These air impact wrenches are driven by compressed
air to assemble or remove threaded fasteners.
For additional product safety information refer to Apex

This impact wrench must not be modied in any
manner unless approved in writing by Apex Tool
Group, LLC or Apex Tool Group GmbH. All safety
devices must be properly installed and maintained in
good working order. Abuse, misuse, or failure to obey
this and any other issued warnings may result if injury
or death.

Noise and Vibration:
Air Line Lubrication:
Use Apex Tool Group, LLC or Apex Tool Group
GmbH’s lightweight air tool oil 500021 (available in
quantities shown in the following chart) or an SAE-5
lightweight spindle oil.
Apply 2-3 drops of oil, into the air inlet, after 8 hours
of operation.
Air Supply Line:
Power or speed regulation system:
Models that include a Power Regulation System
allows the operator to select desired relative output
power or speed. To regulate the power, adjust this
system to the desired level as indicated on the tool.
It is recommended that if this feature is needed, that
you adjust to the lowest power setting and gradually
advance towards the maximum setting, as needed.
The indicators marked on the tool are for reference
ONLY and DO NOT indicate specic levels of power.
Many parameters will affect the ultimate power output,
including but not limited to: supplied air pressure,
quality, volume, dimension of air hose, actuation time
of tool, pressure applied to throttle, joint specications,
etc. Calibrate the system, including the tool, to the
desired output level.
Service and Repair:
Tool service and repair should be performed by an
authorized Apex Tool Group, LLC or Apex Tool Group
GmbH Center. Refer to the last page of this manual
for locations.

Observe local disposal guidelines for all
components of this tool and its packaging.
