cover and secure the

screw.

The Signs Of The Display Mean The Following :

MEMORY : Memory TAX : Amount of tax

– : Minus (or negative) –TAX : Price excluding tax

ERROR : Overflow-error +TAX : Price including tax

SET : Tax rate setting % : Tax rate stored and recalled

TAXI : The 1st tax rate calculation TAXII : The 2nd tax rate calculation

● This calculator offers two tax rate settings : TAX I, TAX II.

● TAX I

and TAX II are two independent tax rate functions, the calculation

of the first one does not affect the second.

● The operation illustrated below applies both to TAX I and TAX II.
