1. Open thebattery compartment and insert 2×LR6/AA batteries (not included).
Make sure to place thebatteries according to themarking in thebattery compartment.
2. Test thecapacity of thebatteries by pushing thebattery test button.
The LEDs indicate thecondition of thebatteries (see table).
1. First insert thebatteries as instructed above.
2. Place thealarm unit where it will alert you if thealarm should sound.
3. Remove thebacking from thedouble-sided adhesive tape on thesensor.
4. Place thesensor where there is arisk of water leakage or flooding, e.g. on thefloor under awashing
machine, dishwasher, boiler or in acellar. If thesensor is moved to anew place, thedouble-sided
tape should be replaced as theoriginal tape cannot be reused.
5. The alarm sounds when thesensor detects water and continues to sound as long as thesensor
